What a wonderful experience! The location itself is a bit unassuming but the inside is modern and clean. The owners are very welcoming and felt so pampered! Mango mimosa and a tropical pedicure was fantastic. It didn't feel rushed, and the massage chair was epic. My acrylic fill and design was top notch and all pricing very fair. The owner Tom is amazing and welcoming. He really puts pride in his place and his staff. Everyone can do nail art and the inside is very relaxing. Mary is my favorite! Our daughter recommended we try this place out for pedicures. She scheduled our appointment and we showed up early. We were put into our chairs quickly and our drink order was taken as well as what type of pedicures we wanted. We selected tropical deluxe (got to select a sent (my go to is lavender but they were out so I selected Honey Flower (would recommend)) for the girls & my husband selected Volcano Spa. It was an hour of great care and attention - it was worth the price and we will definitely be back...I would highly recommend giving it a shot as I know there is all of these places in Vancouver but I have never been as impressed as much as I was by this establishment in a very long time. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to the area about 6 months ago, and I absolutely love this place!! It's very affordable and the quality and service is outstanding. Today I went in to treat myself to a manicure, and full leg spa day lol, sugar scrub, hot wax, collagen max, hot stones, 30min massage (i chose not to get the pedi but ive gotten it before and it was great, regular polish lasted weeks) and to finish it off I got a nice wax to get rid of all my pesky leg hairs The owners Monica and Tom are always so so kind to me, they always make me feel so welcome and make sure I leave with exactly what I wanted. AND they never make me feel too picky or like I'm asking for too much All of their staff is amazing but Steven is your guy if you want anything super special, he will bend over backwards to make sure what you want turns out perfect. I asked for a marble design which many people have told me they can't do on dip powder for some reason so he literally hand drew the marble design! It came out so beautifully. I had an appointment scheduled for somewhere else and when I got there they were with somebody else wanted me to wait 15 to 20 minutes and this was the last straw, I said no thanks I will find another place, walked in Tracy was up and ready to help and she did an amazing job on my nails, she is very personable and very knowledgeable and pleasant. My new nail salon. Love the atmosphere and cleanliness of this salon. They do such a great job on my nails. I've been here 4 times and always walk away a happy customer. The owners are so sweet and make sure you leave happy with how your nails look and feel. I struggle with ingrown toenails and Tom does such a great job cleaning my toenails and removing any ingrown nails. Been looking for a good spot for pedicures since moving to Vancouver 6 years ago and think I may have found the one! Second visit and it was one of the most thorough and complete pedis I've ever had. When I arrived, I informed Monica in the front that I needed particular attention paid to nail length, cuticles, and callouses and was not disappointed. Nice bright, clean spa with friendly staff. My partner and bestie took me here for my first mani-pedi on my 38th birthday and we had an awesome experience! The staff were warm, professional, and hard working! They had a huge variety of nail polish colors, spa treatments, and beverage options! The customer service was great, we met the owner, and got full princess treatment with hot foot soaks, calf massages, and mimosas. It was nice to see some men getting their feet taken care of there, too. The space is small but comfortable, I recommend booking a reservation but it never felt too crowded. Hannah did a wonderful job on my nails, 11 days later my nails are growing out but the polish still looks great! 10/10 would recommend! read more

My new nail place, its lovely. The service is great and the staff is delightful. Im not use to these fancy nail prices everywhere in portland and washington yet. The crappiest nail place is still charging beverly hill prices. LOL this will be my new nail place. Michelle was lovely and did my nails amazingly. Still going strong a week later. After some not great experiences at other salons, we've finally found our new go to spot for pedicures. The place was clean, we were greeted immediately and sat down just as quickly (we did have an appt), my 6 year old son was with us and they were so sweet and accommodating to him. My husband opted for the regular pedicure, while I wanted a pampering so I went one step above with the tropical and it was fantastic. I went in for a fill I needed one and usual nail tech was not available. I tired this place because it's so close to my home. Well it was punishment for cheating. This nail tech that worked on my nail dug her sharp nail into all my fingers to separate skin to nail. Cut into skin with the filer and rush thru the process so she can get onto the next customer. It's been a week my wound has not recover. I'm a diabetic so my would healing time is slower. And outer corners of my nail is achy and sensitive from her being rough. I'm very disappointed with this place. I will not go back. read more

I used to really enjoy coming here, but recently whenever I do they seem to always try to upsell me, to the point it is uncomfortable. When I just want a classic pedicure, I have had to refuse the deluxe more than once. When I get a gel mani, I have to say multiple times I don't want dip, just gel. The breaking point for me was this last pedicure where they used expired polish on my toes. I waited 2 hours for them to dry, went to dinner with sandals on in 40 degree weather, and then finally put socks on 3 hours after and the polish still came off on the inside of my socks. Sad to say I won't be returning. read more

I came in to get a fill, with a clear coat. She said that it was such an "easy" task, well she was so careless and did it in such a sloppy way, my nails looked better before the fill then after. Such a horrible job, If I come in with an "easy" task, how she said, then please put some effort into making it look clean. There's a ton of bubbles and the area around cuticles is already chipping and it hasn't even been an hour. I am so disappointed! And i paid $40 for this?! read more

I needed a fresh set of nails for sandal season. My daughter who is 2.5 wanted to tag along for her first nail appointment. Everything was super sweet to my daughter which made my heart happy to see. She got both toes and hands done while I got my toes done. They even did flowers on her toes she showed everyone her nails at daycare. I came in at 9a as a walk-in needing an acrylic fill. I'd normally go to my usual nail technician, but Nail & Spa Creation was closer to my house, and I was in somewhat of a hurry because I was leaving town later than afternoon. I was impressed by the actual space, and the husband-wife owners were really sweet and welcoming. The actual acrylic fill I walked away with, though, was seriously the worst I'd ever had. I feel bad writing that, but I'm talking 2 bad cuts on my fingers, paint dried on my fingertips, and extremely lumpy paint on the nails. Since I was a walk-in, I was paired with the woman owner, who I believe may not be confident or perhaps trained to work with acrylics. I say that because she seemed hesitant to work with me and even said she'd be able to "start" the process. While she was nice, she both started and finished my fill, and it took an hour and a half to do so. read more

I've been a few times now. Once my nails looked great but I was cut up around my cuticles. Another time my polish looked lumpy and chipped the next day. Only once was I really blown away. Their dip is really great, it lasts 4+ weeks, but they lack attention to detail and I had to ask to even make the nail length and shapes consistent. (I'm usually not picking but this was really obviously uneven). They're very kind and I loved that it was nearby, but I'll probably be trying a new place. read more

The people working the front were very friendly! My nail tech seemed inconvenienced by me during a slow time of 2:30 pm, which made the vibe a little less fun. I requested a dip set, and a tiny white leaves on my ring finger nail. Charged $15 extra for "nail art" for smudgey leaves. I'm also sad I watched others getting a manicure and receiving the lotion massage and offered water or beverages, while I received neither. The massage is one of my favorite things about getting a $40-50 manicure and wish I had received the same treatment. read more

I've only been here once and had such a bad experience that I won't be giving it another chance. The nail polish was all over my skin for both my manicure and pedicure, and the technician cut my cuticles on my toes and on my fingers. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out nowhere close to the photo. It is way over priced for the quality of service. I decided to try a new place out, and out of all the salons around me this one had great reviews! So I thought why not!! Well the lady started to do my nails, and she asked what shape? I told her almond. But I see her prepping for square nails so then I stop her and say please do almond shape and I showed her a picture of the "almond shape" well I guess that was not clear enough for her she still did 1 nail square with rounded edges, ‍ after that I stopped her and showed her 10 more pictures and we finally understood each other. The dip was not done carefully, some nails got dipped less than others, some had to much layers , one nail has cracked and only 1 full day has passed, all the nails look different, and all are bumpy. I was a little frustrated in the end. definitely will not be returning. Just so disappointing. . But on the upside the salon is beautiful it's well kept, looks presentable. And the front desk guy is really nice. Oh and to achieve the "almond shape" she told me you can only do that with acrylic nails! (Not true) read more

Lovely nail salon, a little off the beaten path but worth the drive and not far from errands at Costco or Home Depot on Andressen. This place is basically brand new and spotless, reasonably priced and better appointed than other nail shops in the area... some of which are highly recommended but haven't been updated in twenty years and feel a little worn down and sad. I got a full set of acrylics with gel color here, and they've held up beautifully over the last two weeks! Ill write an update if I go back for nail art with my fill, but so far I can say they're doing great work. read more

Initially, I was really excited about this nail salon. It's bright, clean, great customer service and I've had a couple really good manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, the acrylic full set I received was very poor. They also don't seem to clean up cuticles, which is the deal breaker for me. read more

Love this nail salon! It was my first time going here since they recently opened near me. Walking in I felt welcomed and noticed how clean & beautiful the interior is. Retreat! Oh what a retreat!…read more Last October Shanna and Loni held a fabulous playful and introspective woman's retreat in Phoenix Arizona. It was there that seven woman would share a home together for a five days. We would unwind from the outside world, travel to Sedona, experience a vortex, rest, relax and play. All the while getting to know one another, and simultaneously being granted time to process on our own, and during check ins. Our needs were of the top most priority, and we were well taken care of in all regards. We were graciously offered meditation and movement classes in the mornings (which were wonderful, perfectly tailored to our needs, and fun) and although we had an itinerary planned, and adventures we would go in, it felt easy going each day, and all we had to do was show up and say yes. Yes to a new experience in a new place, and more over, yes to our Mind, Body, Spirit connection for what ever the universe presented to us. Mind: We were engaged in playful activity through games, sharing stories and laughter which lead to open hearted conversation, going within while remaining willing to be present, staying supportive of our new network of sisters and holding mindful space for everyone as the beautiful unique individuals we are. Body: We hiked in numerous locations, sang, swam, soaked, slept, and danced! We ate delicious and lovingly prepared nutritious meals. And were offered Massage, Reiki, and Tibetan Cranial. Spirit: Sedona's Bell Mountain shared a vortex with myself and many of the other woman. This was a spiritual experience in which I am still learning to understand and unpack it from time to time. The retreat was so well rounded. I highly recommend a retreat with Natural Body Works. Shanna and Loni work very well together, and ensure safe and centered heart-space in which to come together, go within, and get to know our inner playful selves in order to more readily access our joy. I am so grateful to have shown up and said yes, yes to my Mind, Body, and Spirit, but mainly yes to myself so I could fully receive the gifts being presented to me through my many interactions with a great group of woman. An excellent experience which would have been missed out on had I not said, yes. So next time there is a retreat offered by this Rock Star Team. . . Well I think you catch my drift

I absolutely love coming here! I got a dip manicure and the Tropical Deluxe pedicure, and both were amazing. The staff is always so attentive, welcoming, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and happy with your service. The owners are also so personable and make you feel like a valued customer every time you walk in. I've had several different technicians here, and every single one has gone above and beyond. You really can't go wrong with anyone! The attention to detail, customer service, and overall experience is what keeps me coming back. I always leave feeling pampered and taken care of.
