She was whispering things in her language while attending to me, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, she left my face covered in hair, did not properly clean my skin, and did not even offer me a tissue to wipe my face. My skin was left horribly irritated, and she did not offer aloe vera or any soothing product to help calm the irritation. The entire experience felt careless, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy, gentleness, and professionalism, especially during a facial service. I paid for a service and left feeling uncomfortable, poorly treated, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this place based on my experience. I hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses the way customers are treated.
