Moved to Vancouver in November and regularly come here for Dip powder on my hands and gel on my toes. About five minutes from my house so super convenient location. They always do a really good job, extremely friendly. Vibe is very chill and relaxed, always love that for my pedicures. Will continue to be going back! read more

Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Mimi is an excellent nail technician, very efficient

I always come to Julie's and have a good experience. My nails came out nice but Nikki was very unprofessional and rude. We speak Vietnamese and the whole time she was talking and making fun of my mom. At the end we still topped her $20 and she started laughing and showing the cash to the other nail techs. Very weird behavior. read more

I really wanted to love my nails, but I can't even look at them... Let me start by saying that everyone was kind and friendly, but unfortunately the quality of our nails didn't match the price. I specifically scheduled and requested a complete Gel-X removal with a fresh builder gel application on my natural nails. I also noted this in the online appointment request. Instead, a builder fill was done over my existing product. My daughter had builder gel with tips applied. Her nails turned out better than mine overall, although one nail was noticeably longer than the others. We both requested cat-eye nails, but we were never asked which cat-eye style we wanted. The salon had a sample with a heart cat-eye effect that I asked about, but was told they couldn't do it. We ended up with different-looking cat-eye effects and not the look we were expecting. My builder gel has multiple quality issues, including incomplete polish coverage near the cuticle and sidewalls, visible bumps or debris under the finish, uneven thickness, and shaping that flares wider toward the tips on some nails. The finish also immediately looks like several days of grow-out because the polish wasn't applied close to the cuticle. We paid $200 for both my daughter and I, which included a 20% tip. For that price, I expected much better attention to detail. The technicians were pleasant throughout the appointment, but unfortunately the workmanship means we won't be returning. read more

They did a very nice job!! I had a young man, who was very sweet, and asked lots of questions so I felt more at home. He did every design perfect, and always checked up to make sure I liked it. I can't name one bad thing about this place, service, amazing, quality, great, vibe? The best! I loved the music in the background, and just the whole general vibe overall, this experience made me very happy, and the price was also very fair, a lot better than I thought id be. Definitely will be coming back read more

I requested a fairly simple design, a nail tech agreed it could be done and explained to my nail tech what to do . The design was wrong but I was ok with it , still changed 15.00 for wrong design . My gel/ dip is extremely think my nails look like think press on . I complained to my tech who didn't understand me . I didn't make a scene I just won't return read more

I would recommend this place. It's also just like the rest of the salons I've been too. It comes down to convince and openings/waiting times Very clean Very friendly. I came here for a help event and they were gracious and offers us free manis or we could apply it to upgrades. I picked a pedi and went fancy for the $57 one. Like all pedis in the area they suck and do the minimum. They did look pretty though. I went home and cute my nails, since i was on the phone I didn't my realize she didn't cut them. I also took the extra nail out on the sides. Overall I would come here again. I liked the massage chairs the friendliness and service. read more

I had a great experience at Julie's Nails for their Spring into Self care event. The nail salon was very nice inside with the latest mail products and a wide variety of options. I had a Dip manicure with Jenny and it has so far been the best I've ever received!!! Ive been to a lot of places trying to find a technician with the skills to do a Dip mani well and I think I found it!! Often they end up too thick and misshapen, or they just don't offer it. Jenny did a perfect job and I love them! The staff was also all very lovely and provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be coming back! read more

I joined in a local yelp event this past week. It's been 25ish years since I had nails on that I didn't grow myself, it was a process but Ryan did an excellent job, patient with me about not being relaxed when I needed to be & educating me the entire time, it's a super great location, lots of wonderful technicians for nails & pedicures. Give it a shot' read more

We found the technicians here very skilled and professional. The space is a little bit tight and they were busy. Probably seven or eight technicians working at the same time. We just had basic pedicure with came with a nice calf massage and oil. Choosing a color was efficient unlike my shop at home. I recommended this to my friend. read more

Had a pedicure with ivory the experience was wonderful and the building was extremely nice. Would highly reccomend!

Jenny did a fantastic job on my pedicure. She took care of my calluses and did not cut my feet, which has happened at many of salons. My feet are nice and smooth! Also did a great job on my cuticles, massage of calves and feet and the polish job was pretty also. I'm glad I looked at the yelp reviews and tried Julie's nail and spa. I will be back. read more

I have difficulty finding any good nail salon in Vancouver and I have tried A LOT of locations! This one is good depending on who you get. The salon is clean and modern. They allow on-line booking which is great and often fit me in when I book last minute. I so appreciate that because my schedule is packed with travel and I usually fit in appointments when I can. I have requested Billy the last 2 visits and have been happy with the outcome. I have had multiple technicians and it is very hit and miss. I will keep coming to this salon because of convenience and ambience, but will only see Billy moving forward. read more

We've been looking for a good nail salon close to home. I called just before 5:30 p.m., and they were able to get us in for two pedicures before they closed. We opted for the shorter pedicure because we didn't want to take up too much of their time, but next time, we will get the spa pedicure so we can get the paraffin, too. The shop is clean and bright and the staff is friendly. We'll definitely be back. read more

Prompt service with kind professionals who follow your instructions. Nice relaxing music.

Went in today to get my nails & toes done for spring break. Ryan did such a good job as always. I love my nails every single time. I've been coming to Julie's for around 3 years, and I have never had a bad experience. Everyone is so sweet here. My mom and I especially appreciate Vanessa, Emily, Ryan, and Julie! It is so relaxing and peaceful in the salon. read more

They rushed my pedicure even though I had an appointment. Nail edges rough and not filed properly. Charges extra for gel but sloppily applied that with a week it's lifting. For the price and pics you'd think it was more upscale. I gave the place two opportunities. First time my toes nails were passable, second time they did a really bad job. Don't waste your time or money. There are so many other nail salons. If you want what you are paying for this place is absolutely not recommended. read more

Love this place and the staff. Never had a bad experience here. Will definitely keep returning.

Friendly, great service. No appointment for three of us. Walking in. Will definitely go back.

I came in thinking I would get a luxury experience for me and my aunt, no drinks were offered while other in salons got it, they kept talking about us, my water was half full they didn't even fill it up, it was barley warm at that, then they handled my aunt so roughly, where she was in pain, her toes were painted to badly top coat with blotchy with bubbles, i had to redo them right after, I would not come back here, I felt so mistreated. They did not provide the service they offered by cleaning cuticles and hot stones none of that was given to us. read more
