Philadelphia Roll

For a quick review this place was great. I came for a father daughter date and I'd come back. Everyone was nice and the food was top quality

Spicy Garlic Butter Edamame
Stevi B.

I had the spicy edamame and Vegas roll. Neither dish stood out to me as anything that would have me rushing back. It was just an average meal. Service was friendly and efficient, but this wouldn't make it on my list to make a special visit to at any point. They do have a Happy Hour and decent menu selection, so worth checking out to judge for yourself.

Real California Roll

My husband and I stopped by Haruki on a whim while in the area. We had a good time at this establishment. The food was good. Service was good. I liked the ambiance. It wasn't super busy, but they were getting busier as the night went on. We were sat promptly and helped promptly. I would recommend this to anyone in the area looking for decent sushi at a sent price.

Make your own Bento Box - Sushi Focused

Picked this place as a halfway meeting spot for lunch with a friend. It's in a shopping center right off the freeway and a hidden gem. The restaurant space is open and clean, and the staff friendly. We were greeted and seated right away. We shared orders of edemame (served warm) and chicken karaage (nicely crisp and tender with a slightly spicy sauce). We both elected the Make Your Own Bento Box - Mine was sushi focused with a dragon roll, spicy tuna roll and Alaska roll - all very fresh and tasty. My friend went sushi free with chicken teriyaki, tonkatsu and mixed tempura - it Al looked delicious and she throughly enjoyed it. Definitely recommend trying the restaurant, it's away from the hustle of the Outlets area which is a plus in my book.

Magic fire ball

OH. MY. GOSH. It's the second time dining in and I love it here. Prices are amazing and everything is super fresh. The Hawaii roll is my favorite and they slice the lemon very thin, not like some rolls with large chunks on top that are all rind. My friend got the fantasy roll, also incredible. But the MAGIC FIRE BALL? I hate mushroom, with a passion, and this was the most delicious thing I think I've had ever. It's listed as a new menu item and I hope it never goes away. Love the people too. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Lunch Special with Tempeura

I took my beautiful wife here for lunch today. Nice and clean restaurant. The food was delicious! We will definitely come back.

Sorry the pics aren't the clearest -- we ordered to-go and ended up eating in the car. The restaurant was pretty full, which was actually cool to see for a Saturday night! We ordered the Lion King roll, the Las Vegas roll, and a couple pieces of nigiri. Overall, everything tasted nice and fresh. The Lion King was my favorite -- perfectly baked with great flavor. Definitely the standout for me. The Las Vegas roll was good, but some of the fish was a bit chewy, which is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. The staff was friendly, and our order was ready in about 20 minutes, which isn't bad at all considering how busy they were. For a spur-of-the-moment Saturday night sushi run, it hit the spot. We'd definitely come back to try other dishes!

Hawaii Roll , lil spicy- i love it ,so flavorful!

From the top: Caterpillar Roll, Vegas Roll, Rainbow Roll, Dancing Spider Roll

Great happy hour option! Plenty of parking in the lot, place was clean, service was prompt. The staff seemed very friendly. The restaurant is on the smaller side but feels very cozy. When we arrived the place was relatively packed and people seemed to be enjoying their food. We tried the chicken karrage, which was very tasty. The chicken was cooked well, with a nice thin batter, and came out fairly quickly. I enjoyed the spicy mayo dipping sauce it came with as well. I just wished the portion size was larger. For rolls, we tried the caterpillar roll, vegas roll, rainbow roll, and the dancing spider. All were good, well-portioned, and the fish melts in your mouth. Of the four, my favorites were the caterpillar roll and the rainbow roll because they were well-executed and had the right balance of flavors.

9 piece Sashimi

Driving home from Sacramento. We decided we want Japanese for lunch. I remembered my first visit here, so we stopped. Got here at about 1:00, place was packed with 4 people plus our 3 waiting. We were seated and began enjoying some great food. I had sashimi and Blue Fin Nigiri. The Escolar was really good, never had it before. The roll and Bento Box were delicious. I had my dessert, salmon skin hand roll, very good. Place just stayed hopping for the 90 minutes we were there. Nicely decorated and comfortable.

Oyster Shooter, Sake

Every single time we've been there the food has been fresh and beautifully made. The service is always so spectacular as well! We love having date night here

Ribeye cooked exactly as ordered. Perfect

Haruki is our go to sushi spot here in Vacaville. There's so many good sushi places but Haruki never disappoints. When I get tired of fish (since my girls always order sushi) I order tempura or their ribeye. It's always cooked exactly the way I want, pink inside and grilled on the outside. The sauce it comes with is perfect too. Can't say enough good things about this place.

The latter was flavorful, but a lot of food and cut into large slices. Def. recommend the food. Their service model is non-traditional. You order using screens at the table, and there are several servers but no one is assigned to your table specifically. Over multiple visits this has led to moments of over-service (being offered water 3 times in 5 minutes, for example), or under-service (running out of napkins and having to flag someone down). Also, the "call staff" feature of the table-side kiosk is limited to requesting the bill. Look forward to returning again soon. Yo Sushi is never a disappointment. If you order three rolls for your table ask for the boat!

Honestly, there wasn't a single thing I didn't want to try. I usually judge a sushi spot by its dragon roll, and this one absolutely delivered. The tempura was warm and crispy, topped with fresh avocado and rich unagi. Best of all, the rolls were the perfect size, so you don't have to unhinge your jaw just to get one piece in your mouth. The Titanic Roll was just as impressive. It came loaded with tamago and finished with a generous layer of cream cheese that brought everything together. These rolls were a little more challenging to pick up, so if your chopstick skills are questionable, ask for a fork. We wrapped things up with the mango mochi ice cream. They offered to top it with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, and naturally I said yes. The mango flavor really shines without being overpowering, and the mochi had that perfect soft, chewy texture instead of the thick, gummy consistency that some places serve. From the quality of the food to the generous portions, this place knocked it out of the park. If you're in Vacaville and craving sushi or ramen, Yo Sushi & Ramen is absolutely worth a visit. I'll definitely be back.

Part of the…read morereason I chose Buddha Thai was because of their new menu items, particularly the ALLIGATOR dishes. The 3 different alligator dishes. I chose the Alligator Drunken Noodles. The alligator meat was soft and not chewy or dry and "tastes like chicken." You literally cannot tell the difference by look and taste. Texturally, the meat has a slightly more chew to it than chicken, but other than that 99%+ people would not know the difference. Other dishes we had were: Pad See You (beef), Mango Curry, Tom Kha Soup, Eggplant S'il Vous Plait and Papaya Salad. Everything was delicious! Service: Great! Waitress was very attentive and came by multiple times to check on us and refill our water without asking. She also came by when it was the last call before the kitchen closed to see if we wanted to order other dishes or desserts. The prices have gone up some from their old menu, but the portions have also gotten bigger. Their new menu items are great and I look forward to trying out more of their new items as well as the old, traditional items.

You make your own bow of food (raw) and they cook it for you. Meal starts with noodles, then veggies, meat, and final stage is the sauce. They have a list of recommended spoonfuls of each, and you can get wild with it if you want! I went garlic heavy and really liked it. Veggies were cabbage, onion, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, sprouts, spinach, kale, peppers, and a few others. Meat was beef, pork, lamb, and chicken. I tried the beef and lamb with my two servings, preference was the beef. Ambiance is good - somewhat busy and they're cooking food nearly non stop. After our second plate a big lunch rush came in, we had enough already but wait would have been a bit longer after a group of 10 came in! With regard to atmosphere, they have maintained the environment they created when they transformed the old buffet into this more traditional Korean BBQ full service restaurant. When it comes to Bonchon, the kimchi this visit was delicious! We still had to request japchae, but at least this visit we had an idea we might have to do that. With regard to menu items, the Korean fried chicken is still really good, as are the spicy marinated meats, and the various shrimp options. The thin sliced ribeye, is still not my favorite. When our waitress brought our meals, she informed us that her manager said we had to pay the dinner price because the lunch special was available Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We hadn't realized it was a holiday. We should have been told about the higher price when we ordered, not when our food was being served. Had we known, we would have ordered something different or gone somewhere else. Customers should be informed of any pricing changes before placing their orders so they can decide for themselves.

The place serves authentic Thai dishes and it is best to share family style if you come with several people so that you can experience more dishes. Started with a Sake "Mohito". It was very good. Mild flavor and not crazy strong. I nursed it throughout my entire meal. The Fresh Spring Rolls were as the name advertised. Vegetarian with tofu inside. Interesting thing is that it was served with two sauces, but the traditional peanut sauce but also a Thai Sweet Chili sauce. I decided to combine both sauces onto my Spring Rolls. Surprisingly, the two sauces complemented each other pretty well. The Yellow Curry was smooth and thick (not watery like some places). Rich is flavor. I can probably just eat some plain rice with just the curry sauce and I would be happy. It's that good. The Crispy Chicken with Ginger Rice was a crowd favorite as well. The chicken itself was solid but pretty standard. The ginger rice added a unique flavor to the dish. I've never had ginger rice at a restaurant before. We also had a stir fry dish that was composed of asparagus and a protein of your choice. We chose chicken. It was also solid but not as unique as the other two entrees we had. Still same cute modern interior. It was VERY busy on a Saturday evening so service may be a bit slower. But the food was great and staff was very friendly.

Their noodle and rice plate prices are on par with others but their appetizer prices are just insane now. It's like $15 for an order of wings. Granted they are huge, but jeeze. $12 for spring rolls? No way. This is a chain, so they have all your basics. They're fast, the portions are big, and don't get me wrong, the food is good. It gets the job done but there are just a few things about this location that I don't really like. When we first walked in, the smell was bad... almost like chemicals and poop? I don't know. That was a turn off but we were hungry, and waiting on our car to be serviced. Secondly, their water tastes hella nasty. They put lime or lemon in it, but it doesn't mask anything. Probably just adds to the grossness, so bring your own or buy a drink. The pros though - they have Bun Bo Hue now. I like the Viet meat loaf they put in there, and the flavor of the soup is passable. We like a stronger, more aromatic and shrimpy broth, but this one is on the weaker end. It's also not spicy, but you can just add condiments off the table so it's ok. It does come with blood cubes, and good portion of meat and noodles. Some Vietnamese coriander or banana blossoms would be nice additions to the veggie plate, but I don't expect Vacaville to offer those herbs anyways lol I got a Combo rice plate and it was FAT. Even the eggrolls are thiccc which I appreciate. My pork chop had good flavor and the wings were fried crispy. Served a side of nuoc mam and chicken broth, this is honestly two meals but I'm fat and ate it all lol I will say, this chain is consistent AF. Any location you go to, delivers on flavor. They're quick to take your order, and quick to bring it out. They open earlier than all the other Asian spots in the area too, around 9:30 AM, which is great for people like us who want Asian food for breakfast. They're in the same plaza as County Market so you can walk or drive over and get your groceries right after. The parking lot is huge, so you will never have to fight for parking. Cash, CC, AP all welcome.
