However, I did not have a good experience afterward. Additional services were offered to me without it being clearly explained that there would be an extra charge attached. I was also given wipes that I was told were free, but when I got to the counter, I was told I had to pay for them. I felt like I was being charged more without my clear consent or understanding. The front desk staff was not very kind or welcoming during checkout. I was made to feel embarrassed for not knowing that two extra waxing strips would cost an additional $22, and that the travel-size wipes were $13 after being told they were free. I left feeling uncomfortable, embarrassed, and like I wasn't treated very well by the front desk. While I appreciated the kindness of the person who provided the service, the checkout experience really impacted how I felt leaving the appointment. Because of this experience, I will not be returning.

They were responsive to my requests regarding nail and cuticle trimming, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the nail polish on my hands did not fully cover my nail beds. Additionally, I only received scrubbing on one leg. I'm not sure if that was due to the combination service but I was hoping for a more thorough exfoliation to help remove dead skin from my feet.
