I recently got a mani and pedi and the tails turned out really good. They did a good job. But I'm going to warn you about the eye brow tinting. DO NOT DO IT. I asked for a few shades darker than my own color. I have strawberry blonde hair and pale skin. My natural color blends in with my skin. The women died them "BLACK" like full on Black. It was later in the day so she sent me home before removing the dye giving me instructions on how to remove it. She rushed me out the door. Then when I attempted to pay their old card readers kept having an issue reading my cards. None of my cards have anything on them as they are paid off every month. I haven't had an issue anywhere else. She forced me to Venmo her. Unprofessionally. When I said I needed a receipt she ignored my request saying she'd call me the next day. And go figure, she didn't call and still hasn't. I actually need the receipt for business purposes. Dark and grim atmosphere. Pretty empty for a Friday. The pedicure bowls didn't have any liners so I didn't feel the most confident in their hygiene practices, especially since the lamps and tools left out looked dusty. The polish application was shoddy and streaky for a solid color and it didn't dry properly since the person left a lot of oil on my legs and feet. The shaping and filing were uneven and crooked. The massage was pretty good but I felt a bit abandoned when she just left me with paraffin on for a long time while starting a new pedicure service with someone else. The polish as of right now still is not dry and melts off to the slightest touch. Going to a different spa to get this fixed. So disappointing. read more

So disappointing. If effort was a 1-10 scale, the young lady who did my "pedicure" put in level 1 amount of effort. Perhaps she was exhausted??? She went super fast and did the most minimal light touch on any grooming or massage. Essentially I paid for a pedicure but just got wet feet, light lotioning, and fast polish. I gave her feedback and told her that she rushed the job and her response was that if I want a longer pedicure next time I should book a spa pedicure. Previous experiences here had been solid, but this was so bad I can't chance getting her again. Also...check out her work in the pic. Who has ashy toes & peeling skin, and polish smears on their toes after a pedicure? Me. That's who. Sad I chose this place as my afternoon treat. Oh...and she sloshed the pedicure water all over my feet after she polished them and my shoes on the floor next to me and I had to clean it up myself because apparently she didn't notice. The 5 stars are for Anne as she is the best manicurist I have ever had my nails done with. I waited in the lounge area for about 10-15 minutes and at first I felt no one was attending me. I selected my nail color and I was seated for pedicure. They have clean towels and massage chair with lots of magazines. After applying first coat, Anne asked me if I liked the color and I loved that. I was contemplating between doing red tips and straight red gel nails and she tried one nail and suggested I do whole red nails instead. This could me my personal experience but unlike other nail salons I have been to, all manicurists here seemed to genuinely know customer service and they didn't start talking in their language to make clients uncomfortable. Anne also let me use the massage chair until my nails were dry and I was ready to leave. I highly recommend this place to anyone who hasn't experienced expected service while getting their nails done. I'm definitely going back :) read more

I am so so so so so upset with my last experience at this shop I like their work but their customer service is AWFUL!!!!!!!! It's so sad that I can't even feel comfortable making sure I like what I'm OVER paying for I just went today and was so sure I found my forever nail tech I was going to tip her graciously and be a forever loyal customer but I was met with attitude for no reason and she left while my hand was still drying didn't lotion my hands or anything then proceeded to LIE and try to over charge me for a simple SHORT French full set I was quoted 60 before I came then they tried to charge me 70??? It saddens me that I have to edit my review. I have been coming here exclusively since 2014 to get acrylic nails, and shellac polish, and up until now, I have been beyond pleased with their work. I know in the last couple years, the salon changed ownership, and everything seemed fine. I was sad to see my regular nail lady gone, but pleased with the new staff, (A few of the people who worked there stayed on, that was nice.) HOWEVER, on 12/30/2016, I called to schedule an appointment for the next day. I asked when worked best, and was told 10:30AM. I showed up the next morning, and was told it would only be a few minutes. Could I wait? Of course I can wait, not a problem. 10 minutes later, I was told, the technician doing my nails was on her way, and it would be another 15 or so minutes. I was frustrated. But, decided I would go do my grocery shopping, and then come back. I returned, and after about 5 more minutes of waiting, she arrived, and did my nails. This mixed with the slight declining quality of the last few times (but, I liked them so much, and it's a struggle to find a regular salon) I decided that next time I would go somewhere else, and when I found a new place (using yelp, thanks all.) I went to have a fill and polish change. HOWEVER, upon removal of the polish, it was pointed out to me (politely and discreetly) that there seemed to be FUNGUS on the right hand. She removed all my acrylics, letting me know that the cause was from lifting in the acrylic base that went untreated. She said that likely, the last place I went to (being Honey Nail, as up till now it has been the ONLY place I have gone) either did not notice the cracked acrylic, or chose to place acrylic over the top, rather than removing the nail, and replacing it. I'm supremely grossed out, and will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Since I moved to Bellevue last year, after shopping around at 2-3 other salons, I discovered this place. Each time I go, the staff is so friendly, the space is welcoming, and I'm always happy with my nails when I go. They have a huge shellac selection, and lots of colors to play with! read more

I've been going here for a year now and I'm obsessed. I can't go anywhere else because everywhere else fails in consistency and quality. I've been to places where 1 or 2 staff members are good but the rest is a gamble or it's good but peels (I get gel) quickly. Horrible experience!! Today I went in for a pedicure- the lady who was removing the gel polish from my nails was causing me pain. I did not complain about that. A bit later through the appointment when she started pushing my cuticle back with the tools she went rough and on my big toe she caused so much pain my foot and I exclaimed " ouch"! Immediately the toe started bleeding and it was very painful. She didn't even proceed to stop the bleeding!! I had to tell her to stop the bleeding and put some alcohol on it. They didn't have any band aids, no first aid kits, no liquid to stop bleeding, nothing go help with this problem. I had to rush home to disinfect the cut, it was quite deep, and clean it and put a band aid on it. So we didn't even get to painting my toes because of the incident. The salon is awful, no sanitation at all, I am really worried that I might get an infection. If you want to be healthy, avoid any infection, disease, want safe and sanitized materials and professional service- you must go to another salon. I am attaching a picture of my toe, I apologize as it's an unpleasant site, but I want to warn and protect people. read more

I've been here before and they did really good ombré, but I just got my nails done again and they are so chunky and uneven. These nails are so bad I will be going somewhere else to get them redone. I'm usually not picky with my acrylics but these are just really noticeably uneven and bad.
