The first time was to replace laminate flooring in half of my condo following a refrigerator leak. Paradise Flooring was able to match the existing flooring, originally purchased from a different company nearly 10 years ago. They also connected me to a great installer. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and the finished product is perfect, as if nothing had ever happened. The second time was purchasing ceramic tiles for the shower wall of my parents' condo during their building-wide plumbing replacement. Again, I wanted to match the existing shower walls (possibly from the 80's) and although a perfect match was not possible, the ones we chose are very close and look great. Besides the product itself, I appreciated Paradise Flooring for their clear communication, kind and professional staff, and efficiency and care even though this was a relatively small job. And...they were nice about everything...When I had questions about the process, they responded to my e-mails in a very timely manner. Paradise did not do the carpet installation themselves, but they were able to provide me with contact information for vendors that they had vetted and found to be reliable. This was very helpful - as the vendor I chose was one of their recommendations, and he was also very good.

Besides that, I am very satified with the service and technician work. The job required a little more creativity with how much was corroded. But they did an amazing job prolem solving it all. I appreciate it. Highly recommend.

Chris was actually a recommended contractor by the company that we purchased the tile from. I contacted him for an estimate to tile 2 lanais that totaled 170 sq. ft.. He arrived promptly for our initial meeting and a proposal was received within 24 hours. Within 1 week the work was scheduled and completed in 3 days. Work started each day at 7:30am and Chris arrived promptly on time each day to ensure all was in order for his work crew. At the end of each day, Chris visited the job site to inspect that the work was progressing properly. He even made a special trip on the third day to fine tune the grout and acid wash the tile. Chris is personable and honest. He is only the second contractor out of many that I would totally trust working on my projects. I would not hesitate to contract his services again in the future.

Update:…read more Unfortunately I am changing my review to two stars. Our vinyl floors were complete in March 2023 and initially everything was great like I stated in my original review. We noticed in August 2025 that multiple planks were lifting up when walked on. We reached out to American Floor and Home and they swiftly sent someone to inspect. He was very thorough in his inspection and concerned at the condition of the floors/baseboards considering how recent they were installed. He put a claim in with the manufacturer Cali Bamboo. Since then, we've sent the pictures they requested, had their third party inspection complete, and still nothing has been remedied. We periodically get emails saying American Floor and Home is coordinating with the manufacturer and will receive updates as they come. It's been 8 months since this process has started and nothing has changed except the worsening condition of our floors and baseboards. Besides lifting, multiple planks now have cracks and chips in them. The baseboards continue to split between joints and now even from the wall itself. I've sent footage of the worsening damage and still nothing has been done to remedy anything. We spent a lot of money on this purchase and it's very disheartening that this is the response we are getting. Whether it's a manufacturer's issue or an installation issue, I'd expect some type of plan of action to fix this problem that is only getting worse the longer they delay it. Extremely disappointing.

She knows a lot about the business and steered me in the right direction, making me feel confident abt my purchase. The price was right and the install was set up within a week! The installers came and did a great job and everything looked perfect. One small thing I want to point out is that the carpet scraped one side of the wall when they were cutting or laying it down, and didn't mention a word about it to me. I had to get the paint out and paint the wall about 1' by 5'. I didn't like that they couldn't fess up to that. I'm sure it must happen a lot of times. I'd go back again when my next room is ready for new flooring!
