It's obvious people are going to come for the croissants. If you close at 5, I think at 1pm you should still have croissants. You got it....I was there at 1 and there were no croissants! The line was really long. I could see that there wasn't too many baked goods in the case when I was halfway in the line. Probably should have left then. But I had invested too much time already so I thought I would wait in the hopes that they would tell me that there were some croissants coming out of the oven. Nope.... I got some sort of orange blossom thing that wasn't great. Service was unhelpful and unfriendly. read more

I was a little disappointed when I came to this bakery today. From the photos I saw on the website I assumed it was a bakery with tons of bread to purchase but there was literally one baguette and one sourdough left. And some of the baked goods behind the glass was also never refilled. I came around 11:00 so it wasn't like I came during closing. Nonetheless I tried a few different items on their menu. My group and I had the focaccia turkey sandwich, the riviera, chicken sandwich with fries, the mushroom tartine, the monkey bread, chocolate chip cookie, some fresh lemonade, oat milk latte, and the Americano. Overall the food was decent. The breads are all fresh baked at the location which I appreciate. The focaccia bread was really yummy, and I hoped they sold the bread but they don't. The fresh squeezed lemonade was a bit too sour for my liking, but the coffees we ordered were good. Overall I don't know if I would go out of my way to come here again, but the ambience was nice and the workers were all really friendly. read more

One of our friends didn't get her food till we were done with ours (we were there for lunch). The bakery goods are great, but it's hard to mess up sugar and butter. I rlly wish they were good but pastries are the only thing that is remotely good only their cookies, I buy a lot from here bc they're close to my job but every single meal I've ordered is soggy and gross, no good quality of things they add on top just overall disappointing and a waste of money just get plain bread,cookies,and a chai that is all that is good there. I was so excited to finally try this place. What a disappointment! I have two food allergies, garlic and onions. After going through the menu and choosing things I wanted, there was nothing I could eat. I was told that they do not cater to allergies. I finally ordered scrambled eggs, some potatoes, and they only gave one piece of toast...$18. The eggs and toast were soaked in butter, so I didn't eat more than two bites. They were out of Diet Coke, and the bakery shelves were almost empty. They do not validate for the only parking option, and that was $8.75 for the one hour I was there. Came on a Friday for their jazz night with a reservation, took us awhile to be seated since it was really busy. You can definitely tell they are still trying to work out the kinks of now offering dinner & hosting so many at once. Our waiter was super sweet & was very attentive even with all the other tables they have. Food was 10/10! The atmosphere was great! The band was great as well & it all tied in together very well. My two suggestions would to have one or two more waiters/waitress & to hire someone a little more welcoming at the front door. Ugh Ooh La La I'm hoping I came on an off day but whewwwwwww what a terrible time we had. Got here on a Sunday with 6 guests at 10:20am. Was told wait was 30-45 minutes. There was a Reserved table that sat empty the entirety we were waiting. 45 minutes in I ask the poor hostess what's the hold up, I have a cranky old mom and a hungry toddler who are ready to eat. She finds us a table to reset, we all sit after waiting another 7-10 mins at 11:10am. Server takes about 10 minutes to take our order (we already know what we want to drink and eat at this point). Ask her to bring a kid safe lemonade cup. About 20 minutes later our drinks come out (3 lattes, an iced americano and an espresso shot plus the kid lemonade in a glass) to which my mom asks the barista for a lid (and looks annoyed when we ask her for cream for the latte, and points to the bar saying "it's over there", ok I mean ur going over there for a lid anyway. After about another 20 minutes, I ask the server for the bill (it's 11:40am atp). She says to pay at the register or pay via QR code. We have two, table 23 and 24. We ask for the check again and she says Table 25. How are we supposed to pay if we don't have the correct QR code? Server makes zero attempt to get us anything while we wait or apologize for the wait for the food. We get 2 plates at 11:45am, the rest 10 minutes later. We are all rushing bc we have a wedding tasting at noon. I was so tempted to not tip but my fiancée reminded me it might be pooled and the barista shouldn't suffer for the mistakes of others. To add insult to injury the damn reserved table never even got used!!! Could have just sat us and we would have been out before 11:25am. Pastries and beverages, 20/10, food 5/10 (nothing to write home about, my aunt left majority of her burger and my cranky mom's fries were on the crisper side to be edible), service 0/10. No sense of urgency or ability to handle morning Sunday rush. Will return on a weekday when it's not busy and staff can handle smaller crowd. read more

Came here at noon on a Tuesday. There was no wait. Cute yet spacious restaurant with a wide variety of freshly baked pastries and a nice selection of breakfast and lunch options. I got the breakfast burrito with bacon and avocado and an Americano. Burrito came with yummy green chile salsa. I only wished they gave me more. Americano was very good. I really don't like writing a review based on a single visit unless I feel strongly one way or another. My wife has been dying to go here for a while because the interior looks cute/trendy. It's really nice inside and spacious... but that's about where the positives stop. The baked goods were "OK" and the coffee was fine... but I wouldn't have wrote a review about any of this one way or another... The breakfast burrito I had was quite literally the worst burrito I've ever had. I think the #1 ingredient was lightly cooked onions - more than eggs, cheese, anything... just huge chunks of onion. Perhaps a whole onion in the small burrito. My wife's breakfast sandwich was mediocre but the burrito was so surprisingly bad that I had to write this review. I took maybe 3 bites. I had high hopes based on the reviews and ambiance. The space is very nice and open and all items on display very attractive. Our Caprese Baguette was flavorless and very disappointing. The Mushroom Tartine was good as was the Fennel Citrus Salad but neither are items I'd go out of my way to experience again. I ordered a recently baked Pain au Chocolate in hopes of ending or visit on a high note but it was just okay. Overall experience at this place has gone downhill very quickly, unfortunately! The quality of food is mediocre at high costs. Have been here before, the food is average, pastries make this worth stopping by but last experience was disappointing enough not return again. Food was 40 minutes late, new setup is trying to capitalize on it being a high end restaurant without the quality to back it up at $20/plate & on top of that they had dogs sitting inside. I'm sitting in the restaurant now, just got my latte after waiting @1 hour. We have @10 of us here and have been told not to remove chairs from other tables to sit at our table. Staff is annoyed at us, told us when we came in that they could not put together a few smaller tables for 10. We are getting the sense that we are a burden and a hassle for your staff . Food is fantastic, but please make it more pleasant and less difficult for us to buy it. read more

Wow, what a transformation! Newly remodeled and the interior décor is stunning, with lots of greenery and a soothing color palette. We had their pastries and lunch sandwiches, and both were fantastic--super fresh and flavorful. They're planning to offer dinner soon, and I'm excited to check it out. But the real highlight here is the service. Casey and Max made sure we had everything we needed and they went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Small disclaimer: I only came in for a coffee and a chocolate baguette. But they were both great! Definitely LA-2025-level pricing but still great. The staff were friendly and very attentive. The baguette was the perfect amount of sweetness. But the real 5 stars goes to... THE BATHROOMS! Holy cow. No expense spared in the loo. Hats off to the designer for knowing what we the people yearn for in life. I will definitely come back earlier in the day to try more of the awesome baked goods. Yesterday my daughter invited me to Oh La La for breakfast. We were seated by the hostess at 11:07. We sat down and our waitress came to take our order about 10 minutes later. I ordered the traditional ham and egg quiche with fries and my daughter ordered the Shakshuka. People that were seated next to us on both sides and in front of us were seated after us and ordered after us were all getting their order before ours. They were all finishing up their food while my daughter and I sat there for an hour and 15 minutes waiting for our food. We asked several of the waitresses including ours what was the delay with our food? They said that they overcooked my quiche. The quiche is already made and just needs heating, so why would it take so long to get me another quiche. Finally after so much delay and frustration, I asked to speak to the manager, instead, they send me over a waitress that claims that she is in charge. I didn't believe it for one minute. I think that the manager didn't want to deal with it all. I told her that if our food wasn't out in 5 minutes, we would be leaving. I swear my daughter and I felt like we were invisible. We were ignored and not served like other customers. Finally, after threatening to leave the restaurant, our food comes out. We were so hungry by this time. Even being so hungry, my quiche was dry and tasted gross. It was the worst quiche ever. I hardly ate any of it. We ended up leaving there and going for lunch at Cava. I will never return to this place! I wish that I could give it zero stars!!! It is a disgrace to be called a French bakery. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life.
