From the moment Chris greeted us at the door to the moment we walked out this was a good time. The employees didn't make us feel uncomfortable. Nancy created beautiful nails and her art was mystical! Outside of feeling completely unseen , I also was a little thrown when they asked me to pay before my service was completed while the two other ladies next to me paid after their service.. it was a little uncomfortable having a woman go into my pocket and pull my money out . And the tech( who barely spoke to me ) asked if I wanted to tip. But the main issue was that she cut my cuticle and made me bleed and after a closer look my paint on my toes was sloppy . I'll never go back . They could've offered a discount especially as a first time customer but that thought was never a consideration. I will never go back
