Amazing massage! Comfortable and very calm! Given a gift card and went back because the massage was exceptional. read more

I visited for a deep tissue massage to address upper thoracic back pain, neck pain, and sciatica. The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. However, despite discussing my history beforehand and specifically requesting deeper therapeutic work, the massage was much lighter than expected and did not provide the relief I was seeking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business for individuals seeking true deep tissue massage, injury-focused treatment, or ongoing therapeutic support for chronic pain conditions. It felt more like a spa-style relaxation massage than a treatment-oriented session. Prospective clients should also be aware of potential insurance reimbursement issues. I was told the business would provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement, but the document provided contained only a CPT code and did not include diagnosis (ICD-10) information. I provided a referral from my healthcare provider containing the appropriate diagnosis codes, as well as documentation from my insurance company requesting that the diagnosis information be included on the superbill. Despite having both documents, the owner refused to update the form or include the diagnosis codes. As a result, my claim could not be processed and I was responsible for the full cost out of pocket. My concern is not that reimbursement was denied, but that the business advertises providing superbills for insurance reimbursement while refusing to include diagnosis information necessary to support a medical claim. Every other massage provider I have used for insurance reimbursement has included both CPT and diagnosis codes on their superbills. Had I known this business would not provide that information, I would have chosen a different provider. read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a while, The Healing Garden truly deserves it! I was in town and really needed a massage. My sister has told me countless times to book here, saying I wouldn't regret it, and she was absolutely right. I got lucky with a last minute cancellation and snagged a spot, and I'm so glad I did. I've had a lot of massages in my life, but my 60-minute session with Alexandra was truly out of this world. She was so kind, professional, and incredibly skilled. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space itself is clean, peaceful, and relaxing exactly what you want in a wellness setting. It's definitely a bummer that they book up months in advance, but honestly, that just goes to show how amazing they are. I can't wait to come back! read more

I recently went to Healing Garden and had a 60 minute massage with Cindy. My only regret is that it wasn't 90 minutes! Cindy was fantastic. I have been dealing with shoulder pain for quite some time and she easily pinpointed the areas that were in need of work. She works very hard, has outstanding pressure and she communicated well throughout the massage. I felt tremendous relief post massage. I highly recommend Cindy. read more

Amazing place great facials and massages. Karen is the best. I highly recommend this place. Very calming environment.

I just had a signature facial with Meghan. I was really impressed with her slow, gentle and thoughtful touch. Her face massage is excellent and she gave me a great massage on my forearms as well. Her conversation was completely predicated by my prompt rather than her being chatty. That was pleasant. :-) If we could just add a warm hand-mitt treatment, and include my décolletage, it would've been Nirvana. I know it's been a while, but I had a massage here with Tom a month ago. His touch is confident, supportive and thoughtful. I have noticed a subtle change in my pain levels and posture that has lasted. If you're OK with a talkative therapist that shares his personal story, you'll be a satisfied customer. read more

We, my husband, Mother in Law and myself have enjoyed the massage and ethsetic services worker Heater! The greatest service, for me, has been the Lymphatic Facial massage. I am booking another, with a Christmas gift cert. cert. tonight! read more

This is my go to massage place. I absolutely love every practitioner. Strongly recommend.

I've seen Cindy for a massage a couple times now and she's consistently impressive. She's clearly very experienced and easily pinpoints and works through adhesions and areas of tension. I've been to massage school myself and struggled for years to find a massage therapist I was happy with before finding Cindy. Highly recommend! read more

The Healing Garden - Massage Near Me - Snoqualmie, Washington

I have had at least 3 facials from the delightful Neesa so far and recently bought a package deal for three more! Not only is she well versed in skincare and the various techniques in treating whatever condition you may have, she's a hoot! This winter has been havoc on my sensitive skin, and thankfully, with guidance on products and techniques, it is finally coming under control! The location has plenty of street parking, and is always clean and well organized. I always look forward to my hour of calming music and lively conversation. (Neesa is super easy to talk to so we always end up having a gab-fest, but I know that if I came in one day and just needed quiet, she would do everything she could to make sure I had a peaceful, semi-meditative experience.) I just booked an appointment for a massage in a few weeks and I can't wait to give a new service a try! read more

Healing Garden was such a bright spot to end my week! Came in on a Friday at 6pm, the stress of the week completely lodged in my body. Tatiana was there to greet me, and she informed me of the steps necessary due to COVID. I felt the precautions were adequate and safe the entire time, and almost fell asleep twice it was so relaxing. And this place is in walking distance to great food and vino, what more could you ask to close out the week. Will be back! read more

Have been going here for over a year. Everything about this place is awesome. I receive top notch service, treatment and care!

You know you've had the best facial when you forget to put your bra back on and your pants are on inside out. Okay, that doesn't sound right but I think you get what I mean. Beautiful comfortable robes to wear during your service leaves you feeling warm, relaxed and completely pampered. Every time I leave I walk away feeling spoiled and cared for. I love how my skin feels as Neesa takes such care in every step of the process. She knows her products and my skin - telling me I may have had a little too much sun and quickly remedies what I may have neglected on vacation. I have never had a facial where someone truly cared about my skin the way Neesa does. She is a delight to visit with, she is thorough, thoughtful and makes me feel special every time I walk in the door. I love the skin products she uses and have used them faithfully since my first service almost 4 years ago. I trust Neesa and the Healing Garden for my pampering self care needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! read more

I saw Heather for the first time a few days before Christmas and did not know what to expect. Several friends already had told me how good she was, so I had high expectations. She was very careful to discuss with me what I wanted to get out of the session, and communicated with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable. I had a lot of weird kinks in my back and she was able to release all of them. Her office is really easy to get to and really nice! It even has a special parking spot just for clients right in front of the door. And the price is perfect too. Totally recommended! read more

At the time of writing this article, the phone number takes you to Heather's private line. If you don't reach her there, try calling the office directly at 425.292.0402. I am a total snob when it comes to spas. I want two things: 1. Environment. It needs to _feel_ like a spa. Smells, sounds, everything. 2. Expertise. The practitioners need to know their stuff. No 1st year massage trade college graduates that poke and prod like inexperienced kids. Healing Garden nails both. **Environment** Convenient, warm, inviting, cozy, and comfortable. This is a great little hidden gem of a spot right across from the famous Twin Peaks café, nestled amongst the little shops and restaurants of downtown North Bend. Park right in front of the spa and walk into their immaculate what-you-expect-from-a-nice spa environment. **Expertise** I didn't see Heather on this trip, but her reputation with my friends was enough to go in 100% blind. This time I got to meet Martina Kowalke, whose skills and bedside manner are exactly what you should ask for in an LMP. Strong + knowledgeable means the most important thing: she can fix you and you'll come out relaxed and healed. Side note, if you're not into conversation, I'm sure they'll accommodate, but Martina is sharp and is the reason I'll be coming back. You'll be missing out if you don't chat with her for a little bit. You know that practitioner that you don't have to tell anything and she finds your trouble spots? I have about 6 and she found them all. I didn't give her any clues. If you're like me and hate the thought of going to Bellevue from Snoqualmie/Issaquah because everyone is booked, definitely put Healing Garden on your speed dial. Affordable rates as well. You're not paying for any pretense, you're paying for a well run business owned by experts. You'll also get home quick enough to enjoy your new relaxed, inner peace. read more

What a lovely little spot. I have to say I was very impressed with this little gem in downtown north bend. It has the ambience, cleanliness and smell of what a spa should be like. It was decorated so cute, everything placed perfectly and purposely and very well maintained and very clean. My relaxation massage with Heather was great. She asked a few questions before getting started and then got to work. She was very in tune to my trouble spots and body language without me having to say a word. You know you have found a good therapist when can find the kinks and work them out without pointing them out. My hour and half massage flew by. She asked what type of pressure I wanted before getting started and checked in several times during my massage to make sure I was happy and comfortable. I like a fair amount of pressure and she delivered without it hurting. She used a nice citrus scent during my service which was refreshing and uplifting. I appreciated that she didn't try having a conversation with me during my service. There is nothing worse than going in for a massage and having a chatty therapist, right? I would recommend Heather and the Healing Garden in a heart beat, even to the pickiest. Her place is adorable and perfect. I felt her prices were very reasonable. They offer online scheduling and Sunday appointments. What a gem! read more

I've been seeing Heather Lelas for massages for longer than I can remember! Heather remembers the issues I'm having every week and has a pretty good handle on how I'm doing. Her deep tissue massages are fantastic and really help me a lot. For my particularly tight muscles she uses cupping which does a fantastic job of loosening those muscles. I sit at a desk on a computer all day and Heather's massages take away a lot of the tension that my occupation brings on. I wholeheartedly recommend Heather for any of your needs, from pain to stress relief. read more

It's been a minute since I have been to North Bend. Work has been keeping me super busy and I have not been able to get a massage.I have been neglecting my body with harsh workouts. I recently found out that Heather has made a switch to become an independent so I had to re-visit her! I have been getting amazing massages from her ever since she worked at the place down the block. No complaints here. It was only an hour long but I almost fell asleep, it felt amazing. Believe it or not, her massages have gotten better. I jokingly said mentioned that she must have learned new skills. I slept sooo good that night, I think it has to do with the increased circulation of blood. I got lucky and one of her regulars cancelled. She is quite popular, so the waitlist is probably long. Quit reading my review and book a massage with Heather already. This review is for Heather Lelas, not to be confused for the other one. read more

This place is so cozy, warm and welcoming. Heather has a gift; she knows the body and provides therapeutic massage that not only feels good but, gives you true pain relief. I have been getting massages once every month for a long time until I had kids that are now 2 and 4 so its been a while since I have had a massage. I moved to North Bend and read reviews on this spa and they were all great. I just went recently for my birthday and it was EXCELLENT. Cute little spa with a nice relaxing atmosphere. This will be my regular place from now on. I loved it and my massage was very relaxing and Martina worked out the knots in my neck and shoulders. Very happy customer. Oh and its very affordable too. read more

Had a great experience at the Healing Garden with Neesa. She does an amazing eyebrow wax! My daughter went in for an eyelash tint - she has vitiligo and this was her first experience with tinting & she loved it! Neesa was really patient with a silly but scared 9 yr old! We will definitely come back, maybe add a facial next time! read more

I had my very first facial with Neesa and it was fabulous. I have extremely sensitive skin and have always been too afraid I would have a reaction to the products, but I figured at 40, it was time to at least try it out. Neesa was fantastic, she listened to my concerns and used products specifically for sensitive skin. And knowing I was a bit nervous, she calmly walked me through each step. Not only did I not have a reaction, but I left with my skin feeling extra clean and amazingly moisturized. I will definitely be back! read more

Neesa gives a fabulous facial! My skin looks alive again! I even bought a series since my skin never looked this good after a facial. Love her! read more

I have been getting facials for years to help calm my sensitive skin and rosacea and have yet to find a good fit, until now. Neesa has given me not only the most relaxing facial of my life but has actually calmed and improved my skin in just 2 visits! She very thoughtfully listened to my concerns and personalized my experience each time. On my second visit she showed me a product she ordered specifically to treat my skin, and sent me home with generous samples to try! Needless to say, her warm energy, knowledge and skills are a gift to the Healing Garden and I will be back! read more

Came in for the first time and got my eyebrows waxed. They use soy paste so my skin did not break out or get hives like I normally would. She shaped them very nicely too and took her time to be sure they looked good! Very relaxing and clean atmosphere. Highly recommend!! read more

I am approaching middle age and to this point, have had a very basic skin care regimen. In the last year, I have been struggling with changes in my skin (random dry areas, red patches, blackheads etc.) and finally decided that I need help and advice from a knowledgeable professional. Having never done anything like this before, there was a mild amount of anxiety due to uncertainty. After some research, I found The Healing Garden in North Bend. When I arrived I was warmly welcomed into the quaint, lovely boutique style soothing atmosphere. The kind of atmosphere every one loves! I had made my appointment for a Healing Garden Signature Facial done by Neesa. She was warm, invited me back into the facial room and I was immediately at ease. She then asked me questions and intently listened to my answers when I tried to describe what I was experiencing. The facial was nothing less than magnificent! I felt pampered, and she educated me through the process. Coaching me through things that I could do to help my skin, things to avoid and things to be on the look out for in the future. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend The Healing Garden for services! (as well as delightful boutique style goodies they have beautifully displayed for sale) read more

Nice little quaint spot in North Bend. Owner is very nice and accommodating. Definitely not the best massage I've ever had but it's convenient since I live in Snoqualmie.
