I was however disappointed with how my nails turned out and ended up going to my regular salon to get them fixed. I go here every few weeks for an eyelash fill. Kim does an amazing job with eyelash extensions, and they're the best price in town. I used to shell out the $250 for a set of lashes, and Pamper charges a fraction of that, with them still looking beautiful and lasting a long time. They also keep my nails looking cute. Even with an appointment, the salon was extremely overbooked and they left me sitting for a half hour with my nails in solvent. Then one of the girls that worked there used a nail drill on my nails that came close to sanding through my entire nail beds. It is taking me months to grow my nails back out past the damage. First time I went and was not impressed. I started out with a nice young lady and then was passed on to a gentleman who I believe was named Joey. He was unable to do a design on his client and unfortunately I got stuck with him. To start, he didn't even completely cover my entire nail with acrylic and that's when I started to become alittle irritated. The real problem came when I asked multiple times for him to round out my nails because the ends were completely uneven. Clearly he was irritated with me because after he was extremely rough with my nails. He rushed through the drying process which resulted in all of the foil peeling off and the wet gel polish being exposed. I mean what a waste of 50 dollars. I did not return to get them fixed because I was that displeased with the service.. I found another nail salon that was much more helpful and accommodating and treated me like a paying customer. read more

I brought my mother here for mother's day, expecting to be a long wait and having to make an appointment, we were able to be helped right away. The phone was answered in a timely manner and the nail tech was very professional over the phone. When I arrived I was treated kindly and respectfully. First time and won't be back. I came here because of a gift I received. The nail techs kept a laughing in Vietnamese and it came across as making fun of their customers and dissing on them. There was no effort to converse with me by the two different women helping me. It wasn't until the owner or manager came in that someone made an effort to be kind to me. The nail techs left polish on my skin (hands and feet) and didn't try to remove any of it. It was the first thing my 10 yr old son commented on when he saw my nails. I was disappointed that I got the super deluxe pedicure and she spent less time on my heels than a basic pedi. Spending more money here doesn't seem to produce any extra effort by the nail techs. Yesterday was my first visit to Pamper Nails & Spa for a pedicure. and I was very impressed. The salon is ultra clean and beautiful, and the people were very friendly. But the BEST thing about Pamper Salon is Diane!... She gave me a wonderful pedi and was very meticulous with the process, and I enjoyed our great conversation as well! I only started getting pedicures about 10 years ago and treated myself to a salon pedi only about once a year(!)... but now that I found Diane I will come back to see her often for regular visits!! My first few experiences here were great but the last few times I've gone in, they told me to come back tomorrow because they were too busy. It was 5:30pm during the week. I figured it would help to make an appointment so I made an appointment for 5:30pm. They couldn't offer that time but was able to at 6:00pm. I had to be somewhere after my pedicure so it was important that I get in at 6 to ensure I have enough time. I came in at 6 but they were all busy so they had me wait. 6:15 rolled around & I asked how much longer. They asked if I could wait for 10 more minutes. I don't mind waiting at all but there is a purpose to making an appointment. I unfortunately couldn't wait because it would've been almost 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment & I would've been late to where I needed to be next. I gave two stars instead of one because the owner is so sweet & friendly. They seem understaffed & I've seen them turn away customers on more than one occasion. I would love to support this local business if they were more readily available to accept more customers. read more

I came to this place with very high hopes after many recommendations. I asked for a dark ombré with glitter on top and a moon design. She first started with a black powder all over then proceeded with glitter on top. It was looking awful so she told me I can either take them off or put a dark color on top. Which was not what I wanted I just wanted ombré. I wish she would be more honest with customers and say she couldn't do the design. THE WORST I do not recommend at all!!!! read more

My best friend and I came here yesterday due to my regular nail salon closing at 5 since it was Sunday. We decided last minute to get our nails done, just to treat ourselves. I called before we drove over to make sure they were still accepting walk ins and that they didn't close until 6, which was true for both questions. When we arrived, everything seemed okay until I asked if they had powders for a full set of acrylics, they seemed hesitant but I was insistent since I just prefer powder acrylics over shellac. We picked out our colors and as they are preparing to our nails, one of the techs asks very rudely 'so why do you want the powder??' I told her because I preferred powder over shellac with same attitude they gave us and defensively, she responds with 'okay well I was just asking'. They did no nail care, did not soak our fingers or do any cuticle trimming, made no attempt to conversant with us but continued to speak to each other in Vietnamese. My personal nail tech was extremely rude. She pushed everyone of fingers away when she was done with them, yanked my fingers/hands/arms if I wasn't moving fast enough for her, was irritated that I kept asking for shorter length of nails when I stated I wanted medium length and she very clearly gave me long, told me she would shape my nails later when I asked for them to shaped a different way, did not have me wash my hands once until she was done baking my nails, clipped me with nail tool when she was smoothing our the acrylic, did not shape my nails AT ALL(I went home and reshaped with one of my own files), made me feel rushed, and used WAY TOO much powder on almost all of my nails. They are horrendously huge. I mean this lady was just flat out the absolute WORST experience I have EVER had at a nail salon. I will never be coming back here nor spending any money at this place, I have already told all my friends and coworkers about this place and rudeness that ensued and will continue to do so. If I am paying for a service/product I expect to get a good result with a good experience hence why I am leaving this bad review. Do not waste your time or money on this establishment. If you are looking for a great experience with WONDERFUL results, go to Priscilla Nails off of 4th Plain in Vancouver, you will not be disappointed. read more

First time here . Made last minute appointment online just in case but came in to a salon to myself which was a nice change from the being rushed in and out experience I've had at other salons . I had extra attention because of this and has two nail technicians one for my pedicure and one for my full set . I havnt had acrylic nails in years and was little nervous but love the nails I got I only wish I would of gotten technicians nail . Salon looked clean and up to date . Had sanitized instruments , clean chairs and polish's that looked almost new . Lots of colors on the wall for dips and designs so you could get almost anything . I brought picture of a color I liked for my nails and they were able to match what I wanted very quickly . Prices seems pretty standard with other shops with your pedicure starting at 25 for basic . I'll definitely come here again and glad I looked on yelp for some nail places close to my new place Update: a week later I started having my Acrylics pop off! No not break just straight popping off and leaving my own nail In tac. By the two week mark when I needed fill I had lost two and third on the way.. a fresh set shouldn't be doing this so I won't be going back here read more

I have come here quite a few times now and the service is always wonderful. Pedicures are perfect as they take their time and perfect every single nail. The same goes with manicures, I have never had a better manicure from any other place I've gone to before. You're offered a drink almost as soon as you sit down and all the ladies are super friendly. I was disappointed with this place. I read reviews that made this place sound amazing. Maybe I went in on an off day? The pros: They have an ATM in their salon! I was able to get a same day apt. Prices were reasonable. They were fast! In and out less than an hour. The Service: I had a solar gel French manicure over my existing nails, with two artificial nails added. (Waiting for my two other nails to catch up) The cons: I felt completely grilled about whoever did my nails previously. Borderline insulted. Not a great way to start out my pamper time. Not the end of the world either, but when it came time to working on my nails it felt sub par. For all the slack I was given about the last place who did my nails. I was expecting a higher level of perfection. (Honestly, I was quite pleased with the last place that did my nails. Too bad it was out of state.) I have a tiny piece of glitter in my solar nail gel. I was told they could not remove an older acrylic nail that it would just have to "fall off" which I'm pretty sure acrylic nails can be removed if soaked. Maybe they didn't want to take the time? Then to top it off I look down and a fairly good amount of ants were literally by my feet chomping down on some candy. :/ I did let my nail tech know, she then threw some alcohol on them and called it good. Update; My nail tech moved from this salon & I went back with my sister since I bought her a nail package for her birthday. Appointment was at 12:15 for both of us. I called ahead of time to schedule. My sister said she had a 3:30pm appointment after and it usually only takes 1 1/2 hours or a little after so I made times accordingly. Well it was such a different story. On my fill the lady burnt four of my nails and at times was talking to someone else and not looking at what she was buffing out and it cut me. It also was super thin, not cleaned, and when I went to my usual nail tech she said she didn't clean it good enough that she had air pockets underneath. They stopped working on my sisters nails to work on someone else mid nail session they insisted she get a dip when she asked for gel & it took us 3 1/2 hours total. Well hoping the quality of our nails would be justified for the price which was over $110+ but it wasn't. They gave her the wrong color, She was late to her appointment, & a couple days later my nail broke from being too thin. Not coming back. read more
