For a weekday lunch I honestly wished that they would have more business because the quality demands it. Not because it's a Michelin grade but because how happy and satisfied I was after the meal. The eggplant parmesan was perfectly prepared, thickness sliced just right and breaded lightly but still has the little crunch one would want. All on a bed of penne pasta and irresistible marinara sauce. The cheese was just right. It's hard to come by eggplant dishes that aren't overly greasy, oily to maintain their moisture and texture but Alza Osteria have done it! Olive tapenade was so yummy to start with and the sliced baguette, though simple, it's toasted with olive oil and accompanied the artichoke+olive mixture delivered to your mouth on a crispy slice. One thing I wished they had was un-decaffeinated coffee but I'm overlooking it and walking away the fuller person. Also the dessert selection read like mouthwatering dishes I wish I had the stomach for.

We started with a complimentary basket of soft, warm bread followed by an appetizer - olive tapenade ("a blend of marinated artichoke, Spanish, black & kalamata olives, garlic-rubbed crostini"). This was a party for the mouth; the savoriness of each bite was heavenly. For my main dish I ordered cheese ravioli with meat sauce. Initiallly the bowl seemed to have a small serving but in reality I could barely finish it; it filled me up! The ravioli was excellent but what really made it amazing was the deep, delicious flavor of the meat sauce. I imagined some Italian grandma in the kitchen cooking it for days. The prices on the lunch menu are surprisingly fair. More than fair. Which made me love this place even more. Mangia!

From start to finish, your team provided outstanding service and an excellent meal. When we arrived to pick up the order, Mr. Lomeli took the extra step of making sure we had enough garlic bread and generously added a couple more loaves. That kind of thoughtful customer service is increasingly rare, and it did not go unnoticed. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed the lasagna, salad, and garlic bread. Throughout the event, many attendees shared fond memories of dining at Fratellino's over the years and spoke highly of both the food and the restaurant. We were happy to place several of your menus out for our guests to take home, and we hope that many will visit you again soon. Thank you once again for helping make our event a success. We truly appreciate your generosity, quality, and attention to detail, and we look forward to enjoying another wonderful meal from Fratellino's in the future.

Hands down probably the best garlic bread I've ever had! I always eat at least 2 pieces. Shareable with friends/family Chicken parmigiana with spaghetti (8/10). Loved the mariana sauce. This is a tough review to write because it appears to be a family-run business, but hopefully the criticism is taken constructively. From the moment we walked in, the experience felt unwelcoming. There didn't seem to be a host or anyone greeting customers. We stood there somewhat aimlessly while employees behind the counter looked over at us without really acknowledging us or explaining where to go. One particularly strange thing we noticed was customers being turned away at the door and told there would be a wait, despite several tables appearing to be open. Then, about five minutes later, another couple walked in and was seated without any issue. Maybe there was an explanation for it, but from a customer's perspective, it was confusing and came across as very inconsistent. Unfortunately, the meal didn't improve things. The food was very bland and lacked the flavor I would expect from a good Italian restaurant. The bread we received tasted stale and was noticeably burnt. For comparison, I would honestly put the overall food quality below what you would expect from Olive Garden. Table service was almost nonexistent. Getting assistance throughout the meal was difficult, and even trying to pay the bill and leave felt like a journey. What concerned me even more was seeing several other customers spoken to in a way that came across as unnecessarily rude. I really wanted to understand why this place has such strong reviews, but based on our experience, I simply can't recommend it. Better hospitality, more consistent treatment of customers, more attentive service, and improvements to the food would go a long way.

I personally order their chicken fettuccine with their homemade sauce and I wanted to eat the entire plate in one sitting it was so good, but I had to restrain myself! The flavor of the sauce was amazing and the pasta was cooked to perfection-kudos to the chefs! The rest of my family loved their plates and we all agreed that Roman Cucina will now be one of our places for birthday get togethers! The salty white clam pizza was incredible, rich, perfectly salted, and packed with flavor without being overpowering or overdone. Every bite was on point. I guess what I'm trying to say is that you aren't missing anything by not trying this place. We ate it but felt nothing afterwards. If you want good Italian food with unique recipes, look elsewhere. Otherwise, you get what you get here. Just generic Italian food, nothing special. The cook/chef guy looked like he knew what he was doing but I really wanted to try something that he would cook. It felt like he was forced to cook exactly how the owners want it. Generic bland Italian food. Overall if you and your loved ones are craving Italian, I'd look elsewhere. I came in with my mom and sister, and Alvetta was absolutely incredible -- truly one of the best servers I have ever had anywhere. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel welcomed and genuinely taken care of. Her attention to detail, attitude, professionalism, and hospitality were all 10 out of 10. I also want to recognize Danny, the Front of House Manager. WOW. Between Danny and Alvetta, you can see what great leadership and teamwork look like. They represent Buca di Beppo exactly the way any company would want its brand represented. Coming from a JD Power Associates background and experience with customer service data, I pay close attention to the customer experience, and I don't give praise like this lightly. These two deserve recognition -- and honestly, a raise! This was flawless customer service from beginning to end. And to top it all off, the food was delicious! Alvetta, Danny, and the entire team: THANK YOU.
