have booked two appointments (classic, and wet style lash) with Malena so far, and she is so caring and thorough! definitely A+ service!! price point for removals and fills is also very accommodating, along with other services provided including FREE REMOVAL OF INHOUSE LASHES!! lash beds are quite comfy and make it hard to stay awake, LOL! They play a lovely calming ambient music, but i would personally recommend maybe bringing earbuds (no over ear!!) and listening to a podcast or audiobook. Honestly poor product - and I hate writing poor reviews. The ladies were nice but the quality of service wasn't that great. I got eyelash extensions and usually my lashes stay on at least for 2 - 2 1/2 weeks. And I get a fill every two weeks to be on he safe side. With them the adhesive they used wasn't good quality. After one week it looked like my lashes was at the 2 week mark and needed a fill. I also asked for hybrid volume and was charged that but my lashes were not full hybrid volume. They looked more like natural wispy cat eye. I gave them a few more tries because everyone has a bad day - but after the 4th time it was the same thing and not worth going back. Also I was I was told the wrong location for the appointment. And after driving 45 minutes in traffic to get to location one they said I'm not scheduled here and go to this place and they can service me. I then spent 1 hour and 20 minutes getting there only for them to say they are closing up shop in 45 minutes and can't do my appointment. I was devastated. I just wanted my lashes filled and spent over 2 hours driving to be rejected. But the lady came out to the parking lot and knocked on my window and said she can stay late to finish my appointment. I was happy for that and again ladies were nice. But the actual quality of the product is not worth it. I should not have my new lashes fall off within the first 5 days of a fill - and then my lashes look like the last fill was three weeks ago instead of 5 days ago... Again - nice ladies, but their products don't last long and the lashes I asked for with picture wasn't close to what I was aiming for. This place is good if you just want to do lashes once for an event and don't care if they fall off but not for long term ware of repeated fills read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I very recently had a fill here and ended up with a serious eye infection. I went in to get a normal fill, the next day I woke up with swollen, red eyes that were itchy and burning. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed by a doctor that I had an eye infection that was caused from getting my lashes filled. After confronting the manager for their lack of sterilization, instead of an apology and full refund, the manager went off on me sending me several aggressive paragraph long texts, victim blaming me for what happened. One of the biggest things that stood out was him saying that it "wasn't fair" to blame them for not properly cleaning their tools. He then goes on to say that they clean their tools at the end of each night... the end of each night? Not in between clients? That's utterly disgusting and highly unsanitary. This place also does not clean your eyelashes in between fills and the staff do not wear gloves when working on your eyes. No wonder I ended up with an eye infection. The manager also only gave me a partial refund. Even though now I am having to spend hundreds of dollars on eye doctor visits. I have never been to such an unsanitary and unprofessional business in my life. I will NEVER be back. read more

I was scared of going with classic lashes since I've been told that I don't have a lot of lashes to begin with and therefore needed a hybrid. Candice told that I actually had a good amount of lashes that a classic would give me the natural look i wanted; and she was right. I like 'em short and sweet and that's what I walk away with every single appt. Candice's attention to detail is incredible. I saw they had a 5 start review (DONT TRUST IT) and since I just got my lashes done for the first time ever a few months ago, I have been experimenting with varies places to find one that suits me and my preferred lash style. It's hard because you can't see what they look like until they're done. Well, I know from another place I had been to that when they take off your old lashes they usually give them a nice bath and wash them. Not here! I could feel him picking off my old lashes with his fingernails, and then once he had gotten them all, he used a wipe to rub profusely over my eyelids. Not only is that kind of unsanitary, but I have very sensitive eyes and later found the next day that I had a huge stye on my eye. Anyways, When I scheduled my appointment I read online that it's $30 for an in-store lash removal but it will be free if you get a service right afterwards. After my service he told me it was an extra $30 and I showed him what it said on their website. He tried to argue with me about it so I just said "whatever" and tried to hand him my debit card. After some confusing back-and-forth he decides OK I'll give you the $30 off, but it's a three dollar charge if you want to pay with a card. I pay cash leaving no tip, partially because I wasn't expecting to pay cash and gave him all I had and because after all that I thought a tip wasn't deserved. I make a living on tips so I know about customer service. This place is small with 3 beds side by side. No offer of a blanket or pillow. Save yourself the trouble and go to one of the many other salons in the area. read more

She is amazing in EVERY SINGLE WAY. - she disposed of old lashes in the most gentle way (I always hate this part) - her application of each lash was meticulous (esp since I wanted the whispy look and needed 13, and 9 lashes to be placed) - lastly, she didn't over charge me for a refill just b/c I started my first set with someone else, her refill prices were extremely reasonable for the quality of her work Have to say, Alice you'll be my go to gal for lash extensions here.
