Absolutely wonderful experience. My mom and I were looking for a nail place to go for a pedi and saw this place right down the street. The salon itself is small but cozy, in a slightly run-down shopping strip. Both the two women were delightful, sweet, and friendly. We were greeted very cheerfully right after walking in. Unfortunately, they don't have a website for you to see prices but they have a service menu on the immediate right wall from the door. Their massage chairs are premium quality, the best I've ever been in at a nail salon. I had my nails clipped, cuticles trimmed, heels and soles exfoliated, legs and feet rubbed with sugar scrub, gel polish done, and calf massages. My mom took us out for a treat so sadly I can't say exactly how much it was but I'll definitely come back here. read more

Nice enough people, but several significant complaints. Would be 1 start if they were not friendly. 1. Called and asked if could fit me in now, they said yes. Got there and two techs were servicing 2 people, trying to handle 3 once I was seated. Not okay, that made service slow. 2. I stated I was in a hurry, skip all the frills, just quick trim and paint. Was there over an hour! 3. Brought a picture of what I wanted, which was a gradient blend. This obviously would require an air gun. They don't have one. They did not mention this until I was complaining that they were just doing the colors in order, not a fade. Completely ridiculous. Total waste of time, need to get my nails redone to get what I want elsewhere, but unfortunately with gel and thin nails I can't do that--so I am stuck. I will definitely NOT be returning. PS. even while complaining that I was not happy and that I did not get what I wanted, and the owner (presumably) having to take over, they still charged me full price. At least this way I don't feel bad leaving an honest review! read more

The group of ladies working here are welcoming and friendly, though the building itself is a little outdated. I've gone in for both shellac and acrylic. They were extremely helpful in selecting a similar color I wanted and did my nails nicely. Their attention to detail stood out. Came here to try out since my husband and son go to the Barber shop next door. My daughter and I both got a shellac pedicure and she asked them to help remove her acrylic nails on her hands. I have never been cut before until I came here! She knew she messed up and immediately put neosporin on my big toe. I asked her what happend and she said something about my cuticles and that why I started bleeding. The other lady also cut my daughter's finger nail too short and made her bleed as well. They did not apologize or anything and still charged us full price. It been a couple days and my toe is still red and a little puffy. I will not be coming back at all!!! read more

They keep their shop door open for ventilation. I've been here a few times over the years and never had an issue with an infection or anything. Try to pay for your services in cash if you can, as they offer a 5% discount. I received a basic mani and pedi and it cost me $60 cash, excluding tip. Tina is the reason to depend on 4YNO. She takes care of her clients as if she ran a grand salon in LA, NY or Paris. I always leave with a manicure that lasts up to 3 weeks and doesn't chip. They must be paying people to write good reviews cause this place is terrible. Tiny and run down but overpriced. Charged $50 dollars for a basic fill and they have terrible customer service. The lady with the tattooed eyebrows was awful. Looked like she was disgusted when painting your nails and was on her phone talking the entire time. I don't recommend this place. First of all, the woman wearing glasses, who did my nails, didn't wear a face mask. Also, she barely even talked to me. I told her to cut my nails a bit shorter but she didn't pay attention. She was too busy talking to her colleagues in their language. The only conversation we had was after my nails were done. She asked if I was local or just visiting. I told her I was visiting a friend. Then she charged me $50 JUST FOR A REFILL. I don't mind paying extra but my nails turned out uneven and look just ok. Probably my WORST PEDICURE EVER. I get quite a bit of pedicures. I go every 4 to 6 weeks and yet this one is still probably my worst experience I have ever had. It's not that they ruined my feet or anything. It is just that I've been to numerous other nail salons that are heads and tails better than this one. 1st of all, I walked in and asked for a manicure and pedicure and they never even touched my hands, they completly forgot about that part. Okay, I can understand forgetting or notlistening, I can let that one go. They sat me in a chair with an unlined (so unsanitary) basin with pretty cold water. Okay, I could let that one go. Then they proceeded to scrub my feet for total of maybe 30 seconds, how the heck are you going to get ANY calluses off with that?! Then they massaged my feet for maybe 2 minutes, total!! My cuticles were barely take care of and they kept pulling my feet towards them, I could barely hold my feet in the place they needed me to be, it hurt my hamstrings. I kept pulling my feet back to a comfortable spot in the kept pulling forward again. They didn't care about my comfort. That was a 30 minute pedicure, if that, with polishing time... wow! I'm trying to get out the door as fast as I can because this place sucke, then when I go to get rung up, on the board at says pedicures are $27 but she hands me a credit card receipt for $28?!?!?! That's not tax, that's just overcharging me. Even after all that I still gave her a $5 tip walked out the door and will never come back. I mean, WTH?! read more

I have always had a nasty nail biting habit so I would get acrylics to try and avoid biting and finally I decided to stop getting acrylics and try to let my nails grow out and get back to their natural state. After busting my acrylics off my nails looked horrible and were paper thin, I knew something needed to be done as I am a business professional and it just looked extremely unclean. I just started a new job on Main Street and just saw it out my office window and decided to head over and see what they could do for my tragic nails on my lunch break. I walk in and was immediately greeted by them all even though all 3 of them were with customers. They assured me that they would be with me right away and told me to pick out a color. I explained to them my nail situation and they advised me do shellac nails because polish would just look bad. They kept their promise and got me in within minutes. They took excellent care of me and my nails and spend a good amount of time to make sure they looked great! I will DEFINITELY be going there again. read more

not even worth 1 star. I called ahead of time and made a 5pm appointment to have my acrylic's taken off because one damaged my thumb nail to the point it was cracking in half. I go in and they say hold on have a seat and they didn't even work on my nails till 5:45pm. I sit down and they put nails in acetone to remove the nails. I didn't get out of there till 7pm then they said $10 but on my receipt it says $13 b/c they automatically add tip. WTF! not okay, you say $10 you charge my card $10 but a $13 total. at least tell me first. and my nails are chipped and still have the acrylic nail on them. read more

It's a small store, 4 or 5 staff, facility is kinda old, but all staff are nice and friendly. The girl who did my nails is new, so an experienced lady helped her with my nails, too. If they can be more gentle while doing manicure, that would be better. But I'm still pretty satisfied with this experience. I was not so happy with one nail color after the new girl finished, so the experienced lady fixed it right away.
