I firmly believe that you should abide by Baseballs rules when you are trying oUt new salons. Specifically, the three strikes your out rule. The first time I came here, I booked a refill because I still had lashes on from my previous salon in another state. I wasn't blown away with the service but it wasn't bad. A solid C. The second time I came to the studio, I did a full 2 hour set and left in tears because my lashes looked like I was heading to work as a stripper. I had asked for a more natural look and I have blondeish lashes so I need a little help to frame my eyes. Instead I received the most over done lashes I've ever experienced and also saw that they broke some of my natural lashes while doing this service. I literally went home and lash bathed all my lashes until I got about half of the set off. I, however, gAve them a pass here because maybe I wasn't clear in what I liked. They did know I was upset and didn't give me any discount or show any empathy toward my unhappiness. I went in again this morning and only booked a fill, though I have no lashes on right now, but I thought if they only have 60min then maybe it will look more natural. I explain to the girl, I only want 60min and very natural looking just a little umph! About 70min in, I asked how much time was left and she said an hour. I advised that I only wanted 60 min because I was worried about being over done. She was like ok, wrapped up and let me get up. They look ok but not what I wanted and honestly if I gave her another hour they would have been overdone and not looking natural. Then, as I was checking out she charged me for a full set even though it wasnt even close. So, just under $300 for an hour service. My previous studio saw me every 14 days like clockwork to ensure my lashes were tip-top and I saw them for 4 years. This studio is the closest to my house and honestly I really wanted to like them but between bad service and absurd pricing, I won't be back. I'd be very clear on your expectations. Absolutely dIsappointing and I'm furious at the cost and no flexibility on pricing for the actual service that was received. 24 hours later and half my lashes are gone. The lash factory was great!! Being a hairdresser we all seem to be picky especially about our hair and lashes! The owner took her time and was very patient with me. The lashes looked fabulous very full and beautiful just like I love them ! This is the second time I've gotten them in the last three years and by far this was the best location ,lashes and product I have used . I am very sensitive to the glue and last time I had them put on in a different location I had a major problems with irritation swelling and redness of my eyes. This location The lash factory in Duvall Washington I had no problems whatsoever no burning no itching nothing! She asked the right questions and made sure that I was not going to have any issues. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt compelled to write one for the Lash Factory. This review is for all those gals out there who feel like eyelash extensions are too "foo foo" for them, or for those who think "you should be happy with your natural beauty..." because honestly that was my perspective too. I am relatively new to getting eyelash extensions, but really, I should have been doing this years ago. I am NOT a "girly girl" by any stretch of the imagination. I wear jeans and converse, play in the dirt, and have tried to avoid all things make-up since I was 12. However, I am also a red head who has very light eyebrows and eyelashes and have always felt a little self-conscious about that. I HAVE to wear mascara just to look like my eyelashes exist. When I got my first set, it made me FEEL amazing (not just LOOK amazing)! The crew at the Lash Factory are so nice and they do such a great job. I feel their service is not simply a cosmetic one. There is a connection between looking our best and feeling our best - and for me, this service allows me to feel my best.
