I've come to this location multiple times for their incredible staff, service, and I really have enjoyed getting lash extensions done here! Highly recommend consulting with your lash tech, they know whats best! Today I tried something new, which was a lash lift. The lash tech I had was also new but certified, she was super kind. However, the final production was pretty awful, it was like a lash curl, it quite looks the EXACT same. I wouldn't personally ever get a lash lift again, but would come back for extensions.

I've been getting laser treatments on my armpits and a Brazilian, and I was so nervous to start the Brazilian process because I wasn't sure it would be effective. Sureeta, however, made me feel completely at ease throughout the experience, which isn't exactly pleasant. Trust me, it gets less painful with each session, so hang in there! One thing that stands out is how clean and well-maintained the clinic is--it immediately puts you at ease and reassures you about the process. The results have been amazing: my armpit hair is completely gone, and the Brazilian area is nearly hair-free--I think one more session will do the trick. It's worth noting that this is a long process; treatments are done monthly, so patience is key. But honestly, I wish I'd done this years ago because not having to shave is a game-changer! Not only do they excel at laser hair removal, but they also offer eyebrow threading--and they do an excellent job! It's a great option for keeping your brows looking sharp. A tip for newcomers: they have great Groupon deals, but if you call or visit them directly, they'll honor the same pricing. That's a nice little perk.

During both of my sessions, I was never given laser safety eyewear. When I asked about eye protection, staff told me it wasn't necessary because the machine is "3D." After my second session, I researched the device. The "3D" in Soprano Titanium refers to its three wavelengths (755nm / 810nm / 1064nm) -- it has nothing to do with eye safety. In fact, the 1064nm wavelength can reach the retina, and the manufacturer specifies laser-rated eye protection for patients as standard. Every reputable clinic provides it. This one didn't, and worse, gave me a made-up explanation when I asked. If a facility cuts corners on something as basic as eye protection -- and confidently gives customers false safety information -- I can't trust anything else about their safety practices: machine settings, maintenance, staff training, any of it. I cancelled my remaining 4 sessions. I couldn't get a refund through Groupon and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Do your research. Your eyes don't grow back.

My membership was set up for automatic billing. When my credit card expired, the business failed to bill me or notify me for six months. When they finally discovered the error, rather than taking responsibility, the owner blamed me and expected six months of charges to be repaid immediately or within two weeks. I was also told that if I didn't pay according to the owner's schedule, the employee providing my services wouldn't be paid. I later confirmed that wasn't true. I never disputed paying for services I received. The issue was the lack of accountability and how a longtime customer was treated because of the business's own accounting failure. I've also watched this business struggle to retain long-term employees over the years. After this experience, that is difficult to ignore. Businesses make mistakes. How ownership responds to them matters. This one cost them a loyal customer.

I ended up with something very odd and much more expensive. I had no clue walking out what the hell is on my finger nails... it does kinda look french tip, but it's big, bulky, your nails are completely unusable for standard nail stuff (like opening letters, peel off labels) and it feels like I got an extra 1/4 inch of stuff on it. After asking my friends, turns out that this is not your standard good old French tip, it's a SNS situation that you can't get off anymore. Yikes! I was just about to go and buy a nail polish remover when they told me that you can't use it for those kind of nails. I had to seriously google the whole disaster and also checked their website, instead of the $30 french tip manicure, they quietly upgraded me to the $55 SNS one. They never asked if I even wanted that and with me having absolutely no idea what the hell was going on, I couldn't intervene to tell them that this isn't what I ordered. I remember thinking that the price is way too much and why did I sit for over an hour what should have taken 30min. Lesson learned, I'll never ever do a nail service again. This will take months to grow out unless I'm willing to douse my hands in 100% acetone for 15-20min and try to get this glub back off (had to google this also)... I can't even say that this was a great job, since my friends said it's too thick and not looking good. If you are new to nails, this isn't the right place, they'll do whatever to charge the most expensive service even if you didn't order it. I assume a seasoned pro would have stopped them in their tracks, but now I'm stuck with this, can't use my nails, paid too much and can't get it off without a lot of effort.

My eyes were burning throughout the appointment, which has never happened to me at any other lash studio. When I got home, the lashes looked extremely natural -- much lighter and flatter than any classic set I've ever had. When I reached out about it, the responses quickly became dismissive. I was told she wouldn't redo the set, and that if she made one adjustment and I still wasn't satisfied, she would not make any further corrections. She also warned me that adding curl might cause my lashes to "touch my eyebrows," and then later said it "might not," depending on my face shape -- which didn't make me feel very confident or comfortable. On top of that, trying to schedule a time for the adjustment felt incredibly unaccommodating. I've been getting lash extensions for a while and have never had a lash tech refuse to correct their work in a helpful or professional way. Between the burning during the appointment, the underwhelming results, and the unwillingness to properly address my concerns, I ultimately decided not to return. I can't recommend this place.

The appointment took around 2.5 hours, and I liked the final color and overall look of the nails. The salon itself is very clean and has a luxury/self-care vibe. As soon as I walked in, they offered me a complimentary fancy drink and a small treat, which was such a nice touch. They also have iPads available during the service, so I ended up watching Emily in Paris while getting my nails done. What impressed me the most was their cleanliness. After each customer, they thoroughly cleaned everything with Clorox wipes, including the desk, chairs, and surrounding area. As a first-time customer, they also gave me 10% off plus a cute little gift bag with cuticle oil, hand cream, and nail care instructions. The reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because I expected a little more attention to detail for a professional service at this level. A couple of nails had small imperfections. For example, one thumb wasn't fully covered near the edges and part of it looked matte, almost like the top coat didn't fully seal the edge. One other nail also had a slightly uneven surface. They're small details, but noticeable up close. Overall though, I enjoyed the experience, loved the atmosphere, and would consider coming back again to try other technicians.
