I was feeling a bit low and worried because I was spending money on a day social media said not to. But I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sparkle and beauty that is the physical ambiance of the Salon. Though is missed my favorite front desk receptionist Valentina. Seriously such a fun sweetheart that makes being a professional welcomer seem way easier than we all know it is. She always appears to be genuinely happy to see each salon guest arrive for their appointment and never forgets to checkbon your hydration and personal needs. But regardless of who the front desk person is they make the check in process easy and inviting. And then there is the rest of your scheduled experience. There is just a level of comfort offered while being in some of the most vulnerable positions that just can't be put into words. I mean we are naked or laying with our eyes closed for hour(s) and not once will you were about your safety (psychological or physical) ever being compromised. And feel free to talk about anything and ask any question everyone is ready to engage! I just love Suite B and you will too! This is in no way a paid or compensated review. I just believe that everyone should feel good about and during their consumer experience these days. And small women owned businesses do not get enough attention. Gender or anything else don't matter here. High quality service is provided to all. If you are a human with skin and hair Suite B hair and skin has a service for you. I received two services by Katie today. A grande lash fill and a full Brazilian. That is about two and a half hours of service in a sitting and it was a seamless and hygienic transition and process. Time spent with Katie is honestly like therapy. She is kind, insightful, beyond inspiring in so many ways and provides more than esthetic needs. She fills your beauty and soul, self care needs effortlessly. You may see that I write reviews often but this is only because I am consistently blown away with every experience I have with Katie. The level of artistry is always magical. I literally walked in with about 4 lashes and looking so tired and walked out with a full set of lashes looking refreshed and more vibrant than I can even explain. Even taking off old lashes is easy and relaxing. When I went to A+ iLash they pick and pull the old lashes off, but at MIA's they apply a gel that doesn't sting or itch. After a few minutes the old lashes come right off. I love that she gives my lashes a little lash bath each time I come in before starting on a new set or even a fill. I've reviewed my texts and there is no message from you stating that, due to my supposed "treatment" of your staff, I was only to communicate with you directly. That claim is false. Throughout this process, I maintained a respectful and professional attitude. I will not be bullied into accepting a narrative that paints me as "difficult" or "disrespectful" when the truth is I was misled into spending money on products that weren't right for me. Yes, I declined further phone calls--but only because after multiple calls filled with misinformation and mix-ups, I preferred to have written records of all communication. If necessary, I am more than willing to share screenshots that prove exactly how inaccurate your version of events is. Because despite what you're saying I handled things with the upmost respect and was nothing but kind to you and your staff the only disrespectful thing I did was not answer your phone call. I also told your staff multiple times that I was open to swapping or adding any products needed--just let me know what was best. Instead, I was given inconsistent input depending on who I saw/spoke to that day. At the end of the day, I'm thankful I chose not to continue being shuffled around and misinformed.
