So I decided to try them today. Very grateful they took me in 30 mins before closing. But wish they had just said no because they rushed through my nails. I spent a month growing my nails and made sure to tell her please clip only tiny amount to shape them. She ends up clipping/ filing them down super short. Never had short nails like this. She clipped the rest of the nails short but left the pinky- check pics. Quality is worse than i do at home.
Call to make an appointment for three people, and they were able to get us in within the hour. Super friendly staff here and the woman who did my nails did an incredible job, was super meticulous, and I was done with a gel Mani within 30 minutes . Prices are super reasonable and they have stamp cards for discounts after five visits. Stamps if you pay cash.
LOVED this salon. Very no BS salon but still, with a stylish interior. $17 Basic Spa Manicure (before tax). The ladies are efficient and masters at their craft. My new go-to salon :)
Clean nail salon located in a strip mall amongst other retail and restaurants. I got a mani and pedi, with regular Polish for both. They had a decent selection of polishes although I could tell they were a bit old. Nowadays, it seems far and few in between to have someone get regular Polish over shellac or gel, so I always pay attention to see if a salon upkeeps their polish wall. I ended up with a muted green OPI polish, the mani and pedi were done at the same time, which I don't prefer. I prefer when they do one and then the other so that it's not so crowded with 2 folks hovering around you. Overall the Polish job was decent however, lacked a bit of attention to detail as after leaving the salon, I noticed the top coat was not brushed all the way to the ends of some of my nails. Ultimately, this resulted in the polish only lasting a few days before starting to chip :( I would give them another visit, maybe during the week when they're not as busy.
My friend and I made reservations and were seated timely despite the fact they were pretty busy. After we were done we were rushed out of the seats since they had other waiters but they did say we can hang out in the manicure chairs if we wanted to chat more. The pedicure was standard but the nail esthetician either cleaned under my nail too much or filed it too hard with my pinky toe ending up with a cut right where the nail and meat meet. It's painful upon walking so I've been bandaging it up to prevent the cut from continuously opening.

Decent price, really great quality and the salon is calm even during rushes. Please request Chloe, she is amazing, and really attentive to thickness/shape/making them all uniform. Asked me multiple times throughout the filing process how they looked, and made sure I knew the color I picked is more of a clear coat (my ideal-preference, I knew this when I picked out the shade but could see it's not everyones cup o' tea) I appreciated this too. I plan on bringing my mother in for our next fill, with Chloe. Delighted to finally-a-found a reliable nail tech! Thank you tranquility, for her services this week!
This place is amazing. I know everyone working here is great with nails, but I absolutely love leana! She is the one I always go to for designs. She does the best job I've ever gotten. She did my soot spirits perfect, and I also got no face and the tree spirits for halloween, and I LOVED THEM. They also have the best price I've ever paid for how amazing they do... I mean amazing prices. The first time I went here. They took a booking of 6 for a Bachelorette party with 5 days notice and they were so nice and we all loved the nails. Especially the bride! They make you feel comfortable and the feel of the place is really welcoming. I've been coming here for a while know and I'm not planning on changing anytime soon.
I continue to come back here! They have a good amount of chairs and tables where I don't feel like I'm waiting too long. The manager is efficient in getting people in. I enjoy the National Geographic they play on the TV, it's actually quite soothing! The paint job and designs if you get them are well done.
Updated: providing photos of my nails after coming home, bumpy and not done with care, spots on nails missing paint. Also wanted to add that this is our 5th time coming here. I am very surprised by the experience we received today. We arrived for our 1pm appointment to see the place packed. We end up waiting an extra 30 minutes to be seated, with walk ins being seated as they come in. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if we just had to wait. They then start on our nails and two other appointments came in after us who also had to wait 30 minutes. On 4 Separate occasions they stop on our pedicures to go to the other two groups who have manicures and pedicures. Eventually we are sitting with our hot towels and the lady had to apologize to us when we sat there for 20 minutes and our towels were cold and we were very uncomfortable. She then paints my nails partially and goes back to the other two groups who once again have manicures and pedicures, and 4 other groups have come ins they start to work on two other groups and partially come back to my nails again. Then they have me wait again for another 20 minutes, and 3 more groups come in. Now once did they express how long this experience was going to take. When I have been here for just a pedicure for almost 2 hours and 4 groups have come and gone with manicures and pedicures that they have prioritized. I'm still waiting for them to come finish my nails and it's been 1 hours and 43 minutes.
Wow. I found my second favorite nail spot. I called to ask if they could take a last minute appointment for a gel mani color change. They said 5pm. I was in the area sooner & I called again to ask if I could come in sooner. When I arrived I was greeted & told to pick a color. Promptly they sat me down & started to polish my nails. Lina did ana amazing job. She didn't miss the edges & was a smooth finish. No lumps of excess polish. Their prices are very very reasonable. Despite being fairly busy on a friday before a long weekend, I felt very well taken care of. The same nail tech worked on my nails from start to finish. The place is very nicely furnished & clean. They hand lots of pretty colors to choose from. I will definitely be returning. .

I went here about 5 days ago and I'm completely unsatisfied. Originally I called and they said $52 for a new acrylic set. But then when it came to pay they charged me 85. I got a new set of acrylic and already 5 days later two of my nails have fallen off. If you want nails that look like press ons and fall off within 5 days like press ons,then go here. They didn't care to prep my nails so it looks like I need a fill after 2 days. The service was rushed and I even still tipped. Just for my nails to fall off 5 days later read more

What a great spot of a mani and pedi. We got in with an appointment but at the time it wasn't very busy but 30 minutes in this place was jammin! The most coolest part was how efficient everyone was. Despite being short staffed and an influx of customers coming thru the door - everyone worked together well and one lady was in charge directing traffic and instructing each person as to what to do and who to help. I was very impressed. On top of all that - my experience and my daughter's experience didn't feel rushed one bit as they helped us and while we waiting for things to dry - they would help others and come back to us. (what to dry? you might ask) my daughter requested that she and I get matching pedicures haha and the staff did a great job - would 100% come back again! read more

This was the place that was popping up in spot number 1 for me. Probably the place with the highest amount of ratings near me and with the highest rating of 4 stars. Not to say other nail places around me did not have 4 stars, because they did, but they did not have nearly as close as many reviews. I booked this place awhile ago through yelp making an appointment for myself and 3 of my girlfriends for a girls day. They were easy to message through the app and replied almost instantaneously. You just need to let them know the date, the time, and how many people / what service they want. When I arrived, the parking lot in front of their place was almost empty even though it was tied to a strip mall. This was around 2 weeks ago. I went in and was greeted by one of the ladies working there who knew my appointment. They did not remember all the details of the services we wanted but they knew the general gist of what we had come for. I arrived a little earlier than my friends so they let me know where all the colors were that I could choose from for a gel manicure. They were all nicely hanging on the wall by the register. They have more colors to choose from than any other place I have been to so far. They have your chrome colors, nails designs, OPI, glitter, foil colors, etc. They did not rush me even though my friends were late but they did ask if I wanted to start before them. I wanted to wait for my friends so once they got there and chose their colors, everyone was placed at a nail station right by each other. This was exactly the type of vibe I was expecting for a group nail appointment. Each of the ladies were friendly and confirmed what we each wanted. Some of us with multiple colors and others with designs or glitter. This was probably the fasted I had ever gotten my nails done before. With that said, my specific nail lady was not as thorough as I am used to. Some of the shaping was uneven and when putting on the little jewels and moon, the glue could have been more precise. They did have a nice selection of jewels to choose from though. I am not one to normally critic and have them change things they have already done so I left it. A day later, almost every single jewel had fallen off and a day after that the moon was gone as well. This left me with pretty nails still because of the color I had chosen and the chrome nail but they would be bumpy and rough because of the leftover glue. Another thing I noticed was the continuous hang nails I had seemed to get right after the appointment, talking with another nail lady a few weeks after, she said it was because too much cuticle had been removed. I am not saying I would not go back because I probably would just for the color selection but I would lower my expectations and not get any jewels or add ons. My gel nails only lasted 2 weeks when I am used to them lasting at least 3 before some parts started lifting. read more

This place inside so pretty and good energy spirit, kinda addicted to come to do padi & mani here. I came here for manicure for my wedding in December. Jessica suggested me to do Chrome manicure instead of shellac. Because Chrome is stay longer. And Selina was nicely shaped my nails and done chrome manicure. Everyone busy, always full of customers but friendly and good knowledgeable staff! Ask for Selina if you're getting a mani/pedi. She's the best!!! read more

Tranquility nail and spa is the best nail place I have been to. My friend introduced me to this salon over the summer, and I've returned many times since then. The acrylics and press ons are my personal favorite, I have never had a set I didn't love. The owner and all of the employees are very sweet and very talented. They recognize my friends and I and always treat us well. We always laugh and I always feel welcomed. The setting is calming and clean. The cost of the nails is completely fair as the quality is so good. The ladies work very hard and fast. They each have certain things that one is better at than the other and often switch per set to ensure the nails are done well. Many reviews complain about the time duration and wait but it really isn't an issue. The quality of the nails is always good, that's why it may take longer. I have been coming to this salon faithfully for over 5 years. Jessica and her team are all incredible artists and extremely talented in their craft. Amy and Lina are the best acrylic technicians I've ever had the opportunity to work with. They are always kind and extremely attentive to detail. I'm honestly surprised I don't have to book my appointments months in advance with how luxurious and customer centric this salon experience is. They've maintained such a clean and comfortable environment even though this past year, they honestly deserve an award. I've brought in many friends over the years and we've always left satisfied. Whenever one of my friends complains about some awful experience at another salon I bring them here to make sure everything gets fixed and done right. They listen and consistently check in with you to make sure you are comfortable and happy. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you so much to Amy, Lina, Jessica, and the entire team! Moved to Bellevue just about a month ago, and tried this place since it was close to home. The first time, while I felt rushed, they did a great job on my pedi and full set acrylics. My fill (second visit) was much better, and my nails turned out just lovely. I went back today for a new full set, and brought a friend. We are both horrified at how our nails turned out. The gals were nice enough, but neither of us got what we wanted. My friend wanted tortoise shell with gold accents. We knew Tranquility was out of gold flake as we had called ahead. The girl doing the "nail art" was frustrated that my friend wanted something semi-complicated and let out an audibly annoyed sigh. Once completed, it didn't look anything like the inspiration photo my friend had. I wanted almond shaped acrylics with a green ombré. The gal doing my nails didn't seem like she knew what next step she needed to take. I asked her multiple time to narrow the nails as they looked round, and she kept taking length off as well. She would repeatedly ask if I liked them but wouldn't actually let me look at them and grabbing my hands. While more narrow now than we started, they are still rather round. The lengths are also very uneven. By the time we got around to color I didn't want to risk them messing up the ombré and went with a party nail instead. Extremely disappointed in the results, especially after bringing a friend. We will not be back. read more
I am very satisfied with my experience here! A friend and I last minute decided to get our nails done on a Sunday afternoon. We called, put our name in, and 10 minutes later we got there and were seen right away. We were offered complimentary tea and/or water. We both got spa gel mani/reg pedi's for $55! Fairly clean, all staff were wearing masks, and overall great, friendly people! read more

I did not know about this place until my good friend scheduled a nail appointment for both of us. We came here on a Thursday night and the place was packed. They also accept walk ins but it is usually an hour of wait. Besides being after Christmas, the place was still decorated with Christmas theme and it was very cute. There are lots of seats available and the option of colors to choose from was HUGE!! Especially for shellac nails, which is always my choice. I was super impressed with the quality of my nails, it was perfect and I am in love with them. Dior was the woman who had my nails done and she was super nice and made my nails impeccable. The place is a little bit crowded for my taste and if you are looking for a complete relax SPA type place it is not the right choice. However, if you want perfect nails you won't be disappointed!!! I will be back here to have my perfect nails done again. read more
Mostly happy with my first experience here. I was looking for a go to nail spot in my new Bellevue neighborhood, and the reviews and look of the salon led me here. I made an appointment and was seated almost right away. I got a gel manicure and the woman who did it did a pretty good job, but it was obvious she was rushing and was completely distracted. Between answering her coworkers questions, answering the phone and talking to walk ins, she barely said a word to me. Which I don't mind but it made her miss things. First of all, she did 3 coats on one hand and 4 on the other... which made one hand noticeably lighter than the other. The left hand with 4 coats was very thick and gloopy looking on the tips. Secondly, she got the clear coat on my skin so I had to pick that off. Thirdly, she did my biggest pet peeve which is not covering a large portion of the side of the nails on several of them. The place is beautiful inside and they are clearly always slammed, but because of that it takes away from precision and observance. I will probably go back for another try though. read more
I stopped by Tranquility this weekend to get my nails done and I was very disappointed and will not be returning. I had dip manicure and my friend received a gel manicure. We made an appointment but they were overcrowded anyways so they asked us to sit in the pedicure chairs to do our nails. They had no COVID-19 precautions. Everyone was wearing a mask but no one washed their hands before or after, I was not asked to wash my hands and there was no protective plexiglass to create a barrier between myself and the woman doing my nails. They had a good selection of colors but that was the only satisfying part of my experience. My nails came out extremely lumpy and the color on each nail is not consistent. I have also been getting dip manicures for a couple years now and have never had one chip. My dip manicure from tranquility chipped the day after. See attached pictures. Overall, I would not suggest coming here. I can think of many other nail places in this area within 5 minutes that would be more worth your time and money. read more

I'm pretty picky about designs and she always gets them done just how I like it. I wish I had taken photos of some cool designs I've gotten before :/. Most important for me at nail salons is the cleanliness and I will say that Tranquility Day Spa/Salon is clean. I fear unsanitary nail salons for their risk of fungal infections and always worry about how they clean tools/ facilities. Upon arrival I found that the smell was pleasant, the pedicure stations were clean and had footbath liners (which helps minimize sharing of germs) and all the tools were periodically cleaned by the nail specialists. I even watched one of the ladies wash out the footbath after removing the liner. Thus, I would recommend this place above many others. I came here on a Saturday to get a pedicure around 1pm. Prior to this, I had contacted them on yelp on Thursday in hopes of making an appointment ahead of time for efficiency. The yelp response was fast and efficient and she confirmed that I had an appointment on Saturday. However, when I called to confirm on Saturday morning, the receptionist could not find my name on the list, asked me to come in at 5pm instead and then finally decided that I could come in at 1:30 pm. Upon arrival I was greeted by a pleasantly clean room (see photo) which was filled with customers. There was only one girl waiting ahead of me, but when I reached the receptionist he, again, could not find my reservation. He said there was some confusion between yelp scheduling and phone scheduling, but could not find my name anywhere. Instead he asked me to wait in the queue. Luckily there was only that one girl ahead of me - I waited about 20 minutes which would be reasonable, had I not already tried to schedule an appointment. Other than this appointment confusion everything else was great. The pedicure itself was nice they switched between two girls in the middle of my pedicure which left a little to be desired since there was no sign-out on what was being done. However, both girls were polite and checked in with me. They were extremely busy so service was not as great as expected - they didn't offer water or explain the use of the massage chairs as many spas will do. However, the nail clipping was good, the leg massage and paraffin treatment was also very nice. The painting itself was a little messy, but much better than I can do at home by myself and they coated it well. They also provided me toe separators (new - so they were clean) and as my sandals were not suitable to dry in, they provided me fresh flip flops. The entire pedicure with shoes cost me $25 + tip. They also rushed me out, but I will attribute this to their busy state on a Saturday. Overall, very clean - which is a TREMENDOUS plus. However, difficulty with scheduling. Otherwise, service is decent, maybe a bit crowded on weekends I will definitely be back for more pedicures - perhaps not on a weekend and recommend calling to schedule an appointment rather than yelp. read more

How much for an acrylic fill with gel?
An Acrylic Fill starts at $20, Gel would add $15 on top and $3 would be charged per Nails Fixed during the process.
How much for dip manicure? Can dip manicure be included in the yelp deal for the mani and pedi combo?
I'm not sure how much but I'm sure it will be an extra charge.
Do you do SNS dipped nails?
Yes, we have various technicians who do SNS and have a good selection of colors.
