When I returned, I received the report, stating, that there were no fleas, however, the open balcony French doors were causing a mosquito invasion. We learned our lesson. From the young woman who returned my call and scheduled the service (and gave me a reminder call yesterday) to Andy coming right on time, and asking me how our son was doing, they are to notch. I'd called about "little baby ants that zoom fast," in the kitchen and bathroom. Then when he got here, I said, "Yeah, um, we also have black windows out back, and some spiders in the house " (No crickets this time, I think they are still boycotting our house from the last time Andy was here) "Sure, no problem, I will do it all." We've been a customer for over 8 years and have generally been happy with their service. Andy or Lucas used to come out for the quarterly service and they're both great. Throughout the years the business have grown and they've added new staff however the new staffs are not as detailed. Even then we stuck with them because the technicians all have been friendly and tried their best. This last quarter due to schedule conflict we could not schedule service before the quarter ended and they wanted to charge an extra $90 for merely missing the date by a few days. After having been a customer for over 8 years that just did not sit right with me and we cancelled our service. I understand it's a business and there are guidelines they go by, but I would've hoped they have some flexibility at bending the rule for long time customer especially during this pandemic when everyone's life is turned upside down. read more
