Food service is excellent, quality of food is just as good. I really like the house coffee and the bread for LABT is HUGE! Bacon was over cooked to my preference but everything is so yummy it's hard to miss. Sometimes it gets busy here but today was not so crowded and food was served promptly. Very chill spot to enjoy breakfast.

A Decade of Good Eats Sign of a good restaurant is the consistency of food quality and customer service year after year. The simplicity of a smaller menu means that they can focus on delicious items throughout the entire menu. With a constant line out the door they're able to pump out food from the kitchen so quickly. I don't think it was a matter of a couple minutes from when I ordered and the drinks and parts of the order started to arrived at the table. The local neighborhood charm of Cos&Pi is why people love this place. It really does feel like everyone there walked from their house down the block. You're also treated as so while you're there, you're one of the locals. Avocado Toast If you don't try this here, you've failed. This is THE best avocado toast I've ever had and I don't take that statement lightly. I almost don't even want to explain to you how mouth-watering delicious it is so that you can try it for yourself. There's so much depth in the range of flavors, not to mention how aestheticly beautiful of a dish it is, too.

Ordering before having the food is a good practice for a small restaurant. The food is made well and served quickly, but really messy eating. Dining in the restaurant was comfortable and not really a long wait. I would come back and get the burrito.

really cute brunch place! I love how it's on the quieter side and the service is really great :) We got the breakfast burrito and waffle to share and both were really decent! This place seems to get a lot of regulars for good reason because I would def come back again

Food is delicious. Very large portion for the bacon, avocado, arugula, tomato sandwich. It's like the same size as a standard plate. Kind of on the pricier side. Parking can be competitive with street parking.

I don't know how they have the prices they have with such a high quality of food. I got the spamwich (with homemade spam) and my partner got the croissant, which they were able to switch out the bacon for tempeh for. Both were delicious. I wasn't totally in love with the spam, so next time, I'll probably ask to sub out the spam for more veggies, avo, or tempeh, but the eggs were SO good. We also got the raspberry hibiscus tea lemonade, and an arnold palmer, and I think that was like, one of the best arnold palmers I've ever had - strong tea flavor that was balanced by a prominent lemonade flavor. And the raspberry hibiscus was so delicious. I can't believe that I haven't been here yet (it's been on my list for almost 10 years), so happy to finally have made it out. Will be coming back, hopefully much more often!

Food was good (but messy lol), the diner is super small but it was a nice day and we made it in right before the rush. The food came surprisingly quick and you could tell the staff was doing their best to handle the coming crowd. My friend gave me some of their fries and they were so good. 10/10 trying a burger and fries next time.

That feeling of peace and quiet with a perfectly made Avocado Toast. This and a few good moments catching up with a friend while sipping on a refreshing cup of Matcha Lemonade. This place will have you wanting to stay hours it's so comfy!! It's a quiet neighborhood and I think that's the charm I get when I'm here. It's a friendly place serving up amazing brunch bites. Been here several times with friends and can't say enough. Simple yet beautiful is how I'd describe their dishes. Everything looks cute and special. Everything you would want for breakfast is there. Try their waffles and garlic fries you won't be sorry. Definitely a cute spot and will keep going back!

Great brunch/lunch spot! We ordered the breakfast burrito and the breakfast plate -- both tasted incredible. The hash browns were especially delicious. I also loved that it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday at noon. Definitely going back!

First time here and we brought our dog, I called ahead to confirm they're dog friendly. Easy to locate & small parking lot behind the restaurant. Walk up and order, food delivered to your table. We were given menus to view while waiting in line and after ordering we sat in the back patio. We loved our meals and will be back! FOOD: breakfast hamburger (fried egg, heaping serving of delicious sautéed onions & an embossed buttery burger bun) and LABT sandwich (the bread was fresh & soft, sandwich was loaded with sliced avocado and crispy bacon) and one order of garlic fries (definitely shareable and a must order). The back patio was shady and plenty of room for our dog, her water bowl and not infringing on other customers space. We'll be back! Lots of other great looking items on the menu to try.

Probably my favorite spot for brunch. Got the American breakfast and everything was delicious! I am addicted to their potato gratin. The service was extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever someone is looking for brunch, i always recommend this spot!

We arrived just after they opened at 7am and were quite literally the first customers of the day. Thanks for opening your doors to us! This place is such a unique blend: part hip-hop vinyl shop, part artsy cafe, and all-around good vibes. The music selection is top notch, and I loved browsing the cute merch and randomly awesome stationery items. Service was super friendly. My husband had a great conversation with one of the guys behind the counter about the shop's minimalist decor, and we learned Two Kids has been thriving for 10 years. I hadn't been in since right around the pandemic, so it was heartwarming to see they made it through and are still flourishing. The espresso was absolutely luscious, and as a bonus, we got the prettiest latte art with hearts in our drinks, big love for that! Really wish I had more time to hang out on the comfy couches in the middle of the shop and soak in some vinyl tunes. Can't wait to come back and spend a morning here the right way, highly recommended!

The popcorn chicken, fried tofu, and orange green tea are what I usually order. They make those very consistently so you know what to expect. It gets busy here when school kids are hanging out but if you are outside of those windows, it doesn't take too long. Service ranges from friendly to standard, so no complaints there. The one issue I have with them is they show a loyalty program in terms of entering your phone number -- if you order online as well as the register. But I've never gotten any points. I once asked the owner about it and he claimed that they do in fact give out items, and said he would check on it that night when I told him the situation. But he never actually asked my name and info, and I've still never received any points since, despite having ordered here about twice a week for the past several weeks. Found seating outside but moved some plates ourselves from one table to another to find shade for us the kiddo. Grabbed a high chair and got seating set up. A few folks were setting up to play music out on the patio. We ordered inside as expected, thankfully the line wasn't too bad at that time so it went smoothly, though the prices are still higher than the average mom/pop sandwich place (but we anticipated this). We waited a bit for food while the patio band played. Ambience was pretty nice. Our friend's sandwich came out first and about 5 minutes later our food came. However, the Arnold Palmer we ordered didn't arrive with the food so we asked if they'd come back to bring it, and we were told they'd be right back. We waited probably another 5 minutes but drink still didn't come so I went inside to ask about it and saw the drink sitting on the back counter. So I asked staff if I could pick up the drink and they handed it over. Our friend's sandwich (the Jester) looked pretty filling while wife and I ordered/shared the Crown Jewel with cheese and mayo on the side. The Crown Jewel was pretty meh overall. Wasn't as stacked as the Jester and the bread fell apart as I ate it, despite the mayo on the side. At the end of eating someone came by to grab our order numbers and ask how things went. I commented on the wait for the drink and was told they couldn't find us, which sounded strange because they found us when bringing the sandwich and we still had our order number. But she said we could get a free refill. Since I wanted to take advantage of the refill I went inside to inquire but the order counter had gotten extremely busy. So I asked one of the bus/wait staff outside if they could grab my refill. He directed me inside and he commented how busy they were but I said I didn't want to wait in the huge line simply for a refill, so he offered to meet me inside to get the refill. Eventually I did receive the refill and we left. Overall, for the price of the food I felt the service was very average bordering on subpar, and the food was meh for the price. I don't blame the staff as they all seemed to be working very hard, but perhaps they were understaffed which would be more of a management issue. We basically bussed a couple tables on our own and waited what eventually amounted to 20-25 minutes for an ice tea/lemonade. I pre-tipped when I bought the food, which I kind of regretted but also felt bad that the employees were understaffed so I likely would have left a tip anyways. I don't plan to go back anytime soon. Wish the food and service were better
