Just completed pedicure and asked for longer massage. Sat in chair for 25 min and did not get the extended massage but still had to pay the $40. Gal said that they had other booked appointments so my time had to be less then what was asked. Refused to lessen the charge to $35 for standard massage/ regular pedicure. Immediately no. I asked for a soak off multiple times . the lady started trying to pry off my acrylic set instead of soaking until i had to demand they be soaked off . All I can say is wow. Went back in with my daughter to get her nails fixed. Color, length, shape and while it was very kind for the lady to redo them. The color and length ended up spot on but the shape... holy smokes. If you want painted almonds glued to your nails then I highly recommend this place. Not natural looking at ALL. Some salons know how to make acrylic nails look fairly natural. Not this salon AT ALL. I was at first thinking that my daughters bad luck was due to the woman rushing since it was the end of the day on a holiday. But NOPE! I had high hopes for this nail salon based on the reviews, but was disappointed in my pedicure. I got the deluxe pedicure ($55) and wasn't given any other options. It had been a while since I was able to get a pedicure because I have young kids, but I used to get them every 2 weeks for many years, so I know what to expect. The salon was very clean and she gave me a great leg massage, so that's why I still gave 3 stars. The bad parts - she cut the cuticles so far down on my big toes that they were bleeding all over the place, including onto my nail polish. My toes are so sore now and I'll probably have to take a break from running for a couple days while they heal. Also, when she used the cheese grater, she was aggressive and cut the side of my foot even after I told her it hurt. I won't be coming back. read more

This is my third time here for a pedicure and it's never done well. Feels good but the nail portion is always done poorly. I like my toenail longer. The second time when asked if i wanted them trimmed, I simply said I like them longer and she never even trimmed or shaped them. This time, when my toenails are slightly past the length of my toe, I asked her to trim them a little, she trims more than have the length, and none of them are even. We told them when we Are the appointment the time was important and we need to be done on time to get to the airport. When we arrived there were 3 people in front of us with two clinicians working. Worst experience I've ever had! I wish I could give them zero stars! Not only did I wait over an hour to get a fill, they didn't even have the decency to respect my time and tell me how long I would have to wait. I could have run an errand or got some dinner with my daughter. When u was finally helped, the lady gave me attitude about the shape I wanted. She was incredibly rude when I inquired about the shape of my nails. She kept mocking what I was asking. "Is this the final shape? It's crooked." She mocked me in a high pitched way. I should have walked out then. She also hurt my finger with the drill. I was also overcharged for my fill and then didn't even apply my polish to the edge of any of my nails. I had read reviews and they were good, however the results weren't what I expected. my nails ended up being uneven and FAR more expensive than what was advertised. $66 for acrylics matted. I get matte is more expensive, by $5 I was told? but I don't understand why it jumped from the highest price advertised being $50, to $66? I could get $55 but higher than that I don't understand. I didn't get the gal's name that did my nails because it seemed like she refused to talk while I was there paying for a service. I can overlook the fact that she cut my left pinky a tiny bit while filing. I CAN'T overlook the fact that her electric file was either up too high or improperly used and burnt my right pinky down to the quick causing excruciating pain, redness, and swelling. I went to Dream Nails for a deluxe pedicure yesterday. It is very conveniently located near the nexus of I-205 and I-5. Parking can be tight. I scheduled an appointment. Showed up on time and was warmly greeted like I was an old friend even though it was my first time. Very welcoming! The vibrating massage chair was REALLY nice. Been going here since 2005, and I've never had a bad experience. Everyone is talented and does a wonderful job. I love their deluxe spa pedicures! Their massage chairs are crazy comfortable and I love the leg scrub and mask that is included along with the amazing foot and leg massage. I always get a fun design in my big toes, and the girls always blow me away with their creativity! They do amazing shellac manicures as well! More colors than ever to choose from too!
