I don't know about all y'all, but when I go in for a mani or pedi I grow that crap out. Like getting your hair cut, forget that business I don't wash it the day of either because that's how I roll. I leave old polish on and make sure I don't touch up my cuticles so that by that point they have become grubby, your manhands will be turned into something fantastic once they've gone through the works. When it comes to our nails, lets face it. They take serious beatings so why not treat them well and give them time to relax and make them look pretty again. Snoqualmie Nails is in the business section that is part of this amazing growth spurt that is taking reign on Snoqualmie. Sweet Jesus, what happened in a year? Anyways, the salon is clean, the staff is pleasant and say hello to everyone as they come and go from their appointments even if they are busy. Being a virgin to acrylic nails and wanting to keep my nail hymen in tact, I always opt for a basic manicure if out with friends. Not only do you walk away with freshly painted nails, but did you say that you had a kink in your back? Your chiropractor can't seem to get that knot out of your neck? It ain't no thang, if you're getting a regular manicure and no acrylics you automatically get a massage too! Say what? I could have fallen asleep to the beat on my neck. Several of the group that I popped in with got fake nails that weren't acryllic but gel? Excuse the naivete I don't speak nail language. When everything was buffed out and filed down, the nails looked and felt like the real thing. They aren't overly thick. The prices are a little steeper than other salons but this was a once in a lifetime weekend and was worth the price. Not only that but figuring the location it must rank with Seattle fees. Just no. Never again. I made an appointment for a full set of acrylics. When I got there she started to do GelX telling me it was better. The price was $80. I asked about the cost of a fill and she said $55. I said I'd prefer acrylic so I could get them filled cheaper and at more places if needed and she literally scoffed at me and told me acrylics would be $85 and started talking to her coworker (pretty sure about me based on timing but I couldn't understand). I told her I was going elsewhere and left. I went to Envy, paying half the price, two people working on my nails and the sweet man there asked me how my daughter was. I left thinking why do I not stick with Envy!? It's not always perfect but the customer service and process are SO much better. I can't believe how rude Snoqualmie Nails was. Didn't do what was asked of them but instead chose a more expensive service without asking. Way overpriced and when you ask them to fix their mistake they get impatient and rude. I'm sorry the appointment was late in the evening but if you're still scheduling people up until that close to closing you should not rush through the work especially if you're going to charge that much. I wasn't going to write a review because sometimes people had bad days and that's ok, but now the gel is peeling off my nails after only 3 days. I only came in here because my usual place was closed, and I wanted to love it because it's so convenient!! But it was truly the worst experience. The gal was so cold to me immediately upon walking in, the energy was just off the entire time. I got my nails done on a Monday evening, and by Thursday the gel is already peeling off my nails entirely . So disappointed. Will never return. read more

Purchased the 60 minute luxury pedi. Sat down at 4:05 and they finished at 4:38 (2 of us). That's definitely not 60 minutes. The 15 minute massage was lack luster. Just rubbed hot stones on calves. The chairs have minimal pressure. And the end the attendant asked how I will be paying the tip, which is unprofessional (yes, I tipped and tipped well, but do not like being asked how I am tipping let alone even mentioning a tip.) We tried Snoqualmie Nails this weekend and had (2) "Deluxe" pedicures and they were anything but deluxe. It was a lackluster 30-45min treatment that left a lot to be desired. The staff was very unfriendly and a bit checked out the whole time. The "massage" didn't even feel like a massage but more like a boring skin rub, and during the hot rock treatment - the rocks weren't even hot and the massage portion was just rubbing them on your leg (no massage). Between the unfriendliness of the staff and the poor service, don't waste your time or money! read more

My shellac pedicure lasted 20 min, the nail polish was applied in a sloppy way, did not cover the whole nail, but covered my cuticles and skin around, my 8 year old would have done a better job. I don't recommend. I think the owner applied my shellac, I looked at other employees and they did put a lot of attention to the pedicures they were doing. read more

I have now been here 3 times, for dip nails. 1st time the gal made them so thick they lifted. 2nd time different person they were awesome. 3 rd time today worst ever I said you missed the side and she said don't worry about it. She also took all my length off. The top coat she put on didn't even cover the whole nail on a few of them. I'm sorry but I am paying for a service, and I was in the industry for several years. I would give this establishment a zero star rating if I could. I do not live in the area but grew up here. I had been going to snoqualmie nails for years and decided to give it another try while I was in town. And wow I was beyond disappointed. The quality of my shellac mani and pedi was the worst I have seen. I had her re do one of my nails before I left because it was still rough.... Even then less than a week later my shellac was coming off and my toes looked better before I went in. Because I do not live there and I called to ask for a refund and the manger I spoke too was extremely rude and combative. I have never been spoken to like that by someone in customer service. She refused to give me a refund and said I need to come back.... I explained to her over and over again that I do not live there and was in town for the weekend and she continued to talk down to me and yell that I 'waited too long to ask for a refund' it had been a week.... The new management is very poor and they need to take a lesson on how to treat your customers with kindness and respect. Do not go here. read more

I came here as a last resort for a desperate pedi at closing on a Sunday night but was worried about the bad average reviews of this place. Look what they did to my the middle finger nail it got ripped off completely because of how much they filed my nails and they put so much glue on and I on accident. Hit acrylic on like a door or some thing and it came off with my real nail and it hurt so bad it is still not grown back. If you look closely at the top of my cuticle, I don't even have one anymore and the other nails are so damaged. I cannot get my nails done anymore 10 out of 10 would not recommend go here. Awful awful awful. I came in last minute for a pedicure and manicure. I even prefaced it with totally understand if you have no room. The lead technician immediately said yes and tossed me the shellac set and said pick your color. Manicure was awful. It was about 17 minutes, barely cleaned my cuticles, told me I pick my nails (I had one hang nail from 4 hours of cleaning my deck), never even took a file to my nail until I called her out. I even asked if they normally ask individuals for shape preferences and she said, what shape do you like. She massaged each arm a total of 57 seconds, I actually timed it. Needless to say, I still feel like I need to get my nails shaped since I asked for 'almond' and got round. Pedicure was slightly better until they charged me an extra $18 for 'gel!' Needless to say, I'm never coming back here and would never recommend anyone come here either. These two lovely ladies next to me also said this same individual never even said a word to them and sped through each of their services as well. So disappointing, especially when I'm someone who doesn't get to pamper herself often. read more

My wife has gone here off and on for a few years because you could get in last minute. The service was fine and the prices were reasonable. Unfortunately she had a horrible experience today when trying to pay. She tried to give a $5 tip on her credit card but the guy refused to run it because he'd have to pay taxes so he was demanding a cash tip and wouldn't let her pay until the cash tip was given. Even though it's illegal to not pay taxes on tips, I understand the desire to save the money. However to openly flaunt the avoidance of taxes and demand that customers be complicit is outrageous. read more
