When I first arrived in the salon, both nail techs welcomed me in with warm enthusiasm! I went today for pedicure and the nail polish come off right away , I used to get my pedicure done often in this spa with the older owner , now the owner is different , I called to request my money back and the lady from there just hung up on me saying that I wasn't very nice because I didn't like the service , unbelievable bad customer service, I will not recommend it. read more

I am editing my first review on this place. Toning down a bit from my initial reaction because of how I was treated after. Went in today on a whim of a couple other good reviews. Well my experience was not very good at all! First round my nails were super thick, uneven, and the leopard print was not at all good! It looked sloppy and odd. She didn't really listen to things I asked to fix, so I just gave up. When I got home I was really upset I just spent close to $50 on a crappy nail job. I called back because me fixing it would take to long and they should be the one to fix it. I called and spoke to the lady who had started on my nails originally. I was holding back tears cuz I was upset about my nails but also embarrassed to even call and ask for them to fix it. But she proved me wrong and was super nice about it!! I went right back in and she fixed them exactly how I originally wanted them, but apparently didnt understand me before. She reassured me to never be afraid to tell them to change anything. That she wants me to be really happy when I leave. She also apologized for rushing the first time to get to someone else. She never wants new customers to feel that way. She turned my bad experience into a good one and I actually will be going back now because of how she treated me in the end. read more

They are in place with covid restrictions and I was able to witness thorough sanitation between customers. So many nail polish colors to choose from, I went with the mood changing color ! I'm not coming back. The lady who did my toes didnt clean my cuticles enough and didn't even filed the nail to get it into perfect shape. She then painted shellac on top of the cuticles. Very ugly. I complained and they tried to fix it but didn't do much. The lady who did this was not happy when I complained and was pouting all the time after I complained. I just let it go, but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I went here several times before and was happy but not this time. Just take your business somewhere else. read more

Thankfully I stumbled upon Paradise nails! The technicians here are personable and professional and really put effort and love into what they're doing. Also, I've had my eyebrows done at a lot of places... and out of all of them Paradise is my favorite! The lady who has done mine both time takes so much care to make sure they look nice. she goes the extra yard to trim, pluck and shape, and what is nice is its only $10.00! Eyelash extensions are great price! I have had long, medium and short length- medium looks the best and fall out without looking crazy when you're ready for a fill. I don't wear makeup on them and are very delicate when drying my eyes. Need a fill about every 3 weeks. After about 5 fills you need a brand new set- too much glue build up read more

This place was the worst place I EVER been to. I had shallac on my nails and they asked me to soak themin a bowl of nail polish remover( for like 10-15 min). That stuff is bad for your skin that long. The lady got up and started another girl without saying anything to me before she even started on my finger. Do not get your lashes done here. She uses way too much glue and they still fall out in big chunks after two days. She is rough and pulls your lashes out instead if removing with a tool or solution. I had someone else remove them. My lashes are so destroyed a have to wait a month to get new ones. read more
