I am genuinely blown away by this place! First of all, I had no idea there was even a nail salon in this location, so finding it felt like such a hidden gem. The space is incredibly clean and just so aesthetically beautiful, the decor is stunning, and that statue in the waiting area is everything. Noa is one of the newer nail techs here and she is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Hands down the best and sweetest nail technician I've ever had in my entire life. I mean wow. I've never experienced someone working with this level of detail and precision. My nails came out literally perfect. I can't stop looking at them! And my cuticles?! AMAZING. This was my first time getting a Russian manicure and I am officially hooked. The whole experience felt so thorough and elevated compared to what I'm used to. I'm Polish and I understand Ukrainian/Russian. The staff spoke to me in Russian and I replied back in English. A girl (long brunette hair) who was getting her nails done/who also works at the salon told the other employees that I was tongue-less/without a tongue "chto eto bez yazyka",in Russian. I was so shocked that someone could be so rude. I find it very strange when people have a superiority complex when it comes to their native language. The world is very large and to expect every single person to speak Russian is an odd expectation. Also, insulting your costumers is a really interesting business strategy. The nail tech was nice enough/ignored the comment and did a good job but the retention was not great. Gel polish popped off within 2 weeks. I've had e-file/gel last longer. The salon was clean, well decorated, the girl at the front desk was so nice, she offered tea, coffee and Eastern European chocolate. read more

This place is a hidden gem in Bellevue! They are by far the best place I've gotten my nails done (and I'm very picky) and probably the only place I will go to now. Making an appointment is very easy, the online scheduling is convenient, their location is right off the freeway, and they have lots of parking (there are a few reserved right in front of their shop). Their shop has a fresh clean look to it. It may look small from the outside but they do have different areas for different services! Irina, the owner is fantastic! Pros: · They did an excellent job filing my nails! · Their e-file pedicure left my feet super smooth. · The nail polish they use seems to be high quality. · The nail technicians seem very knowledgeable. · They paint your nails very close to the skin which results in a great look! Cons: · I had to wait 20-30 minutes after I got there (on time) and during that period no one acknowledged me. I ended up going to their breakroom to find my technician there. · They remove gel polish using an e-file instead of a cotton ball soak, which is generally much rougher on your nails. · They completely remove your cuticles, which definitely opens the door to infections! Even though it looks good, I would not recommend doing it unless maybe you are doing a photoshoot. Even then, I would be really careful and use antibiotic cream (like Neosporin) afterwards. · My technician did not remove the sticky layer on some of my nails and ended up redoing the top layer. She did not seem to be very precise the second time, and the top coat appeared to come out streaky and uneven. · It looked like my technician kept bumping into my wet nails during the appointment, and it left some uneven spots afterwards. · I did not get lotion or a massage after my manicure. · The e-file tool they use to remove calluses REALLY hurts! Although maybe because it was my first time? · I scheduled a time to come back in with the only available technician to just reapply top coat on those two nails (and mentioned it in my appointment notes) but she cancelled saying there was not enough time (then why is it available to schedule...?). · It seemed one of the technicians was not wearing a mask (or shield) the entire time I was there (despite there being 10-20 people in a fairly small area), even though the state currently mandates it. · My gel polish started chipping after 8 days! When done elsewhere, it lasts at least two weeks. Neutral: · They had me cure one nail at a time, which I thought was odd, but maybe it was part of the instructions for the polish? My appointment seemed to take a lot longer because of that, and I am not sure how it provided an advantage. · They also have a hair salon and the blow-dryers are really loud. · They recommended stickers instead of free handing a design I asked for. One of the stickers did not last longer than a week before flaking. read more

If this was out of a 10, I would give a 7. Yes, their not your usual Vietnamese nail salon every block you see. They actually pay attention to detail and cleanliness. The lady I got was super sweet and friendly however there is some big miss communication (i believe they speak Russian? or German.. don't know). For the most part, the manicure was awesome-ish? I mean she gave an awesome manicure that even I was falling asleep despite 5 of my fingers was bleeding, kinda make me reluctant to coming back but I love what I got. The only thing I hated the most was the filing, I legit thought she burned my skin that I bled but she just reopened the wound by holding my finger too hard. MY CUTICLES ARE BURNING LIKE HELL. like omg, she would not stop cutting my cuticles. This is my second time going to a nail salon and first time to get gel nails so far I'm freaked for the next appointment. Also, I showed a picture of the nails I wanted with the rhinestones, so that one nail looks like its wearing a ring, I got a triangle instead but whatever it still looks pretty... I was kinda fed up and didn't want to ask for more rhinestones. I think the next time I come back ima have to mention the cuticles is a no zone, And I really need to say something when I feel uncomfortable with something but I was just letting her do her thing and totally regret it. I'm not the type of girl to confront people I'm the shy type so I didn't talk much.
