A couple weeks ago, prior to competing for Miss. WA 2020, I scheduled an appointment to get shellac mani's and pedi's. I can't tell you enough of what a hidden gem Thai salon is in Bellevue! Upon walking in, one of the ladies greeted me, and got me seated right away. I had a great duo working on my hands and feet for about 1.5 hours. I loved how they were considerate of my comfort, care, and TOOK THEIR TIME. It's refreshing when people don't rush. I was absolutely obsessed with my white nails with this chrome topping. It had this glamorous, yet effortless look to it. This lady suggested it, and I am so glad I went with her recommendation. My toes have lasted for 2 weeks already, and to say the least, they are flawless! Not a scratch or a chip. Highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed, and from what I can tell, there were many happy regulars coming in and out. read more

Amazing experience! The woman that did my nails helped me pick out the color I was looking for. I got acrylic nails with gel and she took great care in making sure the length was right and asked if I wanted thick or thin nails. I have acrylic nails and was worried they werent going to be able to do it to my particular way i like and it was the best job ever becuase theu dont use the powder but more like a thick polish. First priority, their safety and sanitation is really great. Clear plastic dividers, they're wearing good masks, not many people in the salon at once. And their work is absolutely top notch! "My" nail artist, Thai, is amazing. I'm super picky, and he's a perfectionist, so it's a great match! I live in Shoreline now, and work in Seattle, but I drive over here, because I haven't found anyone as good as him. He even remembered which polishes I've liked in the past! I came to get my nails done for my birthday, heard it was a good place and wanted to try it out. It was a man who did my nails and he was really rude after I told him that I didn't like the color the put on my toes and wanted to change to another color. They made me feel really bad for changing the color but I wasn't happy with the color and wanted to be happy with what I am paying for especially since it was my birthday. One of the girls told him to change it as long as the customer is happy and I am really glad she said that because another girl told him to charge me extra. After they argued about it for a while I ended but payed an extra $15 for them to change the color that I was not happy with. Keep in mind that they don't have a large color option. read more

This salon was very friendly and accommodating but their selection of nail polish colors was very small, compared to other salons I have been. I was looking for a nude color and there was only 1 really to pick from, and I couldn't even find a grayish-beige color that I originally wanted in coming in. Also, they prefer that you pay in cash but do not have a sign posted anywhere that says that, so they just ask you when you are paying which I think is rather rude. I am totally fine paying in cash but I think a sign would be better. read more

I was very disappointed with this salon. I made an appointment for a pedicure at noon. I was in the chair with someone working on me when a gentleman walks, the manacurist stopped what she was doing and told me someone else would be helping me. That manacurist was working on another customer. A woman then comes into the salon and instead of coming to finish my pedicure he went to work on the new customer. If this happens, why make an appointment? OR why did they not schedule me for a different time. Needless to say I will not be going back. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this salon. After my first appointment I was hooked. I don't even live in Bellevue and will drive all the way there because they have excellent service every single time. I have never left the salon feeling anything less than a queen. This salon has BY FAR the best pedicures I have ever gotten. I find most salons that give pedicures do not give the massage attention as much as I would like, but that is not the case here. I get acrylic fills with a gel polish on top and my nails are always shaped beautifuly, the acrylic is just the right thickness (I am very particular with the thickness of acrylics, and have never had to ask them to make them thinner) and is finished off with a beautiful paint job. I love that every nail tech I have had provides excellent service. I don't feel the need to request a specific tech being everyone I have had an appointment with has done a wonderful job. My friend really likes going to this nail salon because the people are always friendly and they remember you even if you haven't come in for a while. I was hesitant because they do charge a little more for a pedicure than other salons but it is totally worth it! They spend the time to make sure they provide a relaxing and quality experience. They use a great scrub that feels luxurious on tired legs and feet and then follow it up with a massage that is definitely not rushed through like at other places. They happen to be providing a promotion that brought the cost down to the same amount I would pay elsewhere so it felt like a steal of an experience. I'll be back! read more

I got a decent pedicure here with a friend. It wasn't anything special, and I did not like that it was $30 versus the usual $25 I pay elsewhere. My usual nail salon offers a good foot massage with hot stones as part of the pedicure for $25. The only reason I tried this place out was because my friend is a regular here. read more

I usually do my nails myself, but sometimes I don't want to have the work and then go to nail salons. This one was more expensive than the others I used to go and where they did the poorest job. I had mani/pedi... the only good part was the foot massage, because the nail part of it was very, very rushed, especially manicure. Basically nothing was done to my cuticles. The first coat of the polish didn't cover the entire surface of the nails... the second coat covered even less! Seriously, I do a better job myself at home even with my non-dominant hand! It was such a waste of money. I'm definitely not coming back. read more
