I definitely prefer going inside to order so I can further customize my bowl than online, but it does take longer and parking can be a bit hard in the parking lot during peak hours. Service is friendly every time I've gone and the fish quality has been great! There is room to eat inside and it has been clean every time I've gone. Poor service. Did Uber Eats pick up order, we walked in after 15 mins, they haven't started on my order. Then someone pulled the uber order and started on one poke bowl... did half work and set it on the counter while she helped another walk in customer. My food was sitting there for 10 mins until I asked someone again. He continued to work on my order that was already sitting on the counter. We then ordered shave ice for my kid that took 15 mins for a mini shave ice. Seriously? 15 mins to make flavored ice? There were so many of them working and seems like there's no system. Absolutely fabulous experience here. Enjoyed the spicy and flavor of the OKEECHI bowl. The large bowl is enough (perfect) for two. I've had the OG, Sweet Fire, and Kona bowls along with a mini bowl I've customized. Honestly you can't go wrong with what bowl you choose. I just got different bowls depending on what flavor I was feeling. The bowls can be better some days than others. For example, when I ordered Kona bowls, the rice was super soft to the point that it was pretty soggy. Stopped by here while in Napa for a quick lunch. There was a bogo offer through DoorDash which was nice. Located in a nice strip mall of shooed across the street from Trader Joe's and Whole Foods. Staff were friendly and place was pretty quiet with only a few other ppl dining in. Food was not bad. The rice seemed like it could be a bit warmer and not as clumpy. I love this new poke place in Napa! My husband and I went here for dinner and each got a medium bowl, which comes with three scoops of protein. I got two scoops of spicy crab (which is technically listed as a topping and not a protein option, but the server said that if I wanted to get extra spicy crab without incurring an additional charge, I could use it as one of my three protein scoops). So... I got two scoops of spicy crab, a scoop of shrimp and a ton of other toppings on sushi rice (50 cents extra for sushi rice). The whole thing was a 10/10 in my book. Fresh ingredients and the spicy mayo was actually spicy in a good way. The serving size was also fairly large. I ate half at the restaurant and brought home leftovers. I'd like to save more room in my stomach next time because their soft serve flavors looked good! read more

Parking can be tough. They have a small parking lot shared with other businesses. Street parking is also available. It's a hidden quick small restaurant. Look closely or you'll miss it. Overall the quality of fish was good. It was fresh and not slimy. The scoops for each protein were also a good size. Probably would say it's a medium size scoop. I especially loved they had a board describing each sauce since that can be one of the biggest points of confusion when trying a new poke spot. I came on my lunch break. Parking was a little hard to find. I ordered ahead on grubhub. I ordered a sushi burrito with octopus and salmon. It was delicious and filling. I also got a dole whip swirl. The swirl was pineapple and orange. I loooooooved it. I was having a stressful day and the orange flavor gave me some happiness and energy to finish my work day. Haha. I am super thrilled to see a dedicated poke spot in Napa. It was ideal for the hot October sun. I was excited to see that the venue has poke nachos but bummed that they decided to use tortilla chips instead of wonton chips which I prefer because it tastes better. I had brought my mother with me and we both decided on the small poke balls which includes one protein. Their variety of protein is good because I have never seen marinated shrimp, crawfish, scallops, etc. The only reason I'm giving the place 4 stars is because one of the toppings on my bowl was not correct and the girl had put chili fakes on it instead of hot Cheetos. She asked me if I still wanted the chili flakes and I told her it would be ridiculous for me to let her make it again. I sucked it up and ate it. I was disappointed because I do enjoy spicy foods but this was a little too spicy for my taste. I suffered with my Hawaiian juice and finished my beverage before even finishing my bowl. The staff did offer to make the bowl again which is great but of course from my perspective it would have been a waste of fish.
