Went in for my fill and had an amazing experience as per usual. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted and asked what service you would like. Once you are seated you are offered green tea or water. The staff are all frequently and you leave feeling pampered and happy. I especially like how everyone in the salon chats with all the patrons that visit. While not the prettiest place, the folks more than make up for it. Jimmy and Tony are great hosts - welcoming, friendly and just the right amount of chatty. All staff members have smiles on their faces and are very accomodating. Change your mind, no problem. Need something more, no problem. Not sure of something, no problem. This was exactly the type of neighborhood experience I wanted. 5 of us dropped in with short notice and they took care of all of us. I just get the regular pedicure, I don't opt for manicures since I use my hands a lot. And it's a typical pedicure, cut down cuticles and nails if you like with a foot scrub. Massages are heavenly and they end with a warm towel. They're always quick to offer water, coffee, tea. The place clean, although they could use a new sofa, it's pretty worn. On my most recent visit, a patron was celebrating her birthday with her granddaughter, the owner had everyone sing the "Happy Birthday" song. It was really sweet! These photos are day 3 and it's as if I haven't had a manicure for months! On top of everything else, the technicians and manager were walking around without masks. They have plenty of nail polish to pick from with brands such as OPI and China Glaze. I originally went in for a pedicure but was told I could manicure and pedicure done at the same time, so why not!! Haha The ladies that worked on me were very nice and efficient. The sandals that they provided for me were actual legit sandals versus the flimsy paper/foamy ones you get elsewhere. I went in to get a fill and a pedi, which didn't end up happening because the nail tech tried to remove old acrylic with a nail tip and split my skin from my nail. Offered to soak the rest off with acetone, which didn't make sense cause my finger was bleeding. And I had to refuse it twice. Then after trying to use a drill and the heat being too much, I didn't want anything else done so I paid $40 and left. After two days and my finger hadn't felt any better I went back for a refund and was call a liar, broke, and accused of "needing the $40 more" I am a disabled veteran. I don't need to lie to anyone over $40. Literally go anywhere else. read more

I have been getting dip for four year and I wouldn't go back to this salon. I have been trying to find a new salon so I tried this place last week and honestly there was nothing I liked. Two people helped me. The person that started was literally burning my nail taking of my dip it was so uncomfortable. Then this lady came to help and so was SOO RUDE. She kept telling me to relax when I wasn't moving my hard but she was jerking me. I have been doing this for four years and never had an issue. She would jerk and slap my hand and she probably shaped my nail 100 times. I asked for black and it doesn't look fully black and is so thin I can see through it. Also it's been a few days and one on my nails already BROKE. I can usually go two weeks without breaking one. read more

Be very careful with inexperienced nail technicians. Placing nail tips on the nail is very important. If there is a gap between the nail and tip and it is not sealed properly, water/food gets in there and that leads to nail fungus. I showed the girl the gap and she said let me finish. The only way to correct this was to take the tip off and reapply which she was not willing to do. Needless to say she was rude and I left disappointed and will not return. read more
