I absolutely love Ann, Lee, Lily, and Tina (who is no longer there). They are always happy to accommodate my schedule and indecisiveness with nail design ideas. They are so thorough, too! I never leave with sloppy nails, cuticles, or anything of the sort. It used to be easy for me to make an appointment since I worked down the street. I usually struggle in making a decision on the color and the staff were very patient with me and helped suggest some. In the end combined two colors for a lovely look. TLDR; Incredibly painful manicure, completely wrecked nail beds, health code violations everywhere, and terrible customer service. This was the most painful experience I've ever had when getting my nails done. The technicians used unsanitized & dirty tools on my fingers, and used an obviously dirty electric file on my nails. I kept a stiff upper lip and didn't want to say anything out of politeness, but the pain kept getting worse. I saw that they didn't sanitize any of their tools, chairs, or other equipment from the lady they were helping before me. During a pandemic where cases are spiking, that's a big deal. There's no hand sanitizer or social distancing from other employees either, even though they had enough space to. The technician who did my nails (also the owner of the salon) didn't wear her mask correctly, not even covering her nose. She kept pulling on my hand in a very uncomfortable way, and used tools that still had the customers dirty nail powder on them. They told me to go to the back to wash my hands and I saw a bunch of food left out and used bedding at the back. When I left I had a strange residue underneath my nails and on my hands that wouldn't wash off for days. That wasn't the worst part. It hurt A LOT. I googled why it was hurting and got the answer: Acrylics aren't supposed to be painful at all. If they're painful then that means they're applied incorrectly due to damaging the nail beds. Also, electric nail files are NEVER supposed to be used on the nails. They hurt for an entire week and on occasion after that. I tried politely talking to the technician the next day. I told her that my nail beds are damaged and I wanted a refund. She interrupted me mid sentence, telling me repeatedly "If you can't handle the pain I can take take it off for you but that's all I can do." I tried to tell her that the damage is already done to my nails, but she kept being extremely rude and told me "Your nails look fine- Go ahead and write a review! I have plenty of customers and I don't need you!" She caused physical damage to my nails and then proceeded to yell at me telling me it's my fault for "not being able to handle the pain". My nails are heavily damaged to the point where they are visibly ripped- you can feel how completely screwed up they are. Never going back. read more

This is the second time that I have visited Bellevue Luxury Nail. The first time I left very happy but decided to try out a few more salons that might save me a couple of bucks. Came back last weekend after having hit my last straw of crappy service and damaged nails. I am still, a week later, admiring the work that these ladies have done for me. Even my daughters nails (which were done with regular polish) are still holding up without any chips. I am such a picky person when it comes to nail salon and getting my nails done and I was truly blown away by this place. First of all when I called to ask about prices and appointments available the person who answered the phone was very helpful and actually super kind to me which rarely happens when you call a nail salon. She was able to give me an appointment within an hour after I called and when I got there I was sitting in the chair getting service within five minutes. They have a wide range of gel colors especially OPI colors. The lady who took care of me was Lily and she was truly phenomenal. The pedicure was about 40 minutes long and what I loved was that she really focused on cleaning my cuticles and taking out the dirty skin from my nails. The pedicure wasn't the most luxurious one I have had but it has been one of the best ones in terms of nail care. When she was done with my toes she began working on my nails and I love how gentle she was with cutting my cuticles the how meticulous she was two. I wanted a fun nail design and she was completely happy to do one for me. Overall I'm a very happy customer and plan on going back. read more

I was a random walk-in customer, after the place next door (which was packed) offered me to wait for half an hour, and were quite rude. I was greeted cheerfully, immediately placed in the massage chair, and offered to relax and pick a color. I must mention that I am a picky customer who often prefers to do her own nails, rather than trust someone to do a sloppy job. I am also picky about materials - and this places uses genuine OPI gel polishes, which are expensive. That earned them an extra star in my book. My nail technician, Tammi, was very friendly, and not chatty, while she did her magic. Did not hurt or cut me once, and was thorough. Just got a fresh set of acrylics here. Very happy I stumbled upon this place as I just moved to the Bel-red area. I actually came across this nail salon after calling 5 nearby places. Kind of embarrassing but I left my wallet in my husband's car with all my cards,etc. I only had $29 in cash in the purse I grabbed today and out of the 5 places I called, all of them charged $30 for a full set and this place said $26 (Full set of acrylics with regular nail polish). Thank God.. Technically I could've waited to get my nails done a different day but I desperately wanted them done in time for the Fourth of July tomorrow since we are hosting a party. I feel bad for only having $3 to tip the nice lady that did my nails but I plan on coming back soon:) I recommend this place based on the quality of the work, value, and friendliness of the staff. read more

I have been to this salon about three times. The last time I got a manicure, I went somewhere else as it was more convenient and regretted it. I don't know why, but for some reason the gel manicures I get here last forever, way longer than others that I've gotten. I don't know if it is the polish they use or what but my last manicure lasted over 3 weeks before it started coming off. I ask for Lee Lee (not sure if that's how it is spelled) as she did my nails the first time I went and it is always clear and un-smudged. I've been getting shellac manicures for years, this is the only place I can go and count on it lasting AT LEAST two weeks, often three. Every other place I've been to (and I've been to a lot of different places) I can only count on it lasting maybeeee a week, 1.5 if I'm really lucky. This place for whatever reason is way better.
