My buyers have been trying to get them to come back to fix it but they keep saying they'll call my buyers back and never do. Frustrated because I can't give more than 5 stars. After having them do construction work about a year ago, we called because we figured it was time to get an annual spray treatment. Joe showed up and was again more honest than most. Those treatment plans/contracts (like the one we were on with another company) are often a scam just to get a few hundred dollars out of you each year. Definitely NOT needed in our case. We'll call them back if we see more damage, swarming or droppings. Please call these guys first. Honesty is so rare and should be rewarded! read more

Our two story home was tented 13 years ago and we knew we had both significant termite damage and wood rot, so we called OC Termite and couldn't be happier with their service. Joe Senior, the owner, arrived at the scheduled time, conducted a thorough preliminary inspection, clearly explained what work was needed and suggested local spot treatments as tenting wasn't necessary at this time. He was very knowledgeable, experienced and friendly and gave us a very reasonable written estimate. He also came highly recommended by a neighbor who is a long time real estate agent and has used them for years. On the day set for the treatment and repairs, his crew arrived at the scheduled time, led by his son, Joe Junior. He and John and Johann promptly began work and throughout the day were fast, efficient, considerate and a pleasure to deal with. The job was completed as scheduled and they did an outstanding job cleaning up afterwards. Their meticulous workmanship in replacing damaged wood and painting and applying stucco as needed was extraordinary and professionally done. We highly recommend their services and will use them again in the future. We received great service and workmanship at a very reasonable price. I had six quotes for termite work on my house. They ranged from one company only wanting to tent, another giving us the option to tent or spot treat, four others saying spot treatment was enough but one of those saying they're refusing the job due to not wanting to deal with the seamless gutters on the house. Joe gave us a free quote that was fair and reasonable. His crew of three, managed by his son Joe, were fast and efficient. They completed the attic treatment and all wood repairs in a single day. When I went to check I asked when they were going to get to this particular spot. He said, "Look closer, it's already done.", and he was right!!! They not only primed and painted the new wood but caulked up all jointed areas as well. Their work was thorough and looked very, very good. No issues dealing with our seamless rain gutters either. My husband and I drove around our neighborhood to see what our neighbors had done to treat this ever-present problem and we came up with design solutions that made the process of chopping and angling both easier and more attractive. We were very specific about how we wanted the fascia butting together and how the dummy beams were to be angled and Joe's team did exactly what we asked and did a fantastic job. It looks great! It was very easy to schedule appointments, and they always arrived during the time window. I dealt with Joe each time, and found him to be very knowledgeable and very honest. What could have been a really bad experience because of rain this past week, turned out great, thanks to the folks at OC Termite. Termites had chewed up a lot of the wood on the exterior of our house and we badly needed quick repairs, since our house is going on the market next week. Owner Joe called on Tuesday asking if there was any flexibility in our schedule, since the rain had forced him to reschedule some jobs that were to be done prior to ours. We let him know the urgency of us staying on schedule, and he quickly went into problem-solving rather than excuse-making mode. We worked out a revised schedule that met both of our needs and the work was done quickly and professionally. The two guys who did the work, Joe Jr. and Adrian, were skilled and professional, and they did a great job, all the while keeping us informed of how the work was going. The pricing of the extensive work was not the lowest or highest, but the estimate was the most complete and accurate in terms of the work that needed to be done. Went above and beyond as always. Our 3d service request for the last 2 yrs and did not disappoint. Requested fumigation service for our peace of mind after termite damage and recent repair of our roof fascia boards. Our first time with home termite fumigation and they made everything smooth, organized and very efficient. A week before Tx, Joe briefed us in person with the fumigation process and the expectations which helped us lessen our anxiety. On the day of Tx, the fumigation company w/c is usually a contracted company came on time and set-up the tent so quickly but thoroughly as we physically saw the process unfold. 48 hrs later we arrived back in our home, tent is gone and left very minimal trace of home Tx, almost nothing noticeable up until we started our own cleaning we saw dead insects in/outside the house-now we know the chemical has worked it's function. The quoted price was very competitive but above all this company treated me like one of their own family. They even went out of their way to repair and replace roof tiles broken during the process free of charge. If you need to have any wood replaced due to rot or termite damage, this is the company to use. I had another company replace some facia in 2017 and I told them it was a terrible job at the time. They acted like I insulted them. O'Corra came out and replaced the same facia and another one at the back of my house. They replaced the ends of rotted beams and repaired several locations around my house. They did a great job and even painted. I will admit I was a bit skeptical cause the reviews were all 5* and, I wondered about that but then, I was looking for 5* reviews. Sent out a request for an appointment thru yelp and, got a response and an appointment immediately. His bid for the job (I had some patio posts replaced, some siding redone and a railing re-positioned along with a few other things) was extremely fair and he delivered on time and with some fine workmanship. After he was done, a small chat revealed that he was family - he lives in the Wagon Wheel Canyon and his kids went to all the schools my kids went to and graduated from.
