When he was done, I did ask why a few things weren't trimmed, and for each he had an answer that made sense. Most importantly, I didn't have to ask him and go back and pull weeds that still remained or cut other things that should have been cut. On top of that, he trimmed my trees (small lemon and olive trees) way more than any other gardener before me, without my asking! I hired this moving company to move my belongings in a 1-b apartment from Irvine to West LA. The movers were efficient and professional, but I was disappointed with the cost. I was charged $120 for gas, 5 hours of labor at $115/hour, and two and half additional hour for travel time. This added up to over $1,000. I was under the impression that the movers would be using a large truck, but they only had a small truck. This meant that they had to disassemble and reassemble my two beds, which added to the time and cost of the move. If I had known that the movers would only be using a small truck, I would have shopped around for a different company. I think I could have gotten a better deal if I had hired a company with a larger truck. Overall, I was happy with the service provided by the movers, but I was disappointed with the cost. We have never hired movers in the past, but this was the BEST first experience. Michael, Albert, and Miguel were absolutely amazing. They were supposed to come at 2pm but called us to let us know they could come earlier which was awesome. The second they showed up, they were fast, efficient, and handled all of our items with care. They wrapped every item and covered our mattresses with plastic to protect them in the rain. They disassembled and reassembled everything and anything we wanted. They arrived bang on time, were extremely meticulous and careful with packing, super organized with the way they packed all of our fragile utensils in the kitchen, were also extra careful about not wheeling the bags on the carpet and wooden floors. Highly recommend Andy and Jair for your next move! I booked three weeks in advance for an arrival time on Sunday morning between 8-9 am. The movers didn't arrive until 12:30 pm but it worked out ok because we needed the extra time to pack. The guys were very polite and careful with all of the furniture. They carefully packed everything and asked where to place it. In total, it took 5 hours, 10 mins to move my 2 bedroom, second floor apartment to a house. They add an hour for drive time (flat rate) plus an extra hour (still unsure how that was calculated) so I was charged for 7 hours - a bit more than I was expecting but I'm happy with the job that was done. read more

I was so stressed out on how we were going to move our Irvine office equipment and supplies to our Santa Clara office on such short notice that my boss gave me (Less than a week) but came across Off-Czn and spoke to Mike. You can have two or three movers. I opted for 2 movers. Our move took about 8 hours total, with the holiday traffic it made it longer. The guys worked super hard the entire time. They wrapped furniture up and used furniture dollies for the big items. Our stuff was handled with care. It ended up being $1,100 total. Well worth the price! They ask you where you want certain items to be placed. Very good movers! Make sure you bring some cash to a tip. The gentlemen work extremely hard.
