Jermaine's CBD massage is by far the best massage I've ever had. Beware though, once you get a CBD massage you can't go back to normal regular massages. They're just not the same. Spring for the 90 minutes and your neck and shoulder tension from the last year of stressful desk work will feel so much better. I have been having migraines lately and the neck massage released so more tension than I knew I had. Jermaine is also the only masseuse I've had that massages my face. Jaw tension is no joke and with how stressed out everyone is, you might be carrying it in your face too. These massages are worth working in to a weekend visit. I went here with my sister who was given a gift card by her children. First, the woman kept hugging us. We do not know her, have never mat her, it was awkward. Second, we were to get facials and a massage. The massage therapist, refused to remove the blanket from my body and give me a massage. He actually massaged me over the blanket. It was uncomfortable and again awkward. My sister was getting the facial, while I got the "massage". The facial when it was my time, was not a facial. I have had quite a few, and none like I had here. My sister also had the same experience where the therapist refused to remove the blanket during the massage. If he is so uncomfortable with touching a person's body, he needs a new line a work. We both left feeling let down and taken advantage of. Never again. Stay away. read more

My SO set me up with a massage at this place and it was worth every penny. My therapist was Shelly and she was amazing. She asked if I had any previous injuries and if I wanted her to focus on any specific areas. I told her about having a possible pinched nerve in my back for the past 15 years. She went to work and found where it was, except it wasn't in my back. She explained where it was, used CBD oil to help ease the pain, and came back to it later. The CBD oil helped so much she was actually able to work the pinched nerve. The room was a little too bright for me to relax, but Shelly listened and turned it off. Went for an early Christmas present and had a 60 minute CBD oil massage. It was wonderful. Karla was amazing, she worked out all of the stress held in my neck and shoulders. Definitely a different experience. This business is in an executive office building. From hallways & exterior this looks like a typical law office or insurance - suit & tie type place. Perfect in every way. I had a deep tissue massage and it was a great massage. She hit all the key spots and worked my back muscles over good. She was always asking if the massage was too hard making sure I was okay with the pressure. There was a time where she said that part of the deep tissue massage needed extra pressure in a more sensitive spot. She explained what she was doing so I was always comfortable and always in the know. My muscles are stretched and worked over and I feel wonderful. I just had an extremely uncomfortable encounter with Carla here at Silk Hands. I had purchased a Groupon and followed instructions to call to make an appointment, then was instructed to schedule online so I did for a Saturday. When I arrived at my appointment we both recognized each other but from where I still do not know, although Carla kept insisting she had "worked on me" before. I honestly do not remember this and have had the same masseuse for years before just recently. Not a big deal but then she told me that Groupons are for new customers. It felt very weird because I honestly do not remember her massaging me. Anyway we moved forward and she then let me know again that I wouldn't be able to use Groupons with her in the future(yeah, okay lady I get it). I told her I now felt weird as though she was excusing me of trying to scam her and I wouldn't use it if she didn't want me to. We got passed that and I began to fill out her paperwork, when then unprovoked she then tells me that her Saturday hours are usually reserved for existing clients and that I should have followed instruction on the Groupon and called (which I had). At this point her physic vomit was too much for me to handle. The bad vibes were so thick in that room that there was no way I was staying and told her that I was now uncomfortable and didn't know what to do. She did offer to have me reschedule and she would find me a different therapist, or that I get a refund from Groupon. I left. As someone in the business of energy work and healing, as a therapist, and as a human being, I cannot believe she would treat someone with such accusatory and alienating behavior. I was so in need of comfort when I came to her for a massage that all I could do was sit in my car and cry. Oh, she texted to apologize and offered me a free hour facial. No thanks, lady, keep your bad vibes to yourself! Oh, I still don't remember her, so if I was massaged by her in the past it must have been pretty unimpressive. read more

This review was for my second visit on April 11th 2019. The biggest disappointment was being refused service for my Living Social voucher after arriving for my appointment. Especially since my first appointment at Silk Hands 6 months ago went pretty well. I even gave her a 30 dollar tip which was pretty generous for a 90 minute massage. She saw that my voucher was valid, I scheduled online, drove 25 miles, arrived 15 min early, and after waiting, was denied use of my voucher. I get escorted to the room by Carla and once inside, was told she was no longer accepting Groupon vouchers and told I should request a refund. She indicated that I would have to pay $95 out of pocket if I wanted my massage. After planning for this much needed massage as I am a disabled Army veteran, I paid it at the full Groupon rate. I decided afterward not to ever return because why should the customer be liable for issues between a proprietor and Groupon. The voucher was available for purchase so it should've been honored in my opinion. After the massage, I was advised by Carla to tell Groupon it was my mistake due to my oversight. Not hardly! I had nothing to do with her choice to advertise her business or offer deals through Groupon. The massage was pretty good not great, and in my opinion overpriced. read more
