This is the first time there was a gentleman there seeming to be in charge - answering phones, checking people in and out. He asked me what service I wanted and I said Classic pedicure with gel polish (same as I always get) which is $50 per their price list. They do also offer a Deluxe pedicure with gel for $85. He proceeded to perform my pedicure and I did notice he did some things different that I experienced in the past. I assumed they made a few changes to how they do things. However, when I went to pay he told me $69 instead of the normal $50. I realized he was charging me for services I didn't ask for (oil mask and hot stone massage + who knows what else) that he choose to perform on his own. At this point I didn't argue because I don't like to create a scene and it is pointless to argue with someone this appalling and I will never go back. While I was receiving my service I heard another client arguing with him at checkout but thought nothing of it but now suspect maybe the same was done to her. By doing this you get more $ from customers for that day but if you are now wondering why they don't return this is it. Sad because the technicians themselves are nice and do good work. Not their fault at all. I rated 2 stars because the quality of the work is 5 stars however the dishonesty is negative stars and a total deal breaker.

Tai has been the owner for the past several years. All of the nail technicians are excellent, including Tai, Tina, Nikki, Ann, Lin, Ryan, and Vy. The quality of the manicures and pedicures is high. I go once a month to have a deluxe manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Tina is my nail technician. I pay more for gel, because it lasts all month long. What really impressed me most was their safety protocols during COVID. Even before then, and now, it is a clean place with sterilized nail tools. There is no nail salon odor, as is typical in other salons. For the past 15+ years, I've had no issues with my nails. In fact, I get compliments frequently. I choose a pink-nude color for my nails, because it looks more natural and professional. I keep my nails short, because I use the computer a lot with my job. I also have a 2 year old granddaughter, so I don't want to accidentally scratch her with longer nails. I use a darker taupe color for my toe nails. Matches everything. My daughters love receiving gift certificates from Natural Nails for birthday gifts. If you love having soft and beautiful hands and feet, visit Natural Nails and they will pamper you. Their prices are reasonable for what you get. I love their massage chairs, when I get pedicures. Tina always asks me what I would like to drink. I prefer water. I've seen others having mimosas. My daughters used to go to other nail salons, until they came with me to Natural Nails. Now all of us go to Natural Nails. My eldest daughter has had her nails done by Ryan and Ann. She only goes once every few months because she's married, works, and has three young children. My youngest daughter goes every other month. She commutes for work in Oregon, and works the night shift, so her schedule keeps her really busy. Her nail technician is Nikki. I'm married and a grandma of 3. I'm an empty nester. I work too. But my office is local. So I'm able to go monthly. Natural Nails is addicting! In a good way.

They were so detailed and really cleaned up my cuticles and were so attentive throughout with temperature and the calf massage. Their color selection was also huge- matte, glitter, chrome- defined coming back!! All in all, great for the price (signature was $48 base price, additional fees depending on type of nail polish and design). I also saw a few people get manicures and it looked like they do such a good job with designs too, but will come back to try myself!

No prices are posted anywhere and they causally drop the price to you in the middle of the service. Anyways. Although my mom who is recently engaged- got beautiful light pink dip but her hands don't match. For example - her thumb nail on her left hand is very square while the thumb nail on her right is very round. I will update with a photo later but I don't understand how someone doing nails for a while couldn't catch that. I ended up fixing it once we got home. I ended up paying 45$ for hers. Again - her nails still looked amazing! But for 45$ they should've been perfect. Now my sister who got red - had a male technician who wasn't all there at all. Kept dropping the nail buffer and forget to turn on the gel light about three times. Also the red dip powder stained her fingers which I've never heard of happening before. Her fingers are still stained red. Very nice small business and I'm glad we could support. But I probably won't go back again.

Here is why I wont return: No menus to see what their spa options are and what the costs are. When I asked what their basic package for pedicure is, they gave my gf a different price than me. I wanted to splurge and get the chrome polish, they wanted $15 more just for that. I was hesitant but wanted to try it. The results were horrible. The lady had no idea what she was doing. When it was done, looked nothing like chrome. A guy came over and tried to fix it but the end result looked terrible. This took 90minutes just to walk out with a crappy pedicure. Also got a gel manicure; THE NEXT DAY, 3 of my fingers chipped. Never in my 20years of getting my nails done has that happened. Before I left the salon I told them I was unable with my pedicure, they understood and said come back tomorrow. I came back today (2days after initial service). I called earlier today and they said come in at 6pm. It's now 6:45pm and I'm still waiting to have my nails fixed. Horrible service and the quality of work is poor. Go somewhere else. The room the facial was in, was even colder, and there's no warm blanket in the bed. I was freezing the whole time. Second, the towels she wiped my face with, were put on the floor. I was so grossed out by that. Third, I specified what I needed to focus on, and was completely ignored. I could easily put some stuff on my face, and wipe it off. I needed a good cleaning, and just didn't get it. I will never go back. Please do some serious changing, because I was really excited to find a close place to get facials at, but can't look past these things.
