Which is fine because I usually have to wait about 3-5 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and my waxer finally came out to take me to the back. I've never seen her before at this location so I assumed she was newer, but I know they train well so I wasn't worried. Finally she starts my wax and it's all going well and she's chatting with me and making me feel comfortable, she is pulling my skin taught so it doesn't hurt and it's going really well! Then she kept going over the same spot, over and over again. Which I know is because she wanted to get all the hairs out, but I felt it getting later and later and I knew my boyfriend and his kids were waiting in the car and I just knew that they were getting antsy. Anyways, she did a great job, but I checked my phone at the end and it was 4:50!!! 4:50?! 40 minutes to do a Brazilian. I'm fine with having a new person, but I would've love to know she was going to take that long for my appointment! That was ridiculous!! And no one even seemed to apologize about it. When I finally was at checkout, I didn't even want to schedule again because 1. I didn't know if I'd want to come back to this location, even though it's the closest to my house and 2. I was now in a rush because my appointment was 35 minutes over what I thought it would be. We had someplace to be and now we were really late for it. I'm really disappointed in my service this past experience. Warn your customers if it's a newer waxer and if they take longer so they can plan better. You are in customer service after all! That should have been my first clue that this might not go well... The technician was pleasant enough and seemed competent, but her command of English is less than ideal as I had to repeat my requests numerous times. I asked for a gentle gel removal, which she didn't seem to understand. The gel removal brush on she used seems efficient, but when I removed the nail polish, my nails are ridiculously damaged. The salon is untidy, dusty, and in places dirty and grimy. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever received. Attached are photos of my manicure, at less than 24 hours after leaving the salon. I did not wash dishes or take a shower or have my hands in water of any fashion. I have also edited to add photos of how damaged my nails are. I have regular manicures, with occasional gel polish, and my nails are never like this. I cannot recommend this salon in good conscience to anyone.

First of all to make your customers purchase the necessities to do a pedicure is just lack of customer service ! I have never been in a nail shop that makes you do that ! It should be an option ! And secondly when I asked for you to take my nails off a certain way and you tell me it will take too long thats also a horrible sign of customer service ! I had the best experience at I Love Nails! Katie did my nails and she was amazing. She was super sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted, and really paid attention to the little details. My nails came out perfect and I couldn't stop looking at them after The salon was clean and relaxing, and the whole vibe was just really comfortable. The salon is under new ownership and this will be my go to place to get my nails done. The place was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. They even have a complimentary tea and coffee station. They were very friendly about it and did not make us feel uncomfortable. I really appreciated it. Apple, was my daughter's nail technician and she was so kind and professional. We ended up just getting regular gel nail polish. The front desk girls have great customer service. But some of the other workers there are very intimidating and just stare at you. Every customer should be greeted and welcomed in, after all we did pick your establishment to spend our money. Overall, the experience was good. They have so many nail color options and styles, you will find something you love. We will be back to try them out again!

It was a very small cut, so I didn't make a big deal out of it and let him continue. A few minutes later, while filing another nail, it burned so badly that my eyes watered. I even said, "Ouch! Maybe my nails are just sensitive today." Despite that experience, the customer service that day was kind, so I left thinking maybe it was just an off day. When my friend suggested we come back this past Saturday, I was hesitant but decided to give the salon another chance. I spent $150 on my nails because my daughter's birthday party is next Saturday, and I wanted to get them done early so I wouldn't have to worry about them during the busy week. We left for Seattle after my appointment and returned Monday. By Sunday--less than 24 hours later--my nails had already started chipping. I went back to the salon to have them look at the issue. Instead of acknowledging that something might have gone wrong, the first thing I was told was that "this gel doesn't last long." I asked, "Less than 24 hours?" I was then asked if I had been cooking a lot for my daughter's party. I explained that the party wasn't for another six days, so that wasn't the cause. During the conversation, the customer service representative rolled her eyes at me, which made the experience even more disappointing. My issue isn't the money. It's the lack of customer service and accountability. Sometimes products fail or mistakes happen--that's understandable. What matters is how a business responds. I ended up going to my regular nail salon, and the difference was night and day. As soon as I walked in, they asked, "Oh no, did we do this?" When I explained what had happened, they fixed my nails with care, kindness, and without making me feel like I had done something wrong. I believe good customer service is about listening to your customers and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here, and because of that, my friend my daughter and I, won't be returning. My friends nail was also damaged and her finger nicked at this appointment but I will let her write her own review. UPDATE: THanks for the response again this confirms that they are blaming the client and lying. No apology about how I was treated. Your response speaks volumes. If you did stand to your 7 day policy I would have been treated differently from the start and this review would never have happened. Not the clients fault that you use cheap material.

At this point I didn't argue because I don't like to create a scene and it is pointless to argue with someone this appalling and I will never go back. While I was receiving my service I heard another client arguing with him at checkout but thought nothing of it but now suspect maybe the same was done to her. By doing this you get more $ from customers for that day but if you are now wondering why they don't return this is it. Sad because the technicians themselves are nice and do good work. Not their fault at all. I rated 2 stars because the quality of the work is 5 stars however the dishonesty is negative stars and a total deal breaker.

Tai has been the owner for the past several years. All of the nail technicians are excellent, including Tai, Tina, Nikki, Ann, Lin, Ryan, and Vy. The quality of the manicures and pedicures is high. I go once a month to have a deluxe manicure and a deluxe pedicure. Tina is my nail technician. I pay more for gel, because it lasts all month long. What really impressed me most was their safety protocols during COVID. Even before then, and now, it is a clean place with sterilized nail tools. There is no nail salon odor, as is typical in other salons. For the past 15+ years, I've had no issues with my nails. In fact, I get compliments frequently. I choose a pink-nude color for my nails, because it looks more natural and professional. I keep my nails short, because I use the computer a lot with my job. I also have a 2 year old granddaughter, so I don't want to accidentally scratch her with longer nails. I use a darker taupe color for my toe nails. Matches everything. My daughters love receiving gift certificates from Natural Nails for birthday gifts. If you love having soft and beautiful hands and feet, visit Natural Nails and they will pamper you. Their prices are reasonable for what you get. I love their massage chairs, when I get pedicures. Tina always asks me what I would like to drink. I prefer water. I've seen others having mimosas. My daughters used to go to other nail salons, until they came with me to Natural Nails. Now all of us go to Natural Nails. My eldest daughter has had her nails done by Ryan and Ann. She only goes once every few months because she's married, works, and has three young children. My youngest daughter goes every other month. She commutes for work in Oregon, and works the night shift, so her schedule keeps her really busy. Her nail technician is Nikki. I'm married and a grandma of 3. I'm an empty nester. I work too.
