I went after work and did a walk in, I told them I can come back if they didn't have time. Obviously they said come sit, I wanted a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was rushed! They took about 15 min to do the whole thing and I was in the chair for an hour waiting in between soaking etc. got to a point I had to remove my feet because they were soaking way to long. Then they started my nails, asked for almond shape but a little pointier. They gave me stiletto and I HATE them. They're to narrow and not what I asked for. I asked for powder and they did acrylic, at this point I just rolled with it because I was there for 3 hours!!! I did all this for a funeral and my whole experience was nothing like the reviews I read. read more

They do an excellent job for both manicures and pedicures. The gel they put on lasted me three weeks easily before it started to chip.

I liked the cleanliness, design and the service, but sadly my $40 gel manicure started lifting after only a week. Very disappointing. Won't be back. :( read more

Cute place. Clean. Lots of Color Selections, but they will up sell you. I came here part of a bridal party to get our nails done for a weekend wedding. It was a Tuesday afternoon after work and they didn't seem too busy at the time. Both the bride and I got shellac manicure and regular pedicure. The bride's mom wanted a regular manicure, but they tried to up sell her shellac manicure. It was a bit awkward for her once politely denied their suggestion. Her nail technician didn't seem interested in saying much to her after that... After she was done painting her nails and toes, she left and just sat on a nearby desk on her phone. Overall, my experience was good with my technician she was friendly and redid a nail without me asking her since it didn't cure under the light correctly. She did cut my toe nail pretty deep and proceeded to pull the side of the "hang nail" off. That was pretty painful and my toe was bleeding afterwards. Next time I'll probably skip the cuticle cutter... since they get a little aggressive with that. The following day my nail broke and the gel polish came off with it. My technician fixed it for free and was really friendly about it. This place is a little pricey, but then again ... it is located in Bellevue. Overall, I think I would come back. They have great color selection and my gel polish is just starting to peel now. Its been about 3 weeks so far, so I can't complain. I ended up using CND Shellac in Field Fox. read more

Sad to say the worst place I have gotten a pedi from and will never go back. The nail technician rushed through my pedicure, not trimming at all. She then put scathing hot towels on my feet and I screamed and told her she needs to check those before touching the skin. She was rude and I walked out with a light burn on my legs. read more

It's a nice set up nail place in a convenient location with ample parkings. Ladies working in there is nice enough but not up to par on what they do. I felt rushed. I tried dip nails and ended up spent more money to have it taken off bc it was just substandard and god awful ugly. I've never seen nails that ugly. It was truly disgusting. I will not be back. Pedi was just so so and price point doesn't match up with workmanship. Oh. And it was ridiculous for them to charge me half off for taking it off too. I'm not a person that gets my nails and feet done regularly. At most, I go about four times a year and usually just get pedicures. For my infrequent visits, Pure Indulgence, has always been my go-to spot. It is large, airy and clean. And, I feel like they do a good job. I always tip $20 because I know my feet can be a lot to handle! Anyway, the last time I came in was just before Spring Break, so I opted for a mani/pedi. It turned out beautifully and lasted for over a month. When it came time to get my fingernails re-done, I called them again and asked if they had availability in about an hour. I was told they had nothing until four hours later. I took that appointment but then realized it was too close to my kids pick up time. I called a local place very close to my home and they were able to take me right away, within 30 mins my nails were done. I called PI again as soon as I got back into my car to cancel my appointment and the woman I spoke to seemed very mad that I was "canceling with such short notice!" I reminded her that I had made the appointment less than an hour ago and it was still over two hours from the time set. Then she just hung up. It just bugged me and I don't think I will go back. The last minute salon I found was smaller and busier, but also did a great job and the woman who answered to phone there wasn't rude. TLDR: It is a nice, clean and quiet salon that does a good job but whomever is answering the phones over there isn't polite at all. read more

Great experience! My first time to this nail salon. I called ahead to see if there was a wait and There was not. I was able to get in right away. Super friendly greeting. The employees are all so nice! I had a shellac manicure and regular pedicure and it was awesome! Price was $60. Nice message chairs, relaxing music, decor is very clean and smells fresh - no smell of strong nail smells. All in all a wonderful place. I will be back soon! Went in with my husband on 4/15 for a gel polish change and 2 pedis. Decided to try this place out since In Spa was booked and every other nail salon in issaquah is a joke. Our experience started off nice, thought the place "had" potential. Nope, after both my husband and I were over clipped with the cuticle trimmer on our toes and my finger tips were jabbed with it twice *ouch*! Then when it came to my gel polish it started to wrinkle after applied. I asked if the polish was expired and I was told no. Uh yes it was! My mother is a manicurist and I have been getting gel polish for a year now so I know what a expired polish does. I am surprised they were fine with my polish wrinkling and charging me full price! I have been going to Pure Indulgence consistently for 2 years now and can recommend them enough! I have had every nail tech and one point or another but Dzumy is my favorite! I usually go in once a month and l get a fill for my acrylics, and some sort of unique nail color or sparkle ombré done with gel polish and Dzumy is always up for whatever I find on Pinterest! I'm pretty hard on my nail; I lift weights, coach cheer, teach and play ball with my dog, and my nails always last the full month, never any that start to lift up or break! My pedicures are always great and relaxing. I always get red, in some version or another, and they have a great selection. When I don't get a pedicure they always ask if I want one, but never pressure me or insist. Anne (the owner) does a great job of getting me in that day, as I usually make my appointments last minute. They do get busy so I wouldn't recommend making an appointment so you don't have to wait or come back in an hour if they're super busy at that time. read more
