I don't enjoy leaving bad reviews but BIG YIKES. Absolutely Horrific Experience--Avoid at All Costs! If I could give this place negative and/or zero stars, I would. I walked into this empty nail salon, which should have been my first red flag, but I figured, hey, maybe it's just a slow day. Nope--it was a slow business because this place is a nightmare. First, I was sat in a broken chair that wobbled like it was about to collapse. No menu, no options--just straight to faking the funk of work. The pedicure itself lasted less than 9 minutes (yes, I timed it), and for $60, I expected at least some level of care. IInstead, the technician hacked away at my nails so aggressively that I started bleeding profusely--like, actual blood dripping down my foot. My toenails have been bleeding over a week........And do you think the nail tech acknowledged it? Nope. No apology, no effort to stop the bleeding, just a complete ice out before moving on to the next tragedy. I was in pain, bleeding, and stuck with a nail color I hated. When I politely mentioned I was bleeding and didn't like the color, I was completely ignored. Like I wasn't even there. No fix, no concern--just blank stares. When I mentioned the broken chair, no help. I was sincerely the only customer. It was disgusting. As if this horror show wasn't enough, they rushed me out like I was some kind of inconvenience, assuming I didn't have the money to pay for my service ....mmmMind you, there were still no other customers in the building, so what was the rush?? Maybe they knew they did a terrible job and didn't want to deal with the aftermath. Tbh I'm not sure but I was deeply repulsed regardless. Long story short: this place is an absolute joke. Do yourself (and your toes) a favor and go literally anywhere else. I'm grateful they let me know that my business isn't wanted here. Never again bro. read more

Unfortunate trip. They weren't welcoming at all. I had my dip nails removed and they removed them in a weird way that took so much longer than soaking them. I then asked for a manicure and shellac paint job. I mentioned there was left over dip polish on nails and she used a nail file to remove it. She didn't even brush my nails. They're bumpy and I can see through the two coats of paint. I'm so frustrated that I left without seeing how terrible they were. I wouldn't recommend them. read more

She has 30 years of experience crafting nails, and you can tell that she does by how nice the nails come out when they are done. I have come to Oasis through the years, for special occasions, because I know I will always leave happy and with a great set of nails. I always get many compliments. I asked for something different this time, and I was surprised and grateful with the outcome. I recommend Oasis to anyone looking for high attention to detail, and gorgeous nails. I am die hard loyal to the salon owner, Nancy. I have followed her from salon to salon for over 20 years. I am extremely picky. I want my "fake" nails to look like real ones. I get French tip acrylic nails and everything I want, Nancy does: an even arc of the white tip that is not too wide; the entire nail filed down to eliminate the telltale hump of fake nails; the nail tips not too thick (again, helping prevent that fake nail look). She is quick too! I am often in and out in 45 minutes. During this time of the "Coronacrud", the salon is taking all precautions to make your visit a safe one. I know many women are forgoing physical upkeep since they are not socializing as much as they used to, but getting pedicures/manicures could be just the thing you need to lift your spirits during this challenging time in life. Plus, continuing to do so will help local businesses stay open, so when we come out on the other side of this ordeal, there will be services still around to take care of our needs! I came here after having a horrible experience at another location and was met by Justin. I let him know that I was just looking for a pedicure and to remove my shellac. he asked me why I didn't want to get color and I explain to him what had happened. He was so understanding and took time to explain to me about a new dipping powder and how I would really love it. He convinced me to go ahead and give it a try and he was so right! First my pedicure was amazing. He took his time and had my hand soaking while he worked on my feet and help me pick a color that matched the color I had picked for my nail. I asked for a design and he gave me something simple and elegant which I thought was very nice. When we started on my hands I let him know that my real nails were very important to me and that I suffer from arthritis so I need a gentle hand. He was very gentle and explain to me step-by-step what he was doing since I had never had it done before. He was careful not to ruin my nails anymore than they were already and he let me know what I could expect with the new product he was using. It has been 3 weeks now and I will be going back and taking my whole family to get Services here. I even recommended him to somebody that was new in town and was looking for a new place for their nails. I'm only speaking for Justin as he is the only person that I have had work on my nails. I highly recommend him. The place is nice and clean very beautifully decorated their chairs are comfortable and prices are fair. Customer Service = Zero Stars. Nail Prep = Zero Stars - Painful even. Nails = uneven and different lengths. Polish = Nothing special. Manicurist did not have her license posted on the wall, which I believe is required under Washington law, but I don't know if she even had any formal training. She was disrespectful and abusive from the moment I sat down. Loudly spoke in Vietnamese and kept gesturing to my nails and laughing. Her lack of professionalism should have gotten her fired for driving away customers. I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy. It was the worst experience I've ever had having my nails done and not relaxing at all. The next day, I went to another salon close by and had a wonderful experience. Don't stop here. There's better salons close by. Obviously management doesn't care what kind of experience you have, because I see I'm not the only one who had this type of horrible customer service and their product is inferior. I went here for my first nail dipping experience. The salon is dark, and the people aren't very friendly. The tech was supposed to be the best there, so I had high hopes. The whole time all the techs were bantering back and forth about my nails in a foreign language (he was showing them my hands and they were looking at them and laughing) and so I was very self conscious. He missed a couple spots on the side which I needed to point out to fix. I left with nails that were over ground so they were spotty. (I could see spots of the nail under.) A couple of times he commented that I was tense, which, um yes, I was! I felt really uncomfortable. Aside from the color, the final product was less than average and I was very disappointed. I have done long, short, square, oval, almond, coffin & they get the shape right every time. Justin is fantastic and fits me in for an appointment anytime I ask. Initially had good hope on the start of my pedicure. Cleaning and scrubbing was great. Once it came to painting my toe nails, it looked horrible and bumpy. She was in a hurry to finish my nails because they took another customer right after. Ones i left and looked at my toes closer, oh my. The skin around the nails had color The polish was coming off on the side... as though the toes were wet and she was doing gel over wet part toe nails. And the water mixed with paint all came off. I have tried every nail salon in my neighborhood and haven't found one I love. So I headed over to Oasis after the gym one day. As I was sitting there getting the old gel soaked off my nails, I started talking to the lady and nail tech beside me about dip nails. I'd never tried them and was not having success with gel. It seemed like wherever I got gel it was peeling by day 5 They talked me into trying the dip, and I am so glad I did! As I write this it has been 3 weeks since I got them done and the only thing that doesn't still look great is the grow out! They are so much stronger than gel for my poor weak peeling nails. I'll definitely be heading back to get them redone! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because as I was waiting for the tech they left the cotton soaked in acetone on my nails so long that my fingers turned white (temporarily). To be fair, I came in to get gel and changed my mind and thus the tech, but still. Also, it took a long time. But for nails that last over 3 weeks, it's worth it. read more

Every SNS-trained nail tech I have had do my nails at Oasis has done an incredible job and there has only been ONE time I have gone back to have them fixed, and I honestly think it was a fluke because the salon was so busy and everyone was in a hurry to get all the waiting customers and appointments accommodated. I would have loved to have them a 5 star but I simply cannot. First of all $60 for a full set without getting a manicure is too much! Justin didn't clean up my cuticles AT ALL. Secondly, if you mention to your tech you're not vibing on a certain detail of your nails, yet ignores you, makes you seem stupid? well that's not very professional. I give a 2 as my toes are OK. She globed way too much polish and they weren't dry for HOURS later leaving dents in the polish etc. They "hot stone massage" was given by a woman who didn't speak more than 3 words to me and "massaged" me while she was off in space somewhere barely rubbing as she hit the same spot over and over and over again. Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience at this location. I get my nails done often and was excited to try this business after moving to the area last month. I regularly get powder dip on my nails but for some reason when the technician finished my nails looked grainy and gluey. This was not at all what I was typically used to as I expected to see a nice, smooth shine. I felt that my technician was rushed and maybe having a difficult day so I decided to come back the next day to see if they would rectify the situation. The reason I am leaving two stars is because they immediately took me back to get them fixed, which I appreciate. The issue lies in the fact that, again, I was rushed and, again, they don't look like they have the shine and finish I expect when I get my nails done professionally. I have never had a bad mani or pedi at this location. If you haven't tried the power option for your mani, you should! They recommended it to me and I am so happy with the end result. The powder has vitamins to help with nail health and they last for three weeks. It looks and feels clean like gel but it's actually food for your nails! They have a ton of color options too. Wow!!! My husband and I went to Oasis for Deluxe Pedicures to celebrate a new job and we left feeling like a king and queen! Holly and Cindy were so warm and kind and have amazing technique. I got the natural pedicure with the hot stone massage today I think her name was Harley but I might be mistaken, she was super nice and asked if the massage pressure was enough on my legs (it was perfect!) she hit all the pressure points on my feet it making it super relaxing. I've been getting my nails done by Nancy and she suggested the dip method today instead of gel polish. I chose ombré French tip and I've been obsessed with how they turned out. I was previously impressed by the way they do nails here but my daughter and I made the mistake of going after 4:00 in the afternoon on a Saturday and not only do my nails look terrible, both technicians were super rude to us! I tried to show my tech how I wanted my nails shaped, he took the file out of my hands and got a pair of clippers and literally cut the corners off, assuming I wanted them super rounded.
