We used them when we moved from the South Bay to Orange County and they were efficient and very professional and my wife always remembered that. So, when we moved back to the South Bay, there was no question on who we were going to use. These guys are amazing. They get in and get you moved and they do it the right way. They broke our bed down and any furniture we need broken down, then they put it all back together at our new house. You pay them by the hour but you wouldn't know it because they get it done so fast. They are not like other movers who will try to drag it out to make more money. I highly recommend them. read more

Two words, reliable and dependable. Two gentlemen came to simply load my house into the back of a Uhaul for a move to NC. They showed up on time with all tools, harnesses and gear ready to work. Gave them a short list of instructions and they went to work, without dropping anything or scuffing any walls they packed the 2 bedroom house within the agreed time. Owner and his worker were super cool. I had the WORST movers the day before that I ended up telling to leave..I called so cal bros the last min getting close to dark...they came over when they said..had truck, all the moving stuff and were really nice. I didn't expect anything because of what I just went through...they wrapped it all well, which the other guys the day before at safe n fast movers ( worst company) didn't even try n wrap. So cal bros made sure to be super careful down my 3 story's. Will definitely use them again! I would love to give them zero stars. Called over a month ago to reserve time. Email sent to them after the call as instructed. No reply. Called 1 week before. Had to remind him the date and time. Emailed to confirm again as instructed. No reply. Asked for 2 men. No truck twice. The day of move. Supposed to be here by 9am. 9:05am called. "Oh... Daniel... didn't you get my VM?" "My truck broke down..." I reminded him that I never requested a truck. Just 2 movers. 3 hours. "Oh... Let me get back to you." No call back from him. Worst, irresponsible business ever. I am writing a review on this company, because I never had a chance to use their services. It was important for me to let you know how disappointed I was after trying several times to find a reliable moving company. I took the time to read the comments for this company on Yelp and it seemed promising. I was really excited and happy to call them. I spoke with Daniel and told him how frustrated I was as a customer trying to move a three piece entertainment center from one City to another. Daniel seemed eager to help and offered moving it on a 6x12 trailer and truck to save money which was awesome. Daniel tried to understand the details and offered to see the entertainment center in person to make sure all would fit in his trailer. I coordinated the move and I was adamant that in order to see the entertainment center he would need to be at the moving residence between 8am and 830 am sharp because the person letting him in was absolutely not available after 830am. He confirmed the visit for 8am. He did not show up until 8:44am. He began to call and text me that the person was not opening the door. I tried to call this other person and she was not answering because she was on a conference call. I told him and he said he only needed two minutes and would wait outside the door. At this point it was out of my control so he had to leave. He explained that there was lots of construction in the area which delayed him. So we set another time for the following evening to see the entertainment center. He confirmed 5:30pm. Daniel never showed up and never called or text. The following day he text me and said he could not make it. He then proceeded to say to just confirm that the entertainment center fit on the trailer and he would handle the move. I never replied. Honestly, Daniel made a commitment to assess the entertainment center prior to any move to make sure all would be okay. If he could not do it because timeliness was not his thing then okay. Many people work and rely on professional and responsible businesses to do a great job. To not call me or text back to say he could not make it or that he was running behind clearly showed a lack of common courtesy to all involved. I was going to pay him so it was not free and he offered to assess the situation and never showed up. He then thinks that just confirming the move on a text without looking at the actual item like he suggested is OKAY... but it was not. read more
