She was fantastic at the consultation part before we got started, and really listened to all of my concerns because I was having some issues with breakage and I've been trying to resolve this problem for six months. I needed some color help and also have gray roots, so it was fantastic she was able to help me. I know this is gonna be a process since my hair is longer and needs to grow out to take care of some of the damage that's already there, but I feel really great about the plan that we put together.
