Recently they have gotten new staff. The First time I came in got a new girl she did a horrible job on my pedi, I didn't say anything now I'm in here for the second time, made an appointment a month in advance and requested a nail tech I know. No I got the new guy, he's extremely rough on a pedi, didn't cut my nails correctly, practically gave me a towel burn drying my legs. Really dissatisfied coming in here lately. Extremely upset because I requested a specific nail Tech was told yes then I get here and it's not set up properly. I mean when you book a month in advance you should really get what you are requesting. read more

I honestly am so deeply disappointed. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment, the owner and the nail tech did not talk to me. As I waited I struggled to find a spot to sit where the floor wasn't disgusting and literally covered in clipped nails and other garbage. I nearly left but kept saying it'd be worth the wait. it wasn't. The nail tech made three nail beds bleed. didn't not know how to apply the cat eye polish and had to start over. This made my nails begin to peel within FOUR days!!! $100 is plus tip for this. I have been going here for over four years and I will never return. I can't stand places where people think they can get away with pretending not to understand English. Never in my life have I paid $50 for a pedicure and $25 for a manicure!? Maybe in a fancy spa. Moving here from la the prices are just ridiculous for nail service anywhere you go, from the crappiest salon to the "nicest" I said I wanted regular no gel nails, 4 times. The girl out gel on my toes, I felt bad but then the total was $50 wtf. Now I have to pay someone else to remove the gel later. My nails are strong and beautiful and long... wait were. The way they do regular non gel is the same as the gel just different polish. I had to tell her again that I did not want gel in my hands. She asked me if I only wanted them filed, I said yes! She said ya I won't cut them. What's the point if you filed them down to the max! My nails are short and rounded. $25 later. Horrible. Never again. read more

I would leave no stars. went in for an acrylic fill, the guy nail technician had his station really dirty with other peoples nail flakes all over. Very unsanitary. His hands were sticky from not washing between clients. In the middle of getting the nail shaped, I asked to get it more flat instead he had an attitude and said he's not done. Which by the end he did not fix. I asked my cuticles to be cut which he didn't do either. Now a week later my nails have green in corners. If you go here don't have the one guy that works there do you nails, he's dirty. read more

I have no idea why this nail salon has such a high score. Went in yesterday with my sister to get a gel manicure and had a terrible experience. And my nail polish is yellowing after not even a day of wear...The technicians weren't friendly or welcoming and rushed me and my sister through our appointments. They didn't even look over our nails before they started filing and shaping. The nail polish samples they gave us to choose colors from were all mislabeled. The colors me a my sister chose did not match the colors they tried to put on our nails and when it was mentioned to the technicians they gave us attitude and huffed and puffed when we asked them to color match it to the colors we actually asked for. My sister was having gel polished removed and it was removed unevenly, leaving bumps on her nails. She brought it up to her technician and he said it was fine, but her manicure came out bumpy. When she pointed it out to her technician again, he got an attitude, pushed himself away from his station like my sister was sooo aggravating, and brought someone else over to work on her nails. The new technician had the nerve to claim that the bumps were from my sister's own nails! My sister explained that she mentioned this to her technician beforehand, telling him there were bumps before he started painting, but that now they needed to be fixed. The new technician buffed our the bumps while the other technician hovered around glaring. My sister's manicure was still terrible, with the nails being polished in uneven coats and a lot of polish hanging over her cuticles. Honestly wish we could go back and ask for a refund. Will never go to this salon again. read more

My job requires travel so I am often out of state and when it's time for fills or a pedicure, I am very particular. I've walked out of places that wreak of nail chemicals, been disappointed a few times, but have found a couple of amazing locations. I love nails bumped my favorite place in Bristol TN to #2! I LOVE NAILS is very professional, personable and friendly, and they do a fantastic job! Both the owners are dog owners and their FurKids come to work with them. They take their time ensuring the customer is happy with their work - after all - we are easiest walking advertisements! They most assuredly have earned my business anytime I travel to Vancouver? 12/13/19 Didn't have time to get my fills or pedi before hopping a plane before Christmas. Read the yelp reviews on this shop and gave it a try. LOVE MY NAILS! Didn't catch the nail techs name. She shaped them Perfectly and just the right length. I showed her a pic of the nail art I wanted and she did BETTER than the picture! Nice pedicure. Will be back to get fills before heading back to AL. read more

This place has incredible up-to-date stylish nail designs. New owners, and the place is really clean and chic. The employees are such nice hard workers. I also attached a pic of the prices (sorry it's blurry). It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for has been my experience. I got my mom and grandma pedicures from here as a gift and they told me it was the best! The only frustration is the two times I've been here so far they switch nail techs around because the main owner is the one that does the nail designs and the others just start initial process. I have had two mani-pedis plus a Polish change at I Nails. I am most happy with the service I received by Tyler, he is a very experienced and professional Nail Technician, skilled in all nail types (gel, natural nails, dip powder, acrylic, etc.). The salon has a huge selection of nail color and options. The spa pedicure was wonderful! I felt safe, the salon is clean, the techs use a new tub liner for each client and of course, they use sterilized implements. They have installed plexiglass dividers between stations to provide a sense of safety. Each technician is masked, as are the clients. I was able to make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. I have ambulatory challenges, it was easily accommodated. read more

I love the cat eye polish they put on my toes (gel) and the dipped nails (first time ever doing dip) are just perfect. No bad lines or smeared anything that you sometimes see, they are great. Really probably the best manicure ever. No sloppy sides and they were extremely gentle in how they treated my beat up nails. Will absolutely be coming back again. They where nice, but the prices are wack for pedicures, and it looks dirty, my toes do look good and the massage was good because I asked for more pressure, they have a regular and a deluxe and for the puffin wax and callus remover is an additional 10$ each and not included in the deluxe so I'm confused what the deluxe come with. I paid 60 for gel French and my pedicure was basic. My mom paid 60$ for a deluxe pedicure with gel elsewhere. read more

First time ever coming here and let me tell you, this place is so cute! The place looks amazing on the inside! All of their powders, gels, and designs are all neatly displayed for all customers to see, and there prices are printed out in a book on the front desk so there is no wondering about price. I got to meet three of the 5 total staff (I think) all of them are related, the cutest family business run by all girls. It's great! I got to talk in depth with T (I'm not sure how she spells it) and another gal named B (again I'm not sure how she spells it) and they were both so sweet and nice, we had good conversation the entire time and even cracked a few jokes, I had a great time, and I was there for 2.5 hours getting my acrylics put on, and with them it seemed to fly by so quickly. This place is really great and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to find a new nail place, make sure you schedule an appointment so that you get the best service. Just went for a full-set for my birthday. This is the best place that you can find for a nail design. They have a deluxe pedicure with shellac coming with an affordable price. The nail technicians were all very nice and offering a free soda for me. Bee and Tee were really good at nail design and could do such a high technique design for me.
