Came here last minute and was a little disappointed. This restaurant is one of the places that only has a digits QR code instead of a regular menu. There were a lot of specials on the menu and a lot of options. However, the rolls seem limited and very similar. The food we ordered wasn't bad but it wasn't great, it almost seemed that it was overly fresh/cold so a lot of the fish did not have a lot of flavor. The roll also took a very long time for us and what looked like for other tables. The service was confusing, the entire time I was not clear if we had one waitress or if everyone could take the order. Multiple people came by at first to take our order then disappeared. Overall the food was disappointing, although everything looked great it was all lacking in flavor.

We found our new go-to sushi spot in town. Fish was fresh, service was friendly, & the sake selection was great. We're excited to come back soon to try more delicious sushi & sake!

Really sad to see how much this place is declining. It's been a measurably worse experience every time we come in (about once or twice a month). What started as the sushi joint this town needed, with possibly the best front-of-house manager we've ever seen, who literally held the place together at the time, has become a place where we're greeted at the door with nothing more than a gesture toward the dining room to find our own seats. Then we're handed a disgustingly dirty stack of stapled papers that now serves as the menu. Just a couple of months ago they had nice laminated menu folders. Staring at a brown-stained, low-ink printed sheet of paper does not make you crave raw fish... or anything else for that matter. Why on earth would they think this is a good idea? We never really know who our server is anymore, and when one finally came over, he had clearly just come back from smoking outside and absolutely reeked of cigarettes. Again, not exactly an appetizing way to start a sushi date. A quick note: we showed up about 30 minutes after opening, so the staff needing a cigarette break that soon after opening for lunch seemed a little questionable. We ordered, and thankfully the quality of the fish is still top notch, as it has always been. The only change there is that the portions of sashimi and nigiri have shrunk by about 30%. While waiting for our food, the same server took another table's order while half-sitting on the empty table behind him. I doubt the people who eventually sat there would have appreciated knowing that someone's backside had been resting where their food would soon be served. With the new AUCE restaurant in town showing a lot of promise and serving good-quality food (maybe not quite the same selection or quality, but good nonetheless), I would expect a restaurant trying to position itself above that level to offer better service and menus that don't look like they were left next to a urinal before being brought back into the dining room. Seriously disappointing. What a quick fall. We'll probably give it one or two more chances, especially since I'm seeing similar comments here on Yelp, but after that we may have to start looking elsewhere again. To think we have recommended this place to a lot of people who might now question our taste in restaurants is not great... I genuinely hope management sees reviews like this and makes some changes, because they're heading in the wrong direction very quickly.

Dropped in for what was supposed to be a drink and a couple of apps, but we kept ordering more food because everything was good--we had a full dinner before we knew it. The standouts were the hamachi crudo and the oyster shooters. I wanted to go back the next day just for these shooters, but alas we didn't have time. The grilled eggplant skewer was also yummy and a good deal at $3. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering it's Napa. Sapporos were buy one get one free, which was an unexpected bonus.

Absolutely delicious spot. Highly recommend the Amami roll and Paradise roll as stand-out favorites

We thoroughly enjoyed the food here. The takoyaki is legit and with a good heaping of nori! The nigiris were delicious with flavors that matched the fish really well. We enjoyed the crab coast roll as well. We also got a mango roll but you couldn't really taste the mango and also the sashimi salad but it was drowned by the vinaigrette. We suggest cutting the dressing by a bit. We would love to come back if we are in the area again!

Came here on a busy Saturday night and ended up scoring the last table. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive even though the restaurant was swamped. The food was amazing, our favorite was the yellowtail and amaebi. Cute little restaurant, we will be back when we're in the area.

Came by without a reservation for dinner on a Saturday and were lucky to be seated immediately despite it being quite busy. Despite the number of customers, it's quite spacious and upscale inside, with dim mood lighting. We ordered a hamachi collar and 4 rolls to share, which was just enough for us to be full. The fish was fresh, but some of the sauces and flavors didn't really seem to match the fish. The hamachi collar was excellent, and I would definitely get that again. For the price, it's not the best sushi you can get, but definitely a solid spot for the area with some good quality rolls that would be nice for a special treat or night out. I don't imagine coming here often but would definitely consider visiting every once in a while when I'm craving sushi and in the area!

Went to amami with a friend after several recommendations and it totally delivered! Was told the prices were better the Eikos so wanted to give it a shot. Paid $100 for 4 rolls, miso, gyoza, and yakatori, which was totally reasonable. The veggie tempura and mango crunch roll were a little sweet, but still good (would likely skip mango next time). The waygu yakatori was 11/10- definitely recommend!

Cooked to medium rare perfection and delicious chimichurri. The steak was properly seasoned and the chimichurri added a nice herby spice. The fries were cooked just right and were gone in seconds. My other favorite was the pear vinegrette salad with peanuts. It was fresh, slightly sweet and the peanuts gave little bit of salty texture. Great accompaniment with any dish. Service: Our service was excellent. The servers worked as a team and covered our needs well. Kept our water filled and gave us new utensils without even asking. The severs were all dressed chefs wear and looked very cool imo. Everyone has a neat and buttoned down appearance. They all had smiles which is a huge plus. Ambiance: The inside looked like were inside a barrel. The ceiling were rounded in a medium colored wood with dark metal curved beams. The room was dark like barrel room of a winery but still had plenty of light at the tables. It feels nice and cool on a hot day. Also the outdoor bar and seating looked inviting. The Koi's on the fountain were cool too.

The place was packed. No TV to see at our seats which is totally fine cause when your with Andrea you don't need to look at any think else. We ordered a couple of rolls and deviled eggs and fries. Yes rolls. Along with hamburgers, fish, and steaks they have sushi. I think Andrea had a Lemon Drop and I had tequila with a touch of lime juice. We are both pretty much one trick ponies when it comes to drinks. At least I am. Upon walking Andrea thought it a very similar to Hillstone in SF and she was right. Same group. Outside is a huge Koi pond. These guys will eat right out of your hand and by the size of them it looks like they eat a lot.

The Hawaii roll is my favorite and they slice the lemon very thin, not like some rolls with large chunks on top that are all rind. My friend got the fantasy roll, also incredible. Haruki sushi that's where, it's in Vacaville and next to Jack and the box, the food is so good, I've been here a few times and it's busy but never full, always room at a table. Ambiance, is Japanese fish on the wall kitty cats waving at you, the whole kitten kaboodle ( see what i did there) Anyway, it's a nice place to come enjoy a great meal with the family or a date. The food, oh man let me tell you, my two grown boys treated me to dinner, I had two ordes of the ahi poke salad sounds like alot but when you taste it you will shake your head yes, and nobody is asking you questions. Just in your head celebrating with a yessss! The seaweed salad is out of this world, it definitely satisfied my poke cravings. As a family we had Dragon, Dynamite, Sumo, Dancing Spider and Fantasy rolls. Sounds like alot but man it's sooo good, we all know how to use chopsticks but about halfway through my Asian wife gives up and asks for a fork, lol (I got scolded for adding that) I asked my boys 3 times which was their favorite, they said they loved them all. I asked if you could only have one which would it be, they said the Dragon roll, The spicy edema had great flavor. The service, the service was friendly and ready to fill your glass as needed. Not big on conversation but I assume the language barrier had something to do with that. In all its a great place bring the famBam and enjoy, Price is 10- 15 bucks a roll. Worth every dollar Enjoy
