Okay so I love mine. I have the hot pink dip with the jewel touch. It was 55$ and I feel like most nail places could do this identical. No prices are posted anywhere and they causally drop the price to you in the middle of the service. Anyways. Although my mom who is recently engaged- got beautiful light pink dip but her hands don't match. For example - her thumb nail on her left hand is very square while the thumb nail on her right is very round. I will update with a photo later but I don't understand how someone doing nails for a while couldn't catch that. I ended up fixing it once we got home. I ended up paying 45$ for hers. Again - her nails still looked amazing! But for 45$ they should've been perfect. Now my sister who got red - had a male technician who wasn't all there at all. Kept dropping the nail buffer and forget to turn on the gel light about three times. Also the red dip powder stained her fingers which I've never heard of happening before. Finally we're in phase 2 so I go asap to get a gel mani and pedi. This is my first and last time here. Made an appointment and came on 06/07/2020 with my gf. Here is why I wont return: No menus to see what their spa options are and what the costs are. When I asked what their basic package for pedicure is, they gave my gf a different price than me. I wanted to splurge and get the chrome polish, they wanted $15 more just for that. I was hesitant but wanted to try it. The results were horrible. The lady had no idea what she was doing. When it was done, looked nothing like chrome. A guy came over and tried to fix it but the end result looked terrible. This took 90minutes just to walk out with a crappy pedicure. Also got a gel manicure; THE NEXT DAY, 3 of my fingers chipped. Never in my 20years of getting my nails done has that happened. Before I left the salon I told them I was unable with my pedicure, they understood and said come back tomorrow. I came back today (2days after initial service). I called earlier today and they said come in at 6pm. It's now 6:45pm and I'm still waiting to have my nails fixed. Horrible service and the quality of work is poor. Go somewhere else. I did get nicked by the drill and the nails are a little thick but I LOVE them, mia did do a good job (I'm just picky). Terrible customer service!! They change their prices every time I'm their(always making them higher for the same service) and of course they don't tell you until you're done. Henry has the most awful customer service skills and shouldn't be talking directly with customers who have issues. I was at the station right next to him and he ignored me until I spoke directly to him so everyone could hear me. Then he didn't even apologize but was still indifferent and could have cared less. Terrible service by tony. I would not recommend this place just because of my experience with him. The ladies were wonderful but he just was so impatient and rude. I was trying to explain my nail shape to him and he kept doing what he wanted and getting frustrated when I told him that I didn't want that shape. He even did my toes and they're very short and uneven. Yet again, I didn't try to create a fuss but now when it came to my manicure, I was a bit more particular. This trip wasn't too pleasant. Now I see they are a very mediocre nail salon. I initially came in wantin something LONG length. I asked for long French tips and love the French tip but it's definitely medium. The problem wasn't about the medium nails, but the price and overcharging of them. Because this nail shop does tend to over charge. These were $70 before adding two fingers of little rhinestones for $10. I also wasn't too happy because last time I wanted 3-D nail charms and I had seen them there but they said they didn't have any, now this visit I asked for them again but she says the 3-D nail guy isn't there. When all you have to do is glue it down like the rhinestones. I am not satisfied with nail techs that cannot listen. But they also try to do they want sometimes if you don't communicate well enough. Like I said I wanted bigger rhinestones but she wanted to try to convince me to get the little ones. I got one in the middle and rest smaller. I luv the way they do nails a lot, but it might be my last time unless the tab ain't on me, because they do not listen well and overcharge in my opinion. read more

This place is fantastic! The owner is wonderful (and amazing with a set of tweezers)! They are much less expensive than other shops in the area because of their off-the-beaten-path location. The parking lot is tiny and awkward, but well worth the adventure. Park at the Shell station next door if you're concerned about the other patrons maneuverability. I am particularly specific on how I like my nails for the amount I am paying. I had chosen the deluxe pedicure and gel manicure as I was the 1st to walk in right at opening. Minh did my pedi & mani. It took about 1hr 45 minutes to get it together along with another person to help ... not what I expected but okay I get it ... but here's the thing. Please let the customer know if you will be charging for EVERY LITTLE THING that isn't included. $5 for removal of old gel nails! $5 for coffin shape nails! $5 for gel polish ! ARE YOU JOKING?! On top of the $45 it already cost to get a manicure?! Girl bye! I also got my eyebrows and lip wax. Which the lady who did it (she answers the phone, closest to bathroom) said I needed to get my lip wax as if I didn't have a choice! So I spent $112 in TOTAL! Thanks but no thanks. Never again. I would pay that much if I got the compliment drink, everything included in my pedicure or even got my pedicure bowl lined but nope! I decided to splurge on myself, my daughter and her cousin yesterday and let me just say I was SO pleased with the service at Priscilla's. The girls got their nails painted and I went with a full set and a deluxe pedicure. The deluxe pedicure was probably the best and most relaxing I've ever had. I didn't catch the woman's name but she took her time and my toes look fantastic! Danny did my full set and honestly I can say that this was the best I've had in years. He pays really close attention to detail and doesn't rush through the process. He repeatedly asked if I liked what I was seeing and was open to any criticism. Very bad service had an appointment at 1:30 7/27/20 for a pedicure, I called them ahead of time and told them I was on my way since I live an hour away, I sat in waiting room for 10 mins then in pedicure chair 20 mins, water got cold none was working with me , other appointments came in and were getting helped. While sitting I noticed to many people were walking in *there were 10! People * when sign on door says no more then 5 !! Soooo..... was initially pretty happy with Minh's work but as I've begun really looking at the nails not so much. The shape of the tips vary widely, some are round while others are square. Shape of the nails themselves differ and the lines on the nail bed aren't clean. The biggest thing wrong is of course the colors are wrong my ring finger was supposed to be sparkly on both hands but instead my right hand has a sparkly ring finger and my left has a sparkly middle finger. I didn't notice that till I got home. Overall, colors are pretty but lack of attention to detail. They over charge on fills, rude as hella and over charge on their prices in general. They think they are entitled to make rude comments when bring up being over charged. I got a fill and the charged me $50, my friend got a full set for $55 and my daughter got her nails painted and charged $30. Then I also got a pedicure with my acrylic toe fill which was $45. I've been here a few times and when I do get my finger acrylics done, they only last up to 5-7 days before they start lifting or break. My daughters GEL POLISH didn't even last 20 minutes out the door with put them starting to peel off. read more

I went for a pedicure with my sister at 3:30pm and it was horrible, the nail polish they had was very old looking. after we chose the color they were offering other people drinks And not us. after that when they painted my toe nails around 4:30pm I waited for them to dry.. Then the guy put my shoes on 5 min after I felt Gunkie in side the shoe I checked and nail polish was all up in my shoe, I had to let them know.. they redid them, waited till 5:30pm then they told me it was dry. I had been a regular at this salon for years when a woman named Hai owned the shop. I always had a good experience. Lately it's been hit or miss. Today was awful. I asked for ombré gel 3 weeks ago and got exactly what I asked for. This Friday I am getting married and asked to get the same design. The man acted comfortable with my request, however he didn't have the skill or technique required to satisfy my request. He should have asked someone else to do it from the get go, or plainly told me he could not do it, but instead he layered about 7 times with gel then kept telling me that he wasn't finished when I wasn't happy with what it was looking like. So, someone else at the shop came over and told me he'd finish, so the man I was working with proceeded to dremmel-off the multiple layers and then went too deep into my nail bed, when he should have soaked them in acetone. I should have walked out right there, but the other man insisted he could do what I asked. I'm gonna let the photos speak for themselves. Messy overspray, divots in my toe gel polish and my fingers look like strawberry candy corn. $70! Outrageous. And then he tried to cover it up with glitter until I reminded him that I was going for a neutral look that I wouldn't regret in my wedding photos in 20 years. read more

Terrible. I've been plenty of times before and will never be back because of this experience. The owner wasn't there so maybe that made a difference but its not worth going back to see. They didn't offer me a drink as other reviews have stated. I did wait 25 minutes because there was overbooking. All I wanted was a simple manicure but of course she kept trying to get me to pay for gel or shellac or for a full set. I have to have short nails, had to tell her five different times to please make them shorter. After I pointed out how messy and clumpy polish was she must have gotten upset because she removed the Polish completely. Then told me to pick out a different color. This nail salon is just so so. I come here regularly, now, as I have been to every place close to me and no one does the FANTASTIC job that my old nail lady used to do. These ladies work quickly (sometimes rushing) but their work is solid. My nails last for 2+ weeks. Downside? I'm waiting outside right now for a fill. It's 10:15am and they say they open at 10am. I have been to many nail salons in my life, and this was by far the best one. I visited while waiting for my car to get serviced, so why not get a pedi and eyebrow wax? I called ahead and made an appointment, and was seated right away. I have never seen such detail and dedication to a pedicure! One of my toe nails wasn't a square edge on one side, so she used acrylic to fill it in and make it square because that was what I wanted. Never seen that before! I had three different gals working on me, one for the leg massage, one for the painting, and one for the flowers. Like I said above, the attention to trimming the nails and cuticles was amazing, and the end result was beautiful! Eyebrow was was short and sweet, and came out looking wonderful!
