If you need a construction / renovation company, use OCG Building Supply! Over the past few years we have been a repeat client of OCG Building Supply and wanted to share my positive experience. I have attached photos of each project with more details below. We are and have been extremely satisfied with the quality of the cabinets and work. The cabinets are thick pieces of wood and have lasted for over 6 plus years now. FYI, their showroom is filled with options and ideas for various types of projects. As you will read from my review l, we have used OCG Building Supply for so many various types of projects. So many options to choose from and the staff is so FRIENDLY and HELPFUL. Project 1: We did a full kitchen remodel on our home. The process with OCG was a breeze. OCG helped us bring our vision to life through a very detailed planning process. My wife and I really loved our customizable our cabinets and counters could be. OCG completed a fully kitchen demo, complete kitchen install to include counters and tile work. Each day the workers cleaned up and made sure we were updated with the next days plans. When we ended up selling this home, not only did the kitchen become to focus during the open houses, but this OCG kitchen added so much more value to our home. Project 2: This project included brand new flooring for our whole home. All we can say is WOW. Once again the quality and work exceeded our expectations. Our flooring is rugged and comfortable. We have four dogs and we have had ZERO issues with scratching, chipping, shifting, fading, etc. everyone we have people over, they always comment about our flooring. OCG even added wood under the steps and painted them white to make them even pop more. Love it! Project 3: This was one of our biggest projects with OCG. Not only did we convert a studio area but we also had OCG cut a hole in a bedroom wall and hang a barn door to add a bedroom. OCG sealed up our existing bedroom door and even built a closet system inside the bedroom. You could see in the before and after in the side-by-side photo. Everything from the flooring, wall take down, wall building, barn door, closet, and full kitchen with waterfall counter is AMAZING! OCG has helped our Ohana move into a BEAUTIFUL 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a full kitchen. We had options for cabinet color and decided to go with a very nice grey color. Project 4: This is our most recent project. We added some upper cabinets to our laundry room. Andre was our designer and he really focused on how we can maximize storage space while matching our existing kitchen cabinets. Jerry showed up prior to his worker Jianyi Lin to do a walk-through. Once the team arrived, Jerry was assisting his worker to install the cabinets and help clean up. Jianyi was super professional, clean, and respectful. Ask for Jianyi for your next project! Way to lead by example Jerry! Final Thoughts: Owner of OCG is Jerry. From project 1 to project 4, Jerry has driven to each project to check on his team, answer any questions I may have had, and also reassured that each project will be and was completed with quality and care. During project 1, Jerry gave me his cell phone number and told me to reach out at any time. Jerry would reach out with updates and any thoughts he may have had for the project. Honestly, we have never got that sort of help or care from any other company. OCG has gone above and beyond any and all expectations. There will be a project 5, 6, 7 in the future. It's sad to give this review because I really wanted to like them. First their cabinet work is good and the value for the work done is also good. They tried to accommodate my travel which was also good. What fell apart is they did not provide many things I requested and installed a new garbage disposable that messed up my AC and dishwasher. Instead of listening to me and fixing the garbage disposal, they told me I needed a new dishwasher. They do not pay attention to details. The pull out for the garbage was never done and later installed cheap thing to pull out. No spice rack as promised and the floor patch was done where it did not go with the flow of the floors. They installed tiles without communicating they were the wrong colors. They moved our telecom wires when I specially asked them not to.. lots of stuff., It felt like they didn't care about what I wanted and that I should be grateful for what they did. It was not a good experience. They stopped returning my texts and basically walked away from the job. Do not pay them in full. If you use them, you need to have someone home at all time because there is no project manager and very bad communication efforts. For the price and quality of craftsmanship I have to recommend these guys. Only downside was their workers only speak and understand Chinese you need to specify before hand what you want done with the owner. I believe they did the impossible by making their shower walls into my kitchen backsplash. Didn't know how it would turn out was just another crazy idea of mine but it looks immaculate. First, I should say this is the second time we have hired ORIENTAL CABINETS to do our kitchen and I have to say we were so smart to come back. These folks are incredibly efficient and affordable. But to boot they also do quality work. We decided to slightly upgrade our kitchen by adding an new countertop and additional cabinets. We went in to their store ( which was new for us because the first time we went to see them was 7 years ago) on a Sunday and they came out to our house that flollowing Monday to assess and provide a quote. By the next Saturday they did the entire upgrade in 6 hours or less with only 3 guys. Very impressed and absolutely recommend Jerry and his team. Also we live in a yurt which requires some alternative solutions compared to a standard home but Jerry was not hesitant and very quick to find them. read more

These guys are amazing! I went in just to look at cabinets and countertops and they took a lot of time to explain everything about regular closing and soft-close and granite versus quartz versus quartzite. The sales person that helped me was Javier. He even made an appointment to come to my home to measure my kitchen area and built cabinets and shelves on his computer for free. It was hours of his time with no cost or obligation. In the end, my contractor purchased cabinets from another supplier but I chose the prefabricated quartzite countertops for both my kitchen and bathroom from this company. You should definitely see these guys last because after you see other people and then compare, their pricing and service is amazing! Strongly recommended! read more

There are no words I can can say as to how happy we were with the service that Adela and her colleagues provided to me and my mom. We were in a rush to get a cabinet to spec and they sure did deliver! It was built on time, as they promised, exactly what we needed and it fit perfectly. If I could rate this company with a zero, I would. This has been a nightmare experience. The workers do not know their product. When showing them example photos of kitchens I like, they represented that they had exactly what I wanted. I wanted a white on white, modern farmhouse looking kitchen. Fast forward to the demolition and installation days. On the first day they came over very late. And their arrival times from there on out constantly varied. They damaged the trim on my newly installed shiplap wall during demolition. Didn't say a thing, just threw the trim away. The installation process was an absolute nightmare. The wrong sized cabinets were ordered and installed. Cabinets were installed without consultation. There was absolutely no symmetry to the installation. It looked like a smorgasbord of cabinets, absolute no rhyme or reason for placement. A cabinet drawer face was put on backwards. Instead of changing out the entire drawer, they only changed the face leaving holes and stripped nail-heads inside. Lots of the shelving is chipped or damaged or even used looking. The cabinet doors above the microwave are crooked. They didn't install the sink as already charged. We also ordered glass faces for the some of the doors, but somehow they forgot to place the order despite it taking 10 minutes or so during our consultation to pick the glass we liked. Handles are crooked. We continually called the company as we discovered more and more errors during installation. We left multiple messages with no response. We could not get on the phone with anyone who could help so we were left to try to sort things out with the installers who couldn't speak very much English. Very frustrating and absolutely unacceptable. Let's not even get started on the color of the cabinets....CREAM, not white. You literally have to take off from work to supervise every step of the way. When I went down to the showroom to speak with the owner, he could literally give two shits. Even at one point saying that if they ordered more pieces than needed, we would have to pay for those pieces...wtf?!?! He was not apologetic or accommodating. He didn't care that his employees were making promises they couldn't deliver. Somehow, he felt that was our fault. He offered no solutions. There is ZERO customer service here! So we will now be spending LOTS of MONEY and TIME fixing their errors. My advice to all is to go elsewhere. read more

Realize that every Chinese company will have some quality issues because their prices are low. If you can live with less than perfect then definitely use them. If you select granite you should tell them you want to select the actual piece because you may get highly flawed slabs. You can pay someone to smooth out flaws like I did. Drawers don't open smoothly so that's irritating. read more

First, if it wasn't for their very reasonable prices, we would not have been able to afford our kitchen, living room, and two bathrooms renovations. For that I am very grateful. In addition, they have a spacious showroom displaying what they sell (eg. cabinets, countertops, flooring, bathroom shower panels). However, not included in their base price are faucets, toilets, disposers, etc. so keep that in mind for your budget. Adela, their sales person, from beginning to end, was instrumental in helping us through the entire process. We cannot praise her too much! Then, once demolition began, things went reasonably quickly, except when they ran out of materials and had to wait until their container came in and everything was divided up. I guess, given the problems with shipping caused by the Covid19 virus, they can't be faulted too much. While I can recommend them for those who can't afford the bigger, more established companies (who can do everything for you and use licensed sub-contractors) be aware that you would be well served to hire your own licensed electrician and licensed plumber for anything out of the ordinary (for example, they had problems assembling and wiring a ceiling fan). And also be aware, most of the workers do not speak English which makes communication problematic. You will also be calling Adela each day to find put if or when the workers will arrive since, given their more than reasonable prices, they are very busy and may not be at your site everyday. In the end, we are pleased with how things look and are hiring them to do a bathroom update for our other house. read more

I absolutely love the white glacier granite we purchased from them. Their products are high end! So why 1 star? Bc their contractors speak absolutely no english, their work is half okole, super sloppy, and unprofessional. They put my counter top in crooked. When they returned the second time to fix it. They tried to put a cork under the foot of my stove to level the granite. not knowing that now the stove and other side of the counter was unleveled. Total idiots. They eventually lifted all the countertops so they would all be even. But only after being confronted on their half okole work ethics. They cut corners instead of doing things properly. What can I say! I am truly impressed. I got a flyer in the mail a few months ago and recently decided to check them out. My wife wanted a new kitchen and their flyer was like a sign from above. We went to their store, located down the street from Sand Island, checked out what they had. Went back to their store after doing some more looking around and looked again. Went back yet again and made the deal. Negotiate fellow Yelper's. You have nothing to lose and much to gain. Three days! Yes, three days for a full kitchen remodel. The cabinets are sturdy and look classy when installed. If you are tired of these high priced locations all throughout the island check out Oriental Cabinet and Granite. The owner, Jerry, actually comes out to the site and puts in some work. I was surprised to see the owner out there as at other locations you never get to meet even a high level manager, let alone the owner. I threw a few audibles to the design while they were at the house performing the demolition. Jerry being the mellow guy that he is just says, "O.k. We can do it." Sweet! My experience with Oriental couldn't have been better. The service was fantastic, the products are a good value for the quality/cost, and the installers did a great job and went above and beyond! Overall, I am very pleased with the entire process! I've attached some before and after photos. I chose the cherry walnut cabinets and black quartz countertops. They look great! Oriental threw in the matching bathroom vanity (cabinet and counter), a bathroom wall cabinet, and undermount sinks for the bathroom and kitchen. My cost for everything was under $10,000. From the time I walked in to the showroom off the street to completion, Aaron C assisted me from start to finish. Aaron is a pretty laid back guy who laid out my options, made recommendations, worked with me on the design and tweaking it along the way, and at no point did I feel pressured. The other Aaron at the shop was equally as good, and he was present when the measuring took place and also offered some great design ideas along the way as well. The owner Jerry is a pretty cool guy; professional and easy to work with when I needed minor design changes. I wish Yelp allowed more review length, as I cannot say enough good things about the installers. These guys went above and beyond on several occasions, it blew me away. They really took their time to measure and precisely install the new materials. It took half a day to tear out the old, and four full days to install the new. Everything was installed meticulously. All handles are centered and straight, everything is plumb, the counter seams are very beautifully done. I couldn't ask for more out of the installers. If your experience is as positive as mine, definitely consider giving them a small tip for their skills and talents. I would write a book about my experience with Oriental if I could, but yelp doesn't seem to allow that. From start to finish, everything was amazing. my parents hired this company to redo our bathroom. the workers barely speak english, if any at all. the bathroom looks like it was done nicely from a distance, but they did a poor job cleaning up pencil markings on stone tiles. the floor of the bathroom stall does not drain properly, somehow one corner of the shower is lower than the shower drain, so there is always stagnant water at the end of a shower. the house reeked of cigarette smoke as they lit up cigarettes in our garage on their break without even asking. ------- POTENTIAL THIEVES ------- toward the end of the job, i saw one of the heavier set "supervisors" scoping out our garage and attempting to pull at a toolbox drawer, only to find it locked. i glared at him and followed him around, he still was giving looks at random things in our home, including a place we hang our keys. i cannot stress how uncomfortable this guy made me feel in my own home. i took a picture of the garage before they arrived that day, and my dad noticed a container of motor oil missing. sure enough it was gone from where it was pictured. though the container of motor oil looked very similar to the tile sealer they were using. if it were an honest mistake, i feel bad for the brand new tile job that might get a splash of motor oil instead of sealant. my dad had also noted a stack of empty buckets missing from our garage, missing only after they started the job. read more

I was 9 months pregnant when we decided to totally redo our kitchen. We had a termite issue in our old cabinets and they had to go. Figured easier to do before I had the baby. We went into the show room and made an appointment for the weekend to get measurements done of our kitchen. Instead they were able to come the same day to take measurements. They told us they could have our kitchen done within a week and they finished in five working days instead. It turned out just as I had pictured in my head. Of course after you have used your kitchen there are little things you would always would change. But I love it and it was good work and quick work. I ordered a remnant piece on a Saturday and they told me it would be ready on Monday. I got no phone call on Monday so I called them in the afternoon and it seems like they forgot about my order...but I was told it would be ready on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went with no phone call...finally on Wednesday it was ready. I went down to pick it up Thursday morning and the edge wasn't even straight. I was told that maybe after lunch it could be done. So I went back 4 hours later to talk to the warehouse manager and he had no idea what I was talking about. He made a few calls and told me the guy didn't eat lunch yet but when he gets back to give him one more hour. So I got my refund instead. The crew went above and beyond for me. Super awesome and I will deal with them again not only because their professionalism but also they were more than accomidating to me and my finances. On another note their showroom is better than couple other places I seen and its hard to imagine options if the showrooms are so small. We were also impressed with this company :D we quoted with several contractors for renovations on our newly bought home in Waialua. We spoke with Jon... he is friendly, knowledgeable, caring, prompt, and willing to help out in any way possible. Hao seemed great giving me a deal on a half sheet when most guys will only sell whole sheets of quartz. I just needed one cabinet topped with quartz in my laundry room. I asked if my worker could drop off the cabinet so they could put it on and talk about how and what was needed. He said no the guy comes to my house. Then he texted me several times asking about back splash and what side needed a overhang while I'm busy working. Well I assumed only one side needed overhangs told him which side then the guy comes with it pre cut and just to glue on, I also asked who puts on the ply board, he didn't get back to me for hours so my guy put it in then finally gets back to me that his guy does it. They were a no show the day they were supposed to come I text him the next day he says he's coming that day. Well the Chinese guy comes doesn't speak a lick of English and turns out we needed overhang on both sides. When my worker tries to tell him he starts yelling in Chinese I need to talk to sales man puts it on and leaves. I call Hao explain what I need he tells me I have to pay another $900 to redo it. I ask for just a little piece to cover the wood in one side glue a small piece on he says no and argues with me that it's my fault and will not do anything to help just $900 pay again total rip off and redo again no solution to fix just argue it was my fault when I thought the guy was coming to my house to cut and install he could've talking and seen what was needed. I sent a pic of it installed never questioned that it needed overhang on both sides. Will never do business with them again. I still have a kitchen and bath to do they lost out. read more

If it's inexpensive cabinets you're looking for, then this is your place. If you're hoping for any sort of customer service, follow up, problem solving, then keep it moving there's nothing to see here. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of goods while completely renovating our kitchen this summer. Initially everything went according to plan. At the time, while they had very little options in the way of granite, epic I found odd as its right there in the name of their business. But they encouraged us to buy from a competitor. We did and paid to have them install it. The first issue was while installing the granite, they misaligned the holes of the sink and faucet by a couple of inches (very obvious). They also installed the granite too close to a window, making said window virtually useless as you can operate (open or close) it. Dealing with granite isn't like, "no problem, we'll just fix it". Issues like these, while they may seem minor to some, are really major issues. We dealt with it, complained about it, but besides replacing the granite, which of course they didn't, they didn't do anything. But the major issue was that we ordered, and PAID FOR, false doors to go on the end of our cabinets. These "doors" hide one from looks right inside of the cabinets. Without them the cabinets look totally incomplete and a very poor job. Aaron said they were on the next delivery and would call us. To date, we've called him at least 7-8 times. While he always calls back, he's never one initiated the call to give us an update. His answer is always, "ohhhhh, yeah. Well, ummmm, they weren't in our last shipment from China. But don't worry, I'll call you as soon as they're in." He did not. Finally, last week I called and got a different response. He said they were in and I could pick them up. I drove from the other side of the island to get them. Personally, had it been my business, I would have delivered and installed them for my client having had them wait NEARLY 6 MONTHS! I get there to pick up the doors, and Aaron is with a client and asks, who I believe was the owner's son, to help me. I tell him what I'm looking for and he tells me to come back some other time as he's busy right now. I don't think so, guy. I tell him I've been waiting for these stupid doors for six months, and if he doesn't make these doors appear in the next few minutes, I will, very successfully, sue him. He runs in the back and brings back something other than doors. [buzzzzzz] wrong, try again, I tell him. He disappears again and comes back with the correct doors FINALLY. So here I am. I finally have my doors. Now it's left to me to find someone to have them installed when it should have been this company who dropped the ball. But at least I have my doors, I suppose. Future buyers: beware, be cautious, and know what you're getting into with these guys to avoid unexpected frustration. read more

Went with Oriental Cabinets because of the high rating on yelp. Wanted to redo my whole kitchen from cabinets to countertop. First time I entered here was the last week of October. This whole remodeling was suppose to be a surprise gift for my parents since they were going off island for vacation on Nov 19th. I talked to Frankie and explained everything and right away knew which style of cabinet and granite I wanted. Told me it was no problem and could be done. So I was excited to get this all done before my parents come back from vacay. I went to their shop in person about 8 times just to make sure everything was going as planned to meet the deadline. Frankie and the owners son came to my place to do measurements. Later Frankie designed a rough draft of what the kitchen would look like and what cabinets I would need. Just by looking at the thought draft I could tell he didn't know what he was doing. There was a huge gap in the corner. Not sure the reason why but everything was spaced out too much. One time I went to the shop and one of the other workers ( Caucasian guy ) asked if he needed help. Frankie was being sarcastic saying "No I don't need help, if I do then I'll let you know". I should of went to the other worker because he sounded like he knew what he was talking about and wanted to make sure I got stuff going through because it was taking long. I emailed him and didn't get no reply so went down to look for Frankie. He told me that he didn't reply to my email because he didn't know what to do since he told me the owner was going to come my place to double check the measurements and design a different draft but never contacted me on doing so. Frankie told me that he didn't have time to come but scheduled me for a day a week ago. So he just kept telling me he doesn't know what to do. He keeps repeating I don't know what to say which got me upset because it was almost time to get everything done. So I ended up going to Golden Cabinets & Stone Inc. Not only did they design a draft the same day but it looked great ! They also explained the draft on which cabinet would go well in that area and how if I did it this way then the cabinet doors would cross rah other. They even told me they can get it to me within that time and this was all last minute for them since I had to switch over. I will be writing a review on their page a week or so from now. In the end. I don't recommend going to Oriental Cabinents. BUT if you really insist on going then DO NOT go to Frankie! read more

OCG performed our condo renovation while it was vacant. The work was on a lump sum basis and took approximately three months (Sept-Nov 2022) which included the complete renovation of the kitchen (w new cabinetry, quartz counters, new appliance connections), the two bathrooms (including adding a shower in a half bath), total condo carpeting/tile removal with new floor board replacement including toe boards, the installation of new bedroom closet doors, the rework of the clothes washer alcove to accommodate a new stackable washer/ventless dryer set with built-in cabinetry and ceiling refinishing to cover up holes/piping left after I had a new split AC system installed . The appliances, kitchen/bathroom plumbing fixtures/shower doors and bedroom closet doors were personally purchased but installed by OCG. I'm giving OCG five stars because of the cost and also in recognition of Adela (our primary coordinator), Mr Jian (the owner) and the OCG crafts folks. I do have to state I'm advantaged as I do speak some mandarin (most of the crew spoke mandarin) and my background is architecture and construction management. That said, I am limited in personally having work resources to undertake the work myself so OCG was a nice match. OCG also purchases/imports building materials (quartz counters, cabinets, flooring) in bulk and can pass on the lower cost to the customer. Many of their crafts folks have multiple skills. That said, I worked with OCG with my eyes wide open from the onset and applied my own attention to detail always with the mutually and respectfully shared intent to help guide the way to completion. Although there were surprises and follow ups throughout, OCG responded well. I ended up very satisfied with them and would personally work with them again. And not uncommon with any work these days as it was during my own individual project, OCG also had several concurrent and much larger customer projects but still provided enough attention to progress my project work to completion. With the exception of the new AC, some specialty electrical work and final painting, having this renovation performed under the one hat of a lump sum contractor was definitely advantageous. Mr. Jian, the owner, was especially kind in having his crew perform work outside the contract scope (which all was at reasonable cost too). While the total work schedule was longer, reasonable cost was my priority. Throughout, there was never any "nickel and diming" by OCG. For those that are considering remodeling their kitchen, I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Oriental Cabinet and Granite LLC. Our original kitchen was very worn out and on it's last leg; since we live in a condo, it is the first thing you see once you enter our home. We definitely knew it was time to do something...anything that would at least make our kitchen look decent. We did our homework and inquired at a ton of places; one place that prided themselves on doing top quality work came in for an estimate and quoted us $20,000-30,000 to renovate our kitchen. WHAT?! For a kitchen that would fit in my cubicle at work?! That was ridiculous! We perused the home renovation section that comes in every Sunday's paper and saw an article on "Oriental Cabinet and Granite LLC." It gave a brief history of their business and the types of problems/questions/headaches associated with first time renovations. It immediately grabbed our attention because of what we had encountered at other places. We went down to Oriental Cabinets and Granite LLC thinking the worst but was surprised at the results. Jonathan Magbual helped us out and really made us feel at ease. He came to our place for an estimate and quoted us a reasonable and affordable price; he answered all of our questions and was most accommodating! We felt no pressure and decided to think about it. After about two weeks of deliberating what we should do, we decided that this was the place for us. Because of the size of our kitchen, they insured us that the whole process of the renovation would take about a week. On day one they demolished our old kitchen and cabinets within a matter of a couple of hours; the workers then took more measurements for our new cabinets. Day two involved the arrival of our new appliances and us replacing our water heater; Oriental Cabinet and Granite did not come this day because they were building our cabinets to specification. Day three came and they laid down the tile for our new floor and left so that the tile could set. Day four arrived and the real work began; cabinets were going up fast and it started to take shape. Later in the day, they took measurements for our quartz countertops. Day five and the last of our cabinets were installed with the stove, microwave and refrigerator set in place. Day six our countertops arrived with our brand new sink and they put up the back splash on. They did minor touch ups to finish off their work. That was a gist of our kitchen renovations. Throughout the whole process, we were in contact with Jonathan Magabual and he assured that all of our questions were answered and all of our demands were met. Even on his days off when we needed something answered, he was there. Overall we felt that our first kitchen renovation was a success! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND "Oriental Cabinet and Granite LLC" and Jonathan Magabual if you're thinking about that first time remodeling job. They are fast, reasonable and GREAT customer service! I know that we will DEFINTELY go with them again in the future if and when we get a bigger place. read more

Buyer beware! What started out pleasant turned into a nightmare. This company lacks communication skills! They will show up at your door step without notice or you will take a day off and nobody will show up! Whatever you do make sure you double check their work! OCG should be OMG!!! Everything seems great when you're first greeted at the show room and have a contract. The guy who came and did the final measurements confirmed they could do what I wanted. On the day of demo and installation, they said they couldn't do what I wanted. No one spoke english and they sound like they are yelling at each other. The sales person called me and told me they couldn't do what I wanted. I told her I specifically brought pictures of what I wanted and she said they could do it. After going back and forth, she just told me they were going to refund me without trying to figure out a resolution. I had to find another company to do the work which delayed the sale of my house by a month because of schedule conflict. Every time I see their commercials I wonder if they have the same non-English speaking workers that sounds like they are yelling at each other all day long. Never again. read more

I honestly cannot cannot THANK Jerry(owner) at Oriental cabinet and granite enough for all he has done for my family and our first home. We purchased our first home just before Christmas 2016. The day we moved in, we walked into a flooded downstairs. Way too many details to go through, but we ended up gutting the entire downstairs and renovating it. I was told to go at least 5 different places from friends and family for our kitchen needs. Everywhere I went, the prices to me were so ridiculously high. I understand that you pay for quality, but some of these places had very cheap materials and customer service was terrible. I decided to come on Yelp and search, and I found Jerry's shop at Oriental cabinet and granite. From the day I walked in, I knew instantly this was the place I wanted to give my business too. Jerry was not there the first day I came in, but his workers were awesome and friendly. They recommended me to comeback when he was in so I could pitch my vision. When I came back, Jerry asked If I was free because he wanted to come by and check out my house. I live in Ewa and not too many people will come by at 4pm to face that Westside traffic but he did. He showed up, took measurements, and helped me place my ideas so I could see what worked. Once the the work got underway, I could not have been happier. Jerry is a very busy person, but he is very upfront and if he tells you he'll do something...he definitely will. He couldn't make it the day I did the install for my Quartz countertop but the workers that came were on point. They got to work, and didn't stop working until the job was completed which was about an 8 to 9 hour day. It was cool to see how the cut and piece the countertop together and how precise everything is. I really appreciated them cleaning up afterwards because it is kind of a messy job. They took the time to clean up everything, including washing down my driveway. This review is from the heart. Going through what I went though, struggling to do something when financially I was limited was frustrating. I truly am grateful and appreciative for Jerry and everyone at Oriental cabinets and granite for all they did for us. I was very straight forward with Jerry on my budget, told him what I wanted, and he helped me get more than what I imagined. Words cannot express how Amazing our kitchen and bathroom came out. Everyone that's been over can't say enough on how beautiful our kitchen is. Earlier I wrote a review in which I disclosed that Oriental Cabinet and Granite had an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. I see that BBB rating is now an "A+", and I think it is only fair to note that positive development. However, I stand by my earlier unfavorable rating as there were many errors and delays associated with our one bedroom condo remodel, some of which I did not mention in that review that cost us thousands of dollars to remedy. read more
