My spice likes her burgers well done and she asked for her burger to be well done. 20 minutes later I picked up our food from the counter. And just like the food at the Walnut Creek location it was all cold. Nothing was hit at all. My souses burger was medium rare. We didn't even return the burger because we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for her burger to be ready. I do not recommend any Gotts burgers as they are over priced cold and do not cook the food as ordered.. we really hoped gonging them a 2nd chance would change our mind but after a second bad experience we will not being going back to try anything else.

My poke bowl was also just ok. It felt like something was missing in the flavor. I wasn't impressed, and honestly, I don't think I even finished my bowl. It will probably be a while before I give poke bowls another try because of this experience. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Napa Noodles.

There was no explanation, no apology, and definitely no one routinely checking on us to see if everything was to our liking. In fact, I had to flag down the hostess to get her to check on the status of my daughter's order. We were routinely travel to Napa from our home base in Sacramento, and always made it a point to stop here for drinks. However, it looks like we will more than likely cease to come here and make the nearby tequila bar our go-to spot in the future.
