Amazing massage! Comfortable and very calm!…read moreGiven a gift card and went back because the massage was exceptional.

I visited for a deep tissue massage to address upper thoracic back pain, neck pain, and sciatica…read more The environment was clean, relaxing, and professional. However, despite discussing my history beforehand and specifically requesting deeper therapeutic work, the massage was much lighter than expected and did not provide the relief I was seeking. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this business for individuals seeking true deep tissue massage, injury-focused treatment, or ongoing therapeutic support for chronic pain conditions. It felt more like a spa-style relaxation massage than a treatment-oriented session. Prospective clients should also be aware of potential insurance reimbursement issues. I was told the business would provide a superbill for insurance reimbursement, but the document provided contained only a CPT code and did not include diagnosis (ICD-10) information. I provided a referral from my healthcare provider containing the appropriate diagnosis codes, as well as documentation from my insurance company requesting that the diagnosis information be included on the superbill. Despite having both documents, the owner refused to update the form or include the diagnosis codes. As a result, my claim could not be processed and I was responsible for the full cost out of pocket. My concern is not that reimbursement was denied, but that the business advertises providing superbills for insurance reimbursement while refusing to include diagnosis information necessary to support a medical claim. Every other massage provider I have used for insurance reimbursement has included both CPT and diagnosis codes on their superbills. Had I known this business would not provide that information, I would have chosen a different provider.

The four of us had lunch the other day. We were running late and they adjusted our reservation. We…read morewere seated promptly and the dining room is nicely decorated. The waiter took our drink orders then food orders. I had the fried chicken sandwich which was great. The others had fish & chips, another excellent choice. The fish was very good and the portions were generous. A great experience

What a difference 40 years makes…read more I was at the Salish Lodge on a business trip for a week in 1989, and it was one of the most lovely experiences I've ever had. By the end of the first day, every valet and front desk person knew all of us by name, and they bent over backward to be helpful and treat us like valued guests even though we were working an event and weren't the ones paying for the rooms. (Our company had bought out the entire lodge, which was much smaller at the time.) All the guest rooms at that time faced the river and had a beautiful view of it. Not so anymore, as they've renovated the lodge and many rooms have either no view or a view of trees (definitely beautiful) but not the river. The latter was our experience. There was a tiny glimpse to be had if you peered far off to the right, but otherwise our view was the trees. This was disappointing simply because we didn't know the place had been added on to and now had non-river view rooms. My husband, who had given me this trip as a Christmas present, was very disappointed and asked if there were any river view rooms available instead. Sure -- for $700. (No thanks.) We stayed in our $400+ tree view room instead, but honestly, this room is about $250 overpriced. For that price, one would expect everything to be in perfect condition, plus a large-ish room. Not the case in ours. It's smaller than the size of a standard La Quinta or Comfort Inn type of room, has no dresser or drawers to unpack your clothes (unless you remove the iron from the 6"x6" drawer it's stored in), and the "closet" is an IKEA-like unit in the entryway of the room. There's a fireplace, a TV, and a small desk, plus two chairs crammed into the corner, and a narrow balcony outside to listen to -- not see -- the river. The bathroom has a shower with two rain-style shower heads, so bring something to cover your hair if you don't want to drench it every time you shower. (The hotel doesn't provide shower caps -- only a small bottle of lotion and some Q-tips and a make-up removal wipe that doesn't remove makeup. It's just to keep you from getting it on the white towels.) As to the room's condition -- There are lamps on each side of the bed. Mine had a wonky switch that had to be jiggled just so in order to work. It's supposed to be dimmable, but mine was either on or off. There is also a reading light built into the headboard. Mine didn't work. Also, water was shooting out the side of one of the shower heads where it connects to the pipe in the wall. I did tell the front desk the next morning, and they offered to move us to another room. I didn't want to have to pack up all my stuff and move to another room that may have had less of a view than we already had, so I told them we were leaving for the day and asked that someone come in to fix the issues. They did, but about six hours after I put in the request, my husband received a text asking when it would be convenient for them to come in. Needless to say, communication between the staff isn't great. As of this writing (getting ready to check out on Day 4), now the fireplace isn't working. It stopped last nigh

I went in on Saturday with my fiance to get his hair cut for our wedding. I brought a clipping of…read moreexactly what we wanted his hair to look like (a biebs look sort of). The lady started in the back and it was all good. When she starting to cut the front she turned his chair around (first warning) I think to avoid the mirrors, because neither could he and I see what she was doing. He knew something was wrong and kept asking me are you sure this is what you want...(second warning) of course I still could only see the back and couldn't tell. When she applied hair cream to style it she kept going over the same area in the front to make it look longer (third warning) When she turned his chair around my heart sank, tears were about to show then she made a really dumb comment saying like its good your wedding is in two weeks because you wont have that new fresh hair cut look it will be more grown out....excuse me what!? When I get my hair done i would love it to stay that way forever, i never heard any one say god i cant wait for my hair to grow out of this cut (unless it was BAD JOB). He grew his hair out for over nine months he had over 5 inches to make sure he could have it styled like the clipping (from GQ mag,) She CHOPPED it almost all off. His bangs were supposed to reach his eyebrows but for some weird reason she cut them at a HORRIBLE angle his hair reached over 1inch over his right eyebrow an over 1.5 inches above his left (yeah we measured). Also 2 different length is the side burns. During the appointment I know I mentioned MANY TIMES that I loved longer hair WHY would she chop it so short. We got home and I cried. The I had to grabbed the scissors and tried to fixed the side burns but can't fix the front!

I have gone to Bella Vita about 4 or 5 times now. I have always been very very happy. From cut to…read morecolor I have not been disappointed. I wish it was a little less expensive or that they offered specials, but, because I know I will be happy when I leave I pay the price.
