Now, the new owners have made significant upgrades that have genuinely elevated our nail experience. Don't bother stopping at Starbucks, they will offer a complimentary beverage upon entering (you must try their Vietnamese coffee, though I did see some adult beverage options as well) I was offered a book of color choices (both matte and glossy) which is much easier to use than the plastic nail samples on a chain, which was also available. There has also been an upgrade to their esthetics. The nail stations have a lovely lighting system, the chairs appear new, and there are other details as well As you can see from my pictures, I am not interested in glamour nails. As many women in North Bend, i need my hands and feet to appear well groomed, and functional. Like many northwest women, I ask a lot from my hands. With a well shaped, neutral, matte dip manicure, my hands will appear nice for up to three weeks without chipping breaking or peeling. I also like feeling pampered and the salon and staff know how to pamper. Don't be shy when ordering the pedicure! I only ordered the basic, with a 5 minute massage, Next time I will be upgrading to the 15 minute massage, the massage I got with my pedicure was amazing!
