They did confront my gf about the review when she came in to have her nail fixed. If you want a better review maybe treat other peoples time like it's valuable. My and friend liked coming here, but the last few times weren't great, the prices are high for just a French tip full set, they sometimes take a few hours to just do a basic set, and after a week this last time we got them done they started popping off. I tried to make an appointment not long after to get them fixed but they were busy so we waited to schedule a different day and called before coming to let them know. When we got there they offered to fix the nails that came off but the remaining nails that were about to pop off also they charged full price to fill. That's whatever, we paid it. However, I've had full sets at other places last a whole month without lifting. The most recent time we went, the male nail tech was in a rush to leave when the two girls asked him to come help with my nails. He bent my thumb so hard, twice, he sprained it. I said it hurt but he did it again then snapped at me to stop moving. When I called to let them know a couple days after how bad my thumb was hurting, they said he said he never did that and basically it was my fault for not staying still and he was in a rush since he had to leave. They never responded to the last text I sent. They all definitely need to work on their customer service as well, they all look annoyed majority of the time and are not super nice to customers. Overall not super happy with this place. I got acrylic nails with a simple dot design around the outside and red base. From afar the nails look cute and they certainly came out better than some other sets I've had. However, the woman doing my nails did no cuticle prep/trimming whatsoever and did not put the polish up to my cuticle so they looked grown out right after I got them done. She also did not correctly size the acrylics to my nail so they don't go all the way down the sides of my nails. She also did not ask what shape/length I wanted and just started doing a medium almond shape which luckily is what I was looking for. She did not ask me any questions throughout the entire appointment such as if I liked the color/if the length was okay/if the shape was okay etc. In my experience they will at least check in with you to see if you're liking it so far. A younger girl did the dot design and completely rushed through it. The dots are completely different sizes and some are even bleeding together because she did it so quickly. The ended up charging me $80. read more

Needed a day of appointment for a wedding I'm attending. I was able to make an appointment through Yelp. The owner was super helpful with that. My appointment was early in the morning so the salon was pretty empty. They do have parking in front and all around the back. Salon was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. I love my manicure. I did dip powder with extension + chrome and it came to $70. That's typically the price at any other salon. I love how my nails turned out. She spent time on them to make sure they turned out how I wanted them to. I got a pastel sheer yellow with white chrome on top. They're not overly thick either like acrylic nails. But things I have to complain is they DID NOT CLEAN THEIR TOOLS. Right after one client and they used it on me, and who knows how many people did they use it on! My friend and I got nails done here, she did regular gel polish with chrome and I did gelx with a double French tip. The people were very nice, and clearly put great care into our nails. My friends nails turned out amazing, and I'm so happy with mine!!!! The lady who did mine made sure there was the perfect amount of gel, so it didn't spill out underneath the gel tip, but would last a long time too. She also was super careful with the French tip, and made sure to take her time to get the best look! I had a terrible experience at Simply Nails Salon in Bellevue. One of the salon owners, Lan, treated me like garbage because I was a customer with a Groupon. During a pedicure service, she cut my big toe and I started to bleed. I expressed my concern and Lan in a rude and angry manner started cursing at me in her native language. I felt intimidated and abused. Lan had an unprofessional and hostile attitude. She was completely different with her clients who paid full price for nail services. She smiled and was super accommodating to them. What a huge difference! I called to book an appointment in the morning. I typically go to Lynn Nails salon. They said 5:30pm is what they had available. I walked in at exactly 5:30. They had me have a seat & shortly after pick a gel color for my mani & regular polish for my pedi. At 5:40pm I sat on the pedi chair. A young lady started working on my mani. She seemed overwhelmed & frustrated. I asked how her day was & she shared that they were short staff. It was evident that they were as they had 4 women sitting at the mani stations with 2 people simultaneously working on all of them. Looks intense. At 5:43pm she started on my mani another lady was going to do my pedi. The pedicure started at 5:55 & it was mediocre to say the least. The lady finished faster than the lady doing my mani even though she started later. 3 other women walked in at 6:15pm. Two if them were getting pedis. The lady who was doing my pedi finished up & moved on with the other customer. She said, the lady doing your mani will polish your toes. My pedicure was 20ish minutes. The lady doing my mani finished up & said she would be back to polish my toes. She then went to the mani station to work on another lady. She came back 10min later & polished my toes. At this point it was 6:30pm & I had another place to be at. I told her i needed to put on my sandals with my fresh polished toes & hope for the best. I was there for 1hr but due to how busy & low staffing my experience was not good. I will not be returning. $71 for a classic pedi & a gel mani that were both mediocre. No thanks, ill stick to Lynn Nail salon which has better service & lower prices! read more

I came in with 2 Groupons; one for deluxe pedicure and one for dip powder on my real nails. I had to remind her that I got a deluxe pedicure and had to ask for the wax because they weren't going to give that to me. My dip manicure is the worst I have ever had. She made the powder way too thick. There are lumps all over my nails, especially on the sides. I tried to tell her "it's too thick" and she said I moved even though I was still. I had to turn my body the entire time in the pedicure chair instead of sitting straight forward so now my lower back is hurting me. They offered to fix my nails but I don't trust that they will fix it and I don't have time to stay longer. I live in Seattle and am not going to drive all the way out to Bellevue again. I will never go here again for dip nails. Do not get dip nails here! read more

I was able to get an appointment for within the same week. I was greeted and welcomed nicely. I was being serviced within 5 minutes of arriving which I loved. I was taken care by an older woman who I was unable to get her name. She was kind, attentive, and took her time. The reason why I give them three stars is because of the cuticle care. I had dip powder for a very long time and was removing it and doing a gel manicure. Needless to say my nails needed love. The woman took care of them but did not take care of all my hang nails or dry skin. I am really picky with cuticle care and I found this salon to do an average job. Rude staff and the manicure itself is mediocre. Bought a Groupon (need to use the credits I have) and made an appt for a gel manicure. At this time I stated that I wanted a gel manicure only and no one said the Groupon was not valid for that service. Day of, informed them I had an appointment and was rudely told to sit and wait. After 10 minutes, another lady rudely asked me to have a seat. When checking out, I was told that the Groupon wasn't valid for that service. I told them that someone should have informed me when I made the appointment. I shaped my mails myself and asked the manicurist to follow that shape, instead she made them crooked. The cuticles weren't cut cleanly. The polish stops just shy of the edge, leaving the nail exposed. read more

That being said they really treat there customers well and they truly care and it shows. about the quality of my nails- I do a lot with my hands and I get long acrylics. I have a job where i'm typing a lot, I also work out and stay really active so the fact that they don't break is impressive. I like to go back early for a fill when i want a new shape but typically i don't need to get a fill for 3-4 weeks after getting them done. as for prices- there's not much to say other than the fact that they have amazing prices. As i stated earlier now that i've tried out multiple nails salons i can truly compare. At other salons i've paid double what i've paid here and left unsatisfied, At Simply Nails it's the exact opposite. She told me I would be waiting a couple minutes after arriving but I waited for 10+ minutes... when they get busy It got really busy when I came in but still they prioritized serving me! Ive gotten my nails done here 3 or 4 times, and it really comes down to who is the person doing them. The first 2 times I loved then last week I had an horrible experience. My nails look terrible. I got a gel mani, and she didnt paint the sides, some nails are globby - like she used way too much nail polish and my cuticles look horrible too. It's sad because I really wanted to like this place. I've heard that Ryan is awesome but I haven't had the chance to try with him. First and last time there. Don't bother booking an appointment, it means NOTHING. They do not respect your time. They will take in people they can't accommodate. Three of us had 6:30pm manicure appts. They finally sat one of us 40 mins later, the second one of us 45 mins later and I finally walked out after waiting for an hour! I waited in the car until my friends were done. My friends were also disappointed and said their manicures felt like a rush job, and they didn't clean under their nails. Very unimpressed!!
