(There is takeout available) and a couple of notch down from fine dining. I've eaten here for all types of meals. From the Mickey Mouse waffles (4/5) to the onion rings (4/5) to the French toast (4/5) to the island catch (3/5) to the Korean wings (2.5/5) to the crab cake BLT (4/5) to the Huli Huli chicken (3/5) to the poke nachos (5/5), nachos being my favorite. There is also a full size bar and kids drinks available. You are better off getting coffee somewhere else. Off the Hook, is on the pricy side (about 90%) for most of the food but that's resort life. But how much does family memories cost? Apparently a lot. Overall four stars. Service has always been pleasant. Food is hit and miss depending on what time you get there and what you order. We really like this restaurant at Aulani! A few years ago, we visited Aulani for a day and ate here for lunch. This time around, we stayed at Aulani for a week and ate here often. Resort gauging at it's finest. $25 for the worst burger I've had in over a decade. Want to add cheese? Up charge...is that a joke. It's a cheeseburger with a tastless bun. My girlfriend got the pasta, it was like a 5 year old threw undercooked asparagus in with too much pesto in basic spaghetti. Anything at the ABC store across the street is better quality and half the price as this place. If Mickey or Lilo ate at this place they would huck the food into the pool behind the dining area. The drinks were good, pictured and reviews attached. Price was reasonable too. Had I just came for drinks, the rating would have been better. The service was slow, not incredibly slow, but slow. All food came out luke warm. Poki and Catch of the day were good, not great. Kids pasta and fries were good. The shrimp flatbread was a total let down. Off the Hook is most definitely off the hook. Went to order take out since the little one was still asleep. I love that they open at 6 am, and being that early in the morning, there's no line. You can walk right up to the bar to order breakfast. Super happy they had the Mickey Mouse waffles. We couldn't get a reservation for the character breakfast, but the fact that they had Mickey waffles that I could take back to the room and eat in peace there was way better! We also ordered the three egg omelet and added a whole bunch of filling. It was a very hearty helping. And the toasted potatoes was a good pairing. When I ordered the seasonal fruits I didn't realize how much they would give. It was like a fruit platter. They def didn't play around. The fruit was ripe but still had the nice crunch. Came for an early dinner and our party of 6 had no problems getting a table with no reservations. For appetizers, we shared the hummus & naan. Entrees, my favorite was the chopped salad ($19 - big enough to split into two) - everything salty and good, capers, bacon, wonton crisps, egg, avocado, furikake, & ranch dressing. We also got the French Dip sandwich ($23) - okay, prime rib was a little on the drier side even with the au jus, horseradish needs a little more kick. Don't recommend. The Plant Based burger ($22) was also okay, opted to get a side ceasar salad with it. Chicken club ($22) was decent, asked to get it split in half & the ceasar as well. They were kind enough to plate it nicely for us. Non alcoholic fave was the pineapple ginger splash. Refreshing & delicious. Keiki menu available. Good service. One of the "cheaper" dine in options at the resort. Great place to grab food and drinks while at the pools or lagoon at Aulani. Service is fast so food arrives fresh and drinks arrive cold. My kids decided to order their chicken strips and macaroni and cheese meals. The strips and macaroni and cheese were great and no complaints on the fries. My son swapped his apples out for a Caesar salad and enjoyed it. Only complaint is the kids apples had a weird taste and texture to them. For drinks I got the Tropical Itch in a fresh pineapple. The pineapple is an extra $12 but I thinks it's worth it. The drink was really good and it came with a complimentary back scratcher which I thought was so cute. Finally got to try the food and it was just as good as it looked. Prices were pretty good in my opinion, especially for the amount of food they give you. The chopped salad itself easily became two meals for me. The Maui onion rings were great as well, full onion on the inside, nice and light on the outside. That jalapeño dip is YUM! My husband really enjoyed his salmon. It was cooked perfectly and he really enjoyed the garlic glaze, though it tasted more like soy sauce. The real highlight was the HUMMUS! Those balsamic tomatoes were AMAZING. I'm planning on going back tomorrow to get this again because YUM YUM YUM! Service was nice as well, our waitress was very nice and very attentive. They were perfectly crispy and just the right size to share with a friend or two. They had a great flavor and were seasoned just right. I highly recommend ordering them as an appetizer. Another dish I tried was the garlic shrimp flatbread. The flatbread was perfectly cooked and the shrimp was large . Here on vacation, I've been here before in the past. Customer service is always good. Food is great, I ordered the meat pizza and club sandwich. Very filling and flavorful. We also ordered the coconut majitos which are always so delicious. You're seated by the pool or you can have service on the beach. I will definitely return while staying or coming back to Aulani. We loved this place! We enjoyed dinner here at least 4 times during our 7 day stay. There were 2 waiters and a manager that were amazing, David was one of them and the other, her name started with an "O" Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to write it down, or get the manager's name. Friend and I drove over to ko'Olina to walk the paths by the lagoons on a Sunday morning. In the morning it's so pleasant before the hustle starts of all the tourist. After walking we decided to catch a bite to eat at the outside dining at Off the Hook part of Aulani resort. We had to order at the bar and they provided a number for table for food delivery. I have to admit I was shocked the pricing of our food which was delivered in to go containers. I ordered fresh fruit and banana nut bread. The fruit was all fresh, no complaint there, accept for the one strawberry was bad and sent it back. The staff member came back with replacement. There was plenty of fruit. Three very small thin slices of banana nut bread. Not bragging but my recipe is tastier. I thought the meal was very overpriced. My friend had French toast, the presentation was nice and it looked like it would be tasty. Unfortunately for some reason it was very soggy. The outdoor seating is nice, we were able find a beach view table open. The staff member who delivered our food was friendly. read more

Greeted then escorted to a table spaced apart for social distance is a relief. Saw many guests eating on pool chairs in the heat but we sought comfort. We each had a non-alcoholic beverage and shared an appetizer. We were still quite full from breakfast from Koa so this is all we needed. Service is friendly and quite fast. For resort dining, this place truly caught us off guard by how great it was!! We weren't staying at the resort but we were visiting over the span of two days, once for the Luau and another to spend some time on the beach. After the Luau, we stopped by the restaurant bar to get a Tropical Itch and a Mickey Ice cream! It was a perfect post luau spot to hang out and enjoy the resort a little! They also don't skimp on those drinks!! The following day, we stopped by to enjoy lunch at Off the Hook and was seated in the open table area. All for just under $100 with 2 soft drink beverages. All food was good, not spectacular, convenient in our resort, was a little wait between items, it was Spring Break season! They did graciously adapted my salad for my allergies, Vegetarian and low sodium! The atmosphere was in a beautiful spot!
