Keep up a steady chat, was warm and friendly, and left me feeling like I had made a long time friend. Hair looked amazing and felt really good too. I booked my appointment with any cerologist (person who performs the waxing service) and I was matched with Andrea R. The day of my service I arrived 15 minutes before like I was asked to and was greeted immediately as I walked in. Andrea greeted me and let me know she was going to clean the room and get ready for me. When I walked in the room, you could tell it was clean and sanitized. Andrea got to know me and asked me some questions about my skin and my waxing history. I let her know it was my first time getting a full Brazilian and underarm wax and she explained to me the process and the pain levels. I felt super comfortable with Andrea. She explained the process as she was waxing me and even maintained a conversation with me to distract me. She was super kind and I felt that she took her time with me and made sure I was vacation ready. I would highly recommend booking an appointment for waxing here.
