Used to go here for years ok place..rather dated inside. I m handicapped and when I go for a lip or brow wax i am unable to lay flat on the bed. So they usually do it in the last chair by the sink.. I can lean back a little and they adjust the chair accordingly, well last time this gal was leaning me all the way back I told no pls I cant breathe like that.. tried to explain to put chair up a little. She gets snarky and says Just Calm down! WTH? I said dont ever tell me to calm down... I just did my lip and said I dont need my brows.. got up to leave and still gave 25 percent tip! so rude and its hard to communicate with them . only 1 of them can translate for the others real hassle.. This is by far my favorite nail spa to treat myself at. The service is really friendly and efficient without making you feel rushed or under appreciated. Every time I go in they are busy with customers but welcome and accommodate walk in's really well, I've never waited long to be pampered here. The pedicure service is a fantastic value for all the added frills like a glass of wine, hot stone leg massage, comfy full body massage chairs and my personal favorite: the paraffin wax treatment in individual foot bags. This nail salon is about the same as many in organization, staffing and cleanliness. They have lots of polish choices, both regular and gel. Their prices are higher than salons similar to theirs. I paid $50 for a gel "deluxe" pedicure, which was the same as similar salons doing the same service for $40-45. I heard the tech beside me offering drinks to the customer, but I wasn't offered any and neither was my friend. If I'm going to pay a premium, I would like the same treatment. read more

There isn't enough space in this review to say how much I love coming in to see Anna for manis, pedis and brow/lip waxing. I've been coming to her for years and she knows exactly what I prefer, from the shape of my nails and brows to the problem areas on my feet. It's easy to schedule appointments with her and as another reviewer stated, her leg massages are the best! I'm a forever customer! Yes, this is a typical nail salon where English is a second language for most of the technicians, but I don't mind - when you find someone who always has a smile on her face and makes your feet feel pretty, you stick with her! read more

I love that they have a wide variety of colors to choose from and the massage chairs were nice, however, the service was very sub-par. The nail tech that I got was so rough with the nail filer and the cuticle cutter as pictured below. During the process of cutting my toe nails, my pinky toe was clearly jagged and I had to point it out to her that it had to be fixed. Complimentary drinks weren't also offered even if I got the most expensive gel nail package. I also speak fluent Vietnamese and could understand the nail techs that were talking about us. I'm not sure why I bothered to call and make an appointment because my friend and I had to wait over 30 minutes before we were put in chairs and another 10 or so waiting there. We had other plans that day, so I only ended up getting a pedicure and going somewhere else another day for the manicure. My friends water was so hot they offered her ice to cool it down. Mine was tepid. We did the nicer pedicure to get wax. It was nice. Overall, this place is expensive and I had to wait longer than I appreciated, so I'll keep looking. read more

I have been here before for pedicures and they do a great job of that. Today I was there for a simple nail fill. I wanted an ombré at first and she put about 5 layers on and it looked horrible, like she had never done it before. I had her take it off to redo a different color and she started slamming her equipment and mocking me in front of my face. After a long hour of having her shape them correctly, twisting my fingers to the point of pain, the final product still isn't good. The nails are crooked, the coat isn't even and they charged me 5 extra dollars just for a top coat. Never going back. read more

This is an updated review from the three stars in the post below. TIP: l would suggest you venture off to "I Love Nails" on Fourth Plain. The service here is horrific and continues to decline. EYEBROW/CUSTOMER SERVICE REVIEW: I was horrified by the woman that completed my eyebrows today. She was so forceful and took no care and consideration. She was literally pushing my head from one side to another, I was confused, because I have been coming here since this place opened and I have never had such a bad eyebrow experience here (or ever frankly). Then when she was finished she was like "okay you're done." And I want to look at my brows and was shocked and made her re do. I tried being nice and saying that I wanted more taken off because it was so untidy still and told her that I liked her eyebrows for example and she responded "you have to pay $450 for these." Years ago I stopped coming here because my nails were damaged by their procedure (and I found out others experienced the same); and they charge you for the kits they use if you get a pedi (which is insane). Now I am for sure not coming back after today's experience--I Love Nails, Lucky Nails, and Candy Nails are both much better options. read more

I was recommended here from my cousin, as I am new to the state. Beautiful salon, very welcoming and nice ambiance. However, this was the first nail salon I have ever been to, to ask me if I will be providing my own nail kit (buffer, file and callus scrub) or will I be purchasing one of theirs for $1. Sanitary reasons I presume. Another downfall is that my gel pedicure is dull, only after 4 hours. I will definitely be coming back tomorrow to have another top coat applied.
