It is fast and the pain is not bad (and I am a notorious wuss). Most importantly the results were awesome. I will never go back to my previous hair status knowing what I know now. I have been going here about once a month-ish for over a year. I have had a wax done by everyone. Valerie is my regular but if I am in a pinch for scheduling I go with any of the other gals. I have experienced great results by each. I tell anyone who is interested in this service about this place because I truly think it is the best around. One last thing--the finipil is really great. Every interaction that I had with her from the very beginning when I called to talk with her about what I needed with my hair was handled super professionally and in a friendly way. She was fantastic at the consultation part before we got started, and really listened to all of my concerns because I was having some issues with breakage and I've been trying to resolve this problem for six months. I needed some color help and also have gray roots, so it was fantastic she was able to help me. I know this is gonna be a process since my hair is longer and needs to grow out to take care of some of the damage that's already there, but I feel really great about the plan that we put together. I went ahead and put a reminder in my calendar to book an appointment with her in three months so that I can get my split ends trimmed on a regular basis. I'm already looking forward to going back!

She cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted it. My main objective was to get rid of the bulk - while keeping the length. My hair is SUPER THICK - like thicker than a horses tail!!! I honestly found a gem with Yolanda - she is great and fully worth the $45 for women's haircut. Some tips: the location is hard to find but it's right next to or I guess up the road but adjacent to Jiffy Lube off 68th. The parking is limited. She accepts walks in, but call ahead!
