I LOVE this business! This is the first time I've hired a contractor (and I've hired quite a few over the years) that had a reasonable price, did a perfect job - the first time, was on time and cleaned everything spotless when they were finished. What is that? Carlos and his team were communicative throughout and even made a special second trip to make sure I understood the plan. They showed up on time and did a fast and great job. Not only do they do dry rot repair, they also do general contracting too. I guess 50-years in business explains why they're still in business. I can't say enough good things about Carlos - Super patient, knowledgeable and he moves fast. Wow! Angelo Termite has a valid license and insurance which is mandatory for me and Jackie in the office emailed that to me Boom! Call this group - You won't be disappointed. read more

Carlos was very helpful and knowledgeable. The workers worked hard and they paid attention to details. Customer service was great.

Jesse and his team have been amazing in every way. I treated my house for termites last year and that experience went beautifully. I called Angelos back up about 6 months later because I noticed what I thought was termite damage. Jesse took care of everything- no questions asked and I didn't have to pay anything extra. I'm so impressed with Angelo's- I definitely recommend them to anyone in need of termite removal services! read more

Victor did a phenomenal job treating my termite issue. He was prompt, courteous, and professional. Thank you so much, Victor! You are an asset on the Angelo team. read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. Jessie is still there and the best. Never tries to upsell me. Only needed them 3 times in last 7 years. Termites never come back near same place. Next step, sending them over to my son's house. Found some Termites. read more

Have had this termite company for years. Not very responsive. They leave a mess and are very slow when givin a project to repair. Can not recommend this company. read more

You will not find a better guy. Jesse came out the next day and spot treated my house and I haven't had an issue since. He's very knowledgeable and truly an all around good person. read more

Jesse came out to give me an estimate, he was very prompt and extremely knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Between rain storms we were able to get the job scheduled and completed before the next rain. The crew that came out were very helpful and checked the roof and did some extra work to fix those issues. We are more than pleased with the work and the workers, they always updated us during the process. As a Realtor I will be referring Angelo to my clients. read more

They seemed nice initially. But one of the workers was cat calling, and then after Left a big mess on the side but cleaned the front really well. It's probably not the owner, but the workers. I think they should tell the chubbier shorter worker to be professional. read more

we have property in a condominium community whose hoa decided to have a termite inspection. we received notification of the date it was supposed to happen which was a date we were out of town & had a house sitter staying at our place with our anxious dogs so we asked if we could please make an appointment instead of them bothering the new house sitter & our dogs. THEY SHOWED UP WITHOUT ANY REGARD TO THE APPOINTMENT WE SET UP. needless to say, the person who showed up rang the bell sending the dogs in to a frenzy & the house sitter told them they were supposed to come back at a set time BUT THE GUY LET HIMSELF IN TO MY BACKYARD ANYWAY!!!! I put a child lock on the gate to help deter them but the guy took it off, moved a barrier I had set up so my puppy can't escape under the gate & obviously didn't put either thing back when he left. Irresponsible, disrespectful & a bully is how I would describe this company. Extremely disappointed in their "service". read more

Angelo Termite and Construction is awesome. Responsive service, skilled workers and fair pricing. I recommend them without reservation!!

Thank you to Jesse and Robert for going above and beyond to make sure my escrow closed on time!

If you are looking for an honest, professional, and reliable termite and construction company, I would Not recommend Angelo Termite and Construction Company. They are not people of their word, and do not stand behind their work. Their workmanship is very poor and they will take shortcuts whenever possible. They have been known to use bondo, or fillers for repairs instead of replacing damaged wood. If you have had work performed by this company, it would be wise to verify that they have actually replaced the damaged wood and not just applied bondo over the termite or rot damage. read more

Angelo Termite & Construction - a man climbing a ladder - General Contractors Near Me - Laguna Hills, California

I called them in for termite inspection at one of the temple in Santa Ana. Waited 2 weeks for that inspection, Jesse was the guy that came. He came unprepared ( didn't bring his suit ) so he couldn't throughly inspect the property. After that he said that he will give an estimate the next day. The monks waited 2 days, nothing happen. I then called the company, and turned out he didn't even send his inspection report back to them yet..? If you don't want to service us ( because it's a Buddhist temple, and you have some bias about it? ), sure thing, no problem. At least let us know that you won't be able to do it. We have more than 5 buildings that needs services. You wasted our time & your company's businesses. This is the most unprofessional thing I've come across. The monks that were with him that day even said to me that he was very nice, & knowledgeable and they would love to work with him for the other buildings as well. Too bad! read more

Angelo Termite has been handling our HOA for over a decade and as a board member they are a delight to work with and give us a professional level of service that you don't find very much with vendors. Robert has been overseeing our property throughout that time and is very well thought of. He always goes above and beyond to help our homeowners and efficiently communicate with our management to keep us in tip top shape. Jackie and Elise are a delight to work with also in the office. read more

On our termite inspection, when buying a home, an issue arose out of basic human error. When Angelo Termite was notified of the issue, without hesitating, they told us they will make things right and laid out the options. They never once waivered on completing the work to our satisfaction. As I said, the original issue was forgivable as it was human error. But to find a company that has integrity and will stand behind their work ... that is uncommon and really impressive. I can absolutely recommend Angelo Termite & Construction without hesitation. They will get my future business. read more

Thank you to Robert from Angelo Termite who is friendly and professional. After spraying my attic, he showed me that the air duct from my central heating unit was coming apart. He gave me good advice on a quick fix without calling for service on it. Thanks Robert! read more

Our HOA has used Angelo Termite & Construction for years and, unfortunately, my townhome has had to be treated numerous times. I have been impressed and very pleased with the results each time they've been out. Jackie (office) and Robert (technician) are both so helpful, prompt and professional. Yesterday there was an issue within our bathroom walls that was discovered when the contractor replacing our shower found extensive termite damage that needed to be treated or repaired before he could continue. I spoke with my HOA, who put a work order in to Angelo, and even though this is their busiest time of year and they were booked through next week, they rearranged their schedule to make it out first thing this morning to handle the issue before going on to their appointments so that our job wasn't delayed. Honestly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and their employees. And, Angelo Termite, if you're listening, I hope both Jackie and Robert are very valued employees of your company and are treated well for all of their efforts and the superb way they represent you. I highly recommend Angelo Termite & Construction. read more

I am the General Manager of a 914 unit community. Angelo Termite and Construction is our preferred vendor for all our termite needs. Their response time and scheduling is fast and professional. I typically don't leave reviews, but I just met with Robert from Angelo Termite, and I wanted to praise his professionalism and kindness. Robert came out to assess a few termite spots and rang me when he was on the way so that I could leave work to meet him. He was so pleasant and professional while tackling the "trouble spots," and was very generous on top of it all. Not only did he promptly take care of the issue, he noticed that when I left to go back to work, my garage door was open and called so that he could get the code to close it. It is that type of personal touch that goes a LONG way in my book, and I will certainly be calling Robert at Angelo's Termite & Construction Company in the future with any other termite issues. Fantastic customer service, Robert- thanks again! read more

Just closed the most difficult deal with a termite company in my 40 years selling real estate. Not only did they confuse Wells Fargo (I know that's probably not to difficult) with the wording on the completion report but it took several attempts to correct what was needed. You would think that real estate agents are there bread and butter, but that was not my experience. I will be running the other way if another HOA recommends them for one of my transactions. read more

I cannot say enough about this company! What a great job and great crew. I have had horrible experiences in the past, but this crew came, fixed, repaired, and my house was left perfect when they left. Good honest and experienced crew. I have been working with Angelo Termite & Construction some time now. I value our partnership and friendship. Angelo is an amazing company who actually does what they say they will do. I look forward to many more year's of partnership! I highly recommend Angelo Termite & Construction to anyone who is in need of Termite work or General Construction. read more

Great customer service and my house looks great! Thanks Jesse! read more

I had a very positive experience with Angelo. I'm an OC real estate agent and was in a tough situation when my client (the buyer) and the sellers received conflicting termite reports from two other termite companies. Both parties agreed to a third inspection and Angelo came at the recommendation of my brokerage. We needed someone to come right away and while they were initially fully booked for a week, I received a call as soon as an inspector's schedule became available. The lady I spoke with over the phone was so patient, kind, and accommodating. I must've called her 5 times within 15 minutes with various changes. The inspector was Gary and he was awesome. Not only did he arrive during a last minute and narrow timeframe, he also helped my buyer feel confident about the final results. Finally, they didn't end up charging my buyer for the inspection! I am so thankful for their help and honesty. I will definitely use Angelo for future Termite Inspections!! I am very surprised by some of the negative reviews so I wanted to share my positive experience. read more

This review is 1 year overdue. My 1970's house had some dry rot and termite damage on the fascia and a wooden patio cover as well as a decorative beam above the garage. Got several bids from termite companies in which most recommended tenting was needed, and their bids were not very detailed in terms of what would actually be done. Then we contacted Jesse at this company and his assessment was very thorough and certainly matched and exceeded the findings of damaged areas compared to other companies. Besides replacing fascia, he recommended spraying instead of tenting. They came out and did exactly according to the bid. They also got rid of my outdated decorative beam and sealed it up. Jesse stayed to oversee the workers and also stayed late as he wanted a more perfect paint job where our beam had been. Overall, very satisfied and impressed with the customer service and work and felt that they were honest in their presentation. read more

I needed a termite inspection and was referred to Angelo by a realtor who listed my house. Robert came to my house and proceeded to poke holes in my wood to determine water and termite damage. He gave me a report detailing the problem areas and walked me through the areas to discuss the needed repairs. His report was written that in several areas wood needed removal, inspection, termite treatment and wood replacement. Both verbally and the report noted that wood would be removed and replaced with new wood. After all work is completed then a certification of inspection and compliance would be issued as I needed that to sell the house. Both my realtor and I thought the cost was high for the work, so I got another cost estimate. The other estimate came in at less than half the cost, but that contractor wasn't a licensed termite company so they couldn't issue me an inspection certification. So I used Angelo to do the work. When Robert from Angelo gave me the cost estimate he told me that some dishonest termite contractors could make me tent and fumigate and that he wouldn't do that and it would save me $2200. After the work was completed, I noticed that about a third of the recommended wood replacement was done by patching and not removing and replacing with new wood. They said they accessed the attic to spray and I paid for it, but they neither went up into the attic to do the original inspection or the spraying. So I did end up paying and getting the certificate, but I wouldn't recommend Angelo Termite and Construction. They pad the estimates, take shortcuts and charge for work in the attic that was never inspected or treated. My realtor called them to complain and she said Robert was rude, argumentative, unprofessional and had a cocky attitude. If that's the kind of person or company you want to deal with, good luck. I hope there are better choices, but those termite companies have the upper hand on you as you need their inspection certification to sell a house. read more

This termite company has cost my HOA community a fortune. They are only licensed with the Structural Pest Control Board - their State Contractor's license is inactive and they are unable to perform any construction work. Further, they maybe inspect half the units in our community, and only the attics and exterior wood. Our community has had an infestation of subterranean termites that have almost completely destroyed parts of the interior structure of our buildings and NEVER ONCE have they ever checked for subterranean termites. This must be done by testing the foundation and soil. I've reported them to Code Enforcement in the city where I reside. I suggest you find another termite contractor if you're looking for someone to keep your home safe from these destructive pests. Our community has been ravaged by these destructive pests and it'll be a miracle if the buildings don't collapse Stay as far away from this company as you can. read more
