Loved my facial and brow wax with Ela at Nuface Skin Care. From the products she used to the atmosphere of her salon, it was a great experience. My face looked so good and my brows, honestly, have never looked better. She took her time, explained all the products she used and how she used them and made me feel so comfortable. Thanks for the glow up, Ela! read more

I highly recommend Ela & NuFace Skin Care. My wife had me visit her for a facial treatment, and it went great. Her space is tucked back inside of the same building as 425 Fitness. She was extremely knowledgeable and took her time not rushing through anything, helping explain everything. Thank you for the awesome service, Ela! read more

I have gone to Ela consistently for facials over the past 6 years and she has worked wonders for my skin. Initially I struggled with adult acne on my face and back. With just a few months of back facial treatments, my bacne was completely gone and hasn't ever come back. With regular (approx monthly) hydrafacials, I just experience significantly milder and rarer breakouts on my face than before. My skin has never been better. Ela not only knows and delivers the best treatment for your skin concerns, but every visit is truly therapeutic with her empathy, kindness, and hospitality. Anyone would be lucky to be a client of hers. read more

Certified Hydrafacial place which is located inside 425 Fitness. Easy parking. It's in a quiet area separate from the gym/fitness area. I enjoyed my facial and the explanation of what is being put on my face. All the products used on my face were from Ela's creams/lotions/serums with the exception of some other ones. It was a good 70 min facial and she takes square payment which is about $210. read more

Ela is amazing! I started going to Ela for facials when I was pregnant a year ago. During that time, she made sure all of the treatments and products were pregnancy safe. I typically get hydra facials and the results are always fantastic. These are truly the best facials I've ever had. I trust that Ela knows what my skin needs, and the experience is always relaxing. She also sells her own line of products and they are incredible. They are well priced and have done wonders for my skin. I highly recommend NuFace facials and products!! read more

I've been going to see Ela for a couple years now every few (ish) months. I've tried a few different facials and have always left with great looking skin. Recently, I decided to treat myself and try the dermaplaning facial where they scrape off all the dead skin and hair on your face. During this facial, as always, Ela explains what she's using and why she's using it which I always find great as I like to learn more about care for my specific skin type. She recently came out with her own skincare line and used a lot of her own products on me during the facial. The results: excellent. I ended up buying a few of her products to take home, her serum and her night cream as I really liked them when she used them on me. I definitely felt my skin looked refreshed and when I got home my husband noticeably saw a difference in the brightness of my skin as well. As always, I highly recommend Ela for any and all of your facial needs! read more

NuFace also has their own skincare products and they are actually great! I really like their toners and serums. Overall, I would highly recommend NuFace and Ela to anyone (especially if you have acne prone skin)! read more

Ela has been consistently wonderful throughout the many years I've been seeing her. She is the most thorough esthetician ever. I always walk out feeling rejuvenated, relaxed and my skin is glowing. I so appreciate Ela explaining everything she does step by step and making sure I'm comfortable through the process. As a side, I recommend checking out Ela's own skincare line that you can purchase post facial - it is high quality and extremely affordable. I've bought many of her products and 10/10 highly recommend! read more

Why did I wait so long to come back to Ela?! I had another amazing hydrafacial and she now has her own line of natural skincare products she uses during the treatment, along with a few of the other regulars! I took home a gentle cleanser and toner which should help with my rosacea and dryness. I also tried a scrub (incredible), day/night cream, serum, body butter, face oil...she has such a variety of amazing, extremely affordable products. Telling all my friends and I'll be back in 4 weeks for another treatment! Thanks Ela! read more

Had a Hydrafacial done in preparation for my wedding, and Ela was absolutely wonderful!! I have dry and sensitive skin, and she took the time to test multiple products on me for different steps of the process to make sure that I wouldn't have adverse reactions and that she was choosing the best products for my skin. I even ended up purchasing two of the products she used to add them to my skincare routine, and they've been working wonders. Overall, it was a great experience and super relaxing. Ela took amazing care of my skin. She was very thoughtful and explained each step of the facial in clear details. I appreciate this because I have acne prone skin. After 3 days, I have noticed a huge difference in my skin. This was the best facial I have ever received in the greater Seattle area. Highly recommend visiting her business. I've been coming to NuFace Skin Care and seeing Ela for about 6 months now. Every visit leaves me feeling soothed and looking refreshed. My favourite service with Ela is her HydraFacial. She really knows what she's doing and my skin loves her for it. The HydraFacial includes a shoulder massage, an arm massage and hand paraffins. It really is an experience you should try (if you have acne prone skin, don't be afraid, Ela's facials can really help). Ela also has her own natural product line, which she uses on you during her facials. I've bought several of these products and my favourite ones are the AHA toner, the night time nourishing cream, and the Plum facial oil (the last two smell divine). In addition to the HydraFacial I've tried the Microneedling facial and had my eyebrows waxed. Definitely services I would come back for. I am so happy I found this place. Thank you Ela! read more

My skin is absolutely GLOWING from my dermaplaning facial this afternoon with Ela. I had such a wonderful time, such a relaxing experience. Ela took her time and was very methodical all while explaining every step. I am so glad I found Ela. I plan to keep a standing appointment with her and can't wait to bring my mom! read more

Wonderful experience. Ela was such a delight to meet. I had texted the number on her website for an appointment and within minutes she responded back letting me know she could see me the same day I reached out, which is very rare tbh. However, I went and really was beyond spoiled and pampered. I have relatively good healthy skin, but I needed more than good skin. I wanted radiant, glowing, flawless skin and I knew I needed to step up my skin routine game and based on previous reviews on yelp, I decided to try this business out, which I'm so happy I did. I had a hydra facial done, and throughout the process, Ela explained to me in detail exactly what she was using on my face as well as how my face will benefit from each product. I didn't think I'd see results right away, but honestly as soon as she finished I really noticed how clean, pore free, black/white head free my face looked and I was a bit shocked!! She even sells products she uses, which of course I bought too lol I will be back every 6 weeks to see this amazing woman and to see how my face will evolve with her European techniques and products! Her business and work is truly beyond excellent, and it's because she loves what she does and does it with passion and good energy. read more

Highly recommend coming here!! Ela is an amazing, knowledgeable, experienced professional and I would not trust my skin with anyone else. I have terrible rosacea and my face flushes deep red every time I wash it, put moisturizer on it, put sunscreen on it or anything so I am very hesitant to do facials or treatments of any kind. Ela is able to cleanse, exfoliate, deep clean, and hydrate and my skin is miraculously even toned and just fine after our sessions. No rashes, no flushing, no burning...just smooth, hydrated, clean, clear skin. It's incredible. I have tried the hydrafacial, dermaplaning and eyebrow shaping and they were all wonderful. The products Ela uses are also amazing! The are made with natural, high end ingredients, they smell amazing and most importantly...they really do what they're supposed to! Another treat is that during my facials Ela always makes sure to include some massage elements for shoulders, neck, scalp, forearms and hands. It's really wonderful and very relaxing. The location is very calming and comfortable. It is a beautiful private suite and you do not run into too many people after your treatments and you can be comfortable, makeup free and casual. There are so many wonderful treatments offered here for both face and body, I am hoping to try them all one by one. Ela is a very special person and an amazing aesthetician and I feel very lucky to be able patronize her business and have her taking care of my skin. read more

I found Ela as it was close to work & by the raving reviews she's received. I had my first hydrafacial done in March and I immediately feel in love with her work. My skin feels so glowing and renewed immediately after a treatment. Ela talks you through the entire process which was great for a newbie like me. All the products contain natural and well-rated ingredients. The process lasts a little over an hour, but it's a fun time to treat yourself & pass time with a great conversationalist like Ela. She really knows her stuff about sets a high standard for her work and that certainly shows from the variety of services she provides down to wonderful customer service. read more

Ela is the best!! She did my eyebrow microblading and it was such a great experience. I am blonde and have had translucent eyebrows my whole life, I can't tell you how many hours I have spent penciling them in. Ela has changed my life! I no longer have to spend time everyday just to have a face! She is an artist and a mathematician, every detail is very carefully calculated to give the best most flatter brow. I love the shape and the color. Thank you Ela!!! read more

Ela was able to see me for a last minute waxing and hydra facial appointment. I was extremely happy with both the services and super impressed at her professionalism. She gave me an amazing facial and walked me through every single process of the facial as she was conducting it! She is extremely sweet, accommodating and attentive. Your skin is definitely in safe hands with her! Tips: The preferred method of payment is cash or cheque. read more

Ela is AMAZING, I recently had my eyebrows go through a micro blade procedure. I was very nervous and skeptical about the procedure, but a co-worker of mine referred me to her after seeing her spectacular results. Upon arrival her suite was very elegant, and a pleasant vibe. Becoming more relaxed, Ela was very professional and took the time to review the procedure and steps involved. She was very detailed and asked me to give a general description of what I was going for fuller, arched, thin, so many endless possibilities. I told her I want to go natural as possible. Next step she made sure I evaluated the sketch before finalizing, she wanted to make sure I was happy and satisfied, she changed and tweaked anything that I didn't agree with. She was very gentle with the process and applied topical ointment to make sure I was comfortable. Finally she matched the correct pigment made sure it matched my skin tone and started the process. It pricked a couple of times but we finally got through it. I was so happy with my results my daughters were so impressed they asked to be next, maybe I will treat them out to a spa day. My eyebrows look so natural, Ela was the painter and I was the canvas. She is an artist at her finest. Thank you Ela I will see you soon read more

100% satisfied with my microblading- I reached out to Ela because I was starting chemotherapy and knew all my eyebrows would eventually fall out. The thought of having to draw them in everyday (and guess where they should go) was not appealing. A friend told me I should look into microblading, and I'm so glad I did. When I reached out, Ela got back to me the same day, and we arranged our appointment over text. Ela's place is located in the 425 gym in Redmond, and she has her own dedicated small facility. She was ready for me, made me feel comfortable, and had me fill out a complete medical history. She asked questions about my chemo, where I was in my cancer treatment for safety reasons. (As a side note for you ladies considering microblading for cancer you MUST do this before you start treatment because you will be immunocompromised and the risk of infection is much higher.) Ela spent the first 40 min or so examining my face, taking a photo or two and measuring relative distance of my facial features to map out the brows. She got them penciled in with the marking thread and pencil and showed me progress and results after every major steps. She asked for my opinion and and approval after the major drawing and explained the process to choose the points and angles. The outlines were perfectly matched over my natural brow shaped but slightly thicker, evened out, and lengthened to the perfect proportion! We moved forward with the actual tattooing and the first pass we did without the numbing cream as it can harden skin and prevent the ink from seeping in well. It didn't really hurt that much- I have a high tolerance for pain, but I would describe it as getting waxed repeatedly in a small skin area. I did not bleed much at all in the procedure and when I left I wasn't red anywhere around the brows! After the first pass on the first brow I was blown away at how real and natural it looked and how well it just enhanced my face. We kept going until both were done, then sat up to do a check on evenness, symmetry, etc. Ela did a second pass to fill in more hairs, and then one last check for touch ups. She took my feedback well when I asked for a small tweak for more hairs in one section of my brow and added them right away. When we were done Ela reviewed all the post procedural items to ensure the effect would last as long as possible. She was very empathetic to my upcoming treatment, and told me to text her any time for my touch up appointment, even it's past the end of my treatment. Right before I left she also gave me two little boxes of Christmas praline, which was great last touch to my session (on top of the perfect brows!) Highly recommend!!! read more

I had a great experience with Ela! This was my first visit. I was able to get an appointment easily and right away. I have cystic acne and felt like I was looking dull. She did a wonderful job with suggesting the right facial and explaining each step and product used. My skin felt tighter, soft and bright. I have had a few compliments and feel absolutely radiant. I look forward to coming back. Her touch, attentiveness and time spent on me were appreciated. read more

HANDS-DOWN THE BEST FACIAL I'VE EVER HAD! I went in this morning for the HydraFacial & Ela, my esthetician, was AMAZING! My goal (going into the appointment) was to really cleanse & hydrate my skin and let me tell you, I left with the most glowing, dewy complexion! Ela started by thoroughly cleansing/exfoliating my skin, applied both moisturizing masks & a chemical peel, did extractions, & used the HydraFacial machine to infuse deep hydration back into my skin. She took her time analyzing my skin, asking me detailed questions about my routine & the products I use, & explained every step of the facial and why she was doing it. Additionally, you're treated to a warm paraffin hand wax treatment, hot towels on your face, & wonderful arm/hand massage. Ela was so knowledgeable & as a fellow skincare-fanatic, I enjoyed talking with her & learned a great deal from her about what I could do at home to improve what I was already doing. I left my appointment with plump, baby smooth skin & a brand new moisturizer that I'm obsessed with! Do yourself a favor & book a facial with Ela - your skin will truly thank you! read more

Update: I've gone to Ela many times now for a ton of different treatments and I'm absolutely in love with a mask that she uses during facials - it's the Bielenda Algae Firming Face Mask. It's Amaaaaaaaazing. It tones, tightens, and lifts while infusing the skin with moisture for maximum hydration. You can instantly feel your skin tightening and it's the most amazing feeling EVER. If you go to her, ask for this mask. I've tried a lot of different masks before, and this one is hands down the best. read more

I came to NuFace Skin Care for my hydrafacial. Ela was outstanding and her skin care knowledge is exceptional. She is very professional, and walked me through each step. I will only be booking my facials with her. She is amazing! read more

I had a pleasure meeting Ela yesterday when I came in for my Hydrofacial MD treatment. Since that was my first time, she kindly explained every step and described the products she was using during the treatment. That was a very relaxing experience with no skin discomfort, and my skin feels and looks great afterwards. Ela mostly uses Pevonia Botanica products, which are natural and luxurious. I've heard a lot of good things about Pevonia, and there are so many reviews online, proving their effectiveness. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

I adore Ela! This was my first time seeing her and I'm very impressed. In fact, I enjoyed my appointment so much, I ended up adding a facial and eyelash tinting. Here are the services I received: Waxing (including Brazilian, eyebrows, and upper lip) - This was simply the most pleasant waxing experience I've ever had. Mani/pedi - Ela is only satisfied with absolute perfection and my feet and nails look amazing. Hyrdafacial - My skin is as soft as a rose petal and my problem areas (blackheads on chin and nose) are completely gone! My pores are also smaller, which I love. She's very knowledgeable about the process and told me every thing she was doing step-by-step! Eyelash tinting - This was my first time getting this done. I'm going on a beach vacation soon and it looks like I have mascara on without having to apply any. It's perfect for tanning and swimming. Not only is Ela awesome at all of these services, her prices can't be beat. I regret going to nail salons and getting sub-par results for the same if not more money. I only wish I had come here sooner! I will definitely be coming back. read more
