In town visiting my sister and she recommended I Love Nails. & I just need to say that I will definitely be coming back! I've had bad experiences at other nail salons where it feels like the nail tech is rushed and no care is taken into the ending product. Some of the nicest people work there. I recently had an issue with my nails and I had no issues contacting them and getting them fixed. They always take the time to make sure the nails look exactly how I want them. I would 10\10 recommend I Love Nails.

Seriously???? This is the worst service I have ever received.

I honestly am so deeply disappointed. After waiting 40 minutes past my appointment, the owner and the nail tech did not talk to me. As I waited I struggled to find a spot to sit where the floor wasn't disgusting and literally covered in clipped nails and other garbage. I nearly left but kept saying it'd be worth the wait. it wasn't. The nail tech made three nail beds bleed. didn't not know how to apply the cat eye polish and had to start over. This made my nails begin to peel within FOUR days!!! $100 is plus tip for this. I have been going here for over four years and I will never return. This place has gone completely down hill. sad.

I would leave no stars. went in for an acrylic fill, the guy nail technician had his station really dirty with other peoples nail flakes all over. Very unsanitary. His hands were sticky from not washing between clients. In the middle of getting the nail shaped, I asked to get it more flat instead he had an attitude and said he's not done. Which by the end he did not fix. I asked my cuticles to be cut which he didn't do either. Now a week later my nails have green in corners. If you go here don't have the one guy that works there do you nails, he's dirty.

I have no idea why this nail salon has such a high score. Went in yesterday with my sister to get a gel manicure and had a terrible experience. And my nail polish is yellowing after not even a day of wear...The technicians weren't friendly or welcoming and rushed me and my sister through our appointments. They didn't even look over our nails before they started filing and shaping. The nail polish samples they gave us to choose colors from were all mislabeled. The colors me a my sister chose did not match the colors they tried to put on our nails and when it was mentioned to the technicians they gave us attitude and huffed and puffed when we asked them to color match it to the colors we actually asked for. My sister was having gel polished removed and it was removed unevenly, leaving bumps on her nails. She brought it up to her technician and he said it was fine, but her manicure came out bumpy. When she pointed it out to her technician again, he got an attitude, pushed himself away from his station like my sister was sooo aggravating, and brought someone else over to work on her nails. The new technician had the nerve to claim that the bumps were from my sister's own nails! My sister explained that she mentioned this to her technician beforehand, telling him there were bumps before he started painting, but that now they needed to be fixed. The new technician buffed our the bumps while the other technician hovered around glaring. My sister's manicure was still terrible, with the nails being polished in uneven coats and a lot of polish hanging over her cuticles. Honestly wish we could go back and ask for a refund. Will never go to this salon again.

Leon is absolutely amazing at his craft. I've done XL length stiletto style, super curved, coffin cut and more. He nails them every time. Plus, show him any photo of art and he can recreate it. I've followed him from shop to shop for 25 years and he's worth it.

My job requires travel so I am often out of state and when it's time for fills or a pedicure, I am very particular. I've walked out of places that wreak of nail chemicals, been disappointed a few times, but have found a couple of amazing locations. I love nails bumped my favorite place in Bristol TN to #2! I LOVE NAILS is very professional, personable and friendly, and they do a fantastic job! Both the owners are dog owners and their FurKids come to work with them. They take their time ensuring the customer is happy with their work - after all - we are easiest walking advertisements! They most assuredly have earned my business anytime I travel to Vancouver? 12/13/19 Didn't have time to get my fills or pedi before hopping a plane before Christmas. Read the yelp reviews on this shop and gave it a try. LOVE MY NAILS! Didn't catch the nail techs name. She shaped them Perfectly and just the right length. I showed her a pic of the nail art I wanted and she did BETTER than the picture! Nice pedicure. Will be back to get fills before heading back to AL.

Great customer service...seriously! I live in Gresham and just happened to get another nail shop recommend me. Called and was able to get in the water within 5mins for a pedicure. Environment was clean and the technicians were all friendly...even the customers spoke to my son and I. My son "10yrs" even commented on how nice his pedicure and massage was. They did not rush and act bougie, very lovely spot! my pedicure turned out awesome!

This place has incredible up-to-date stylish nail designs. New owners, and the place is really clean and chic. The employees are such nice hard workers. Tip: Call ahead to schedule or you can make apts on their Facebook page. For examples of their fantastic work check out their Instagram (@nerd.love.nails). I also attached a pic of the prices (sorry it's blurry). It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for has been my experience. I got my mom and grandma pedicures from here as a gift and they told me it was the best! The only frustration is the two times I've been here so far they switch nail techs around because the main owner is the one that does the nail designs and the others just start initial process. Everyone is super sweet though, my frustration is having to re-explain what I want done, but it's not really that big of a deal. 5 stars all around.

I have had two mani-pedis plus a Polish change at I Nails. I am most happy with the service I received by Tyler, he is a very experienced and professional Nail Technician, skilled in all nail types (gel, natural nails, dip powder, acrylic, etc.). The salon has a huge selection of nail color and options. The spa pedicure was wonderful! I felt safe, the salon is clean, the techs use a new tub liner for each client and of course, they use sterilized implements. They have installed plexiglass dividers between stations to provide a sense of safety. Each technician is masked, as are the clients. I was able to make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. I have ambulatory challenges, it was easily accommodated.

I came here during the holidays for a sister date. The environment was so nice and relaxing. The overall place is very nice and clean. All three of us got pedicures. The workers were so meticulous and took their time with the cuticle care, callous care, and painting. I would highly recommend paying a visit! read more

Recently they have gotten new staff. The First time I came in got a new girl she did a horrible job on my pedi, I didn't say anything now I'm in here for the second time, made an appointment a month in advance and requested a nail tech I know. No I got the new guy, he's extremely rough on a pedi, didn't cut my nails correctly, practically gave me a towel burn drying my legs. Really dissatisfied coming in here lately. Extremely upset because I requested a specific nail Tech was told yes then I get here and it's not set up properly. I mean when you book a month in advance you should really get what you are requesting. read more

I can't stand places where people think they can get away with pretending not to understand English. Never in my life have I paid $50 for a pedicure and $25 for a manicure!? Maybe in a fancy spa. Moving here from la the prices are just ridiculous for nail service anywhere you go, from the crappiest salon to the "nicest" I said I wanted regular no gel nails, 4 times. The girl out gel on my toes, I felt bad but then the total was $50 wtf. Now I have to pay someone else to remove the gel later. My nails are strong and beautiful and long... wait were. The way they do regular non gel is the same as the gel just different polish. I had to tell her again that I did not want gel in my hands. She asked me if I only wanted them filed, I said yes! She said ya I won't cut them. What's the point if you filed them down to the max! My nails are short and rounded. $25 later. Horrible. Never again. read more

Amazing all around Clean shop, super nice ladies, they were fabulous to talk with and super attentive to everything. Came in to spoil myself for my birthday and they really took care of me. I love the cat eye polish they put on my toes (gel) and the dipped nails (first time ever doing dip) are just perfect. No bad lines or smeared anything that you sometimes see, they are great. Really probably the best manicure ever. No sloppy sides and they were extremely gentle in how they treated my beat up nails. Will absolutely be coming back again. Well worth the 2 hour drive. read more

I have been coming here for over a year now and am always extremely pleased! I have tried so many salons in Vancouver and always had a terrible experience! My best friend found this place and I haven't stopped going! The manager or owner not sure of her title always does my nails and if I ever have an issue she fixes it immediately! Bee is absolutely amazing as well and always does an amazing job!! Definitely my go-to place! They are amazing with kids as well, my daughter loves getting her nails done here. I absolutely recommend this place! read more

I went here because it was close to home. To my surprise the service was fantastic. I forgot my wallet and they allowed me to write a check. Saved me time and money. I went for acrylic and gel. They suggested I try the powder. I did just that. Turned out beautiful! I recommend you give this place a try. read more

I went in to get my nails filled and get a pedicure. My current acrylic nails done by a different salon where uneven and messed up, I love nails fixed my nails to exactly how I wanted them and took extra time to make sure I was happy with them. I 100% recommend going here over any other salon in the Vancouver area. read more

A little bit of a wait time as a walk-in but I didn't mind since it was their busy time! I just asked for a single color no designs, full set coffin shape and they are the best nails I've gotten before! The full set was $50 but it was worth it, I see no flaws in them! I love my nails so much, very happy customer :) I'm not a local but I would definitely come here every time if I could. Very professional business! read more

I just went here for the first time because my normal spot double booked and couldn't get me in and I am so glad I got the opportunity to try this spot out it is amazing! They got me sitting down as soon as it was my appointment time and they we're friendly and super quick. I got a full set acrylics with rhinestones and they did it within hour and a half and I could not be happier! A little spendy but worth it! Would recommend to everyone! read more

They where nice, but the prices are wack for pedicures, and it looks dirty, my toes do look good and the massage was good because I asked for more pressure, they have a regular and a deluxe and for the puffin wax and callus remover is an additional 10$ each and not included in the deluxe so I'm confused what the deluxe come with. I paid 60 for gel French and my pedicure was basic. My mom paid 60$ for a deluxe pedicure with gel elsewhere. read more

First time ever coming here and let me tell you, this place is so cute! The place looks amazing on the inside! All of their powders, gels, and designs are all neatly displayed for all customers to see, and there prices are printed out in a book on the front desk so there is no wondering about price. I got to meet three of the 5 total staff (I think) all of them are related, the cutest family business run by all girls. It's great! I got to talk in depth with T (I'm not sure how she spells it) and another gal named B (again I'm not sure how she spells it) and they were both so sweet and nice, we had good conversation the entire time and even cracked a few jokes, I had a great time, and I was there for 2.5 hours getting my acrylics put on, and with them it seemed to fly by so quickly. This place is really great and I would recommend it to anyone that wants to find a new nail place, make sure you schedule an appointment so that you get the best service. I was utterly disappointed after driving from Portland to find a locked building. Nearly 30 minutes after my appointment I was seated by very unapologetic staff. Thankfully my technician was personable but most were not. In the end I did not get the designs we discussed...she ran out time. When it came time for removal (at a local salon) I found that I indeed had one green nail. I was warned from previous reviews but couldn't resist the shiny diamond nails. One website noted fungus could grow in the dip. read more

Just went for a full-set for my birthday. This is the best place that you can find for a nail design. They have a deluxe pedicure with shellac coming with an affordable price. The nail technicians were all very nice and offering a free soda for me. Bee and Tee were really good at nail design and could do such a high technique design for me. It was a good experience to go there and worthy every penny. Will recommend my friend to go there! read more

I have come in twice, my first experience was amazing. I had a beautiful set and I decided to come back with expectations set high. The service was great and the place was clean:) however, I had asked for a shorter more square version of the reference photo attached. I will not lie, for a $65 fill I am just a tad bit disappointed. The nails that had art on them are very thick and uneven. In addition some nails are longer on the left hand in comparison to the right. read more

My boyfriend and I share a car and we had to go pick up his kids from school before my appointment and then I told them to just wait in the car because my appointment would only be 15 minutes. Easy peasy. Kids wouldn't get antsy or fight and we'd be home by 4:30 (my appointment was at 4). The morning of my appointment I got a call that my waxer was out for the day so I would be with someone else. Which is totally fine with me! Until it wasn't. I got to my appointment right on time, then was told I had to wait a few minutes. Which is fine because I usually have to wait about 3-5 minutes. 10 minutes goes by and my waxer finally came out to take me to the back. I've never seen her before at this location so I assumed she was newer, but I know they train well so I wasn't worried. Finally she starts my wax and it's all going well and she's chatting with me and making me feel comfortable, she is pulling my skin taught so it doesn't hurt and it's going really well! Then she kept going over the same spot, over and over again. Which I know is because she wanted to get all the hairs out, but I felt it getting later and later and I knew my boyfriend and his kids were waiting in the car and I just knew that they were getting antsy. Anyways, she did a great job, but I checked my phone at the end and it was 4:50!!! 4:50?! 40 minutes to do a Brazilian. I'm fine with having a new person, but I would've love to know she was going to take that long for my appointment! That was ridiculous!! And no one even seemed to apologize about it. When I finally was at checkout, I didn't even want to schedule again because 1. I didn't know if I'd want to come back to this location, even though it's the closest to my house and 2. I was now in a rush because my appointment was 35 minutes over what I thought it would be. We had someplace to be and now we were really late for it. I'm really disappointed in my service this past experience. Warn your customers if it's a newer waxer and if they take longer so they can plan better. You are in customer service after all! I won't be back at this location. Be better Mill Plain EWC.

That should have been my first clue that this might not go well... The technician was pleasant enough and seemed competent, but her command of English is less than ideal as I had to repeat my requests numerous times. I asked for a gentle gel removal, which she didn't seem to understand. The gel removal brush on she used seems efficient, but when I removed the nail polish, my nails are ridiculously damaged. The salon is untidy, dusty, and in places dirty and grimy. This is probably the worst manicure I have ever received. Attached are photos of my manicure, at less than 24 hours after leaving the salon. I did not wash dishes or take a shower or have my hands in water of any fashion. I have also edited to add photos of how damaged my nails are. I have regular manicures, with occasional gel polish, and my nails are never like this. I cannot recommend this salon in good conscience to anyone.

I came in on September 24th, 2025 specifically asking for an all over brown color over my blonde highlights. I showed an inspiration pic of a darker brown than my original root grow out with a tinge of red glaze shining through over the top of the hair. After 4 hours of filling my hair with a red, washing, drying, applying permanent color, waiting, washing, drying again. I came out RED. Yes, dark Merlot red. That is not what I asked for. I called as soon as I got home, seeing how it's not what I asked for and in the sun I am shining red, they told me the soonest date to fix it was a week out. I couldn't wait that long so I messaged a professional hair stylist and she told me to ask what they used on my hair to understand how to go about fixing my hair. I proceeded to call elite again and on the call the instructor told me they don't give out the formulas but they can get me in sooner to "fix" my hair free of charge and that it will be much quicker than yesterday after I voiced my concern about being home quickly because I have a child. I said okay and the next morning on September 25th I was at Elite to fix it. I arrive at 9:30 in the morning and speak with the instructor at Elite and the student who did my hair. They explain to me that everyone's hair takes things differently, explain the science behind it, etc and I told them I understand. The instructor told me she sees how's it's red and that she wasn't able to check in at the end of the service that day because she was out of office on an errand. I show the photo of my inspiration again and I ask "is it going to be still red after, will it be brown and not too dark?" I am told it will still be slightly red but it will definitely be a brown. Instructor told me I will be the same level that I was at and they would just be "neutralizing" the red. (I understand the red will still be in there, it wasn't a problem). The professional hair stylist I was speaking with messaged me to say "If they use a color remover on you & deposit a gloss to neutralize you i think it will be totally fine. Just make sure they dont just apply another color on top of that unless you dont mind being darker." Understanding this, I asked the elite instructor why can't we remove some red and then add color brown. Elite Instructor told me that they cannot remove the red since it's permanent. I asked repeatedly if it will be a brown and not black. I was again, REASSURED it would be the same level, and I'll just "feel" darker but that it would be brown how I wanted. After the 30 minute consult, the student starts applying 5N to my hair at 10am. After 3.5 HOURS of waiting, washing, and drying... my hair is now BLACK. Not brown, not a dark brown, literally pure black with red undertone.... It is NOT what I asked for and I was told nothing can be done about it that day, that I have to wait 2 weeks at least to reverse the color by BLEACHING if I wanted the BROWN I INITIALLY came in for. I'm told repeatedly by the student that she doesn't see black but a "dark rich chocolate brown". I'm not going to be gaslit into thinking my BLACK hair is brown. Learn the difference if you're working in a hair business. There was no sorry at all for ruining my hair and all the time wasted. I want a refund AND I urge everyone to just find a PROFESSIONAL to do it for you instead of wasting time and tears at this "Elite beauty school".

First of all to make your customers purchase the necessities to do a pedicure is just lack of customer service ! I have never been in a nail shop that makes you do that ! It should be an option ! And secondly when I asked for you to take my nails off a certain way and you tell me it will take too long thats also a horrible sign of customer service ! I had the best experience at I Love Nails! Katie did my nails and she was amazing. She was super sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted, and really paid attention to the little details.
