I have had two amazing massages here by the same provider. I had problems with one of my shoulders so I scheduled a pain relief therapy massage. They had a very thorough questionnaire about my issues and the amount of pressure I was looking for. My massage therapist was amazing! She worked out all the kinks in my shoulder and back and was constantly checking to see if I was ok with the amount of pressure and if there was any pain. I really prefer a lot of pressure and most massage therapists I've been to just can't seem to do it firm enough BUT not here! She has been absolutely fantastic and my body is in such a better place now. She's so communicative about how I'm feeling and adjusts perfectly at any point that I ask. I had the pleasure of having my first massage at Relax & Wellness today with Nok. I requested Thai Massage, I need a good amount of deep pressure and stretching for massage to work for me. Nok used varying techniques and really listened, checking in on me and double checking the pressure throughout the massage. She even gave me a hot rock stone treatment which was lovely. Although the outside of this business may not seem relaxing, this massage parlor is by far my favorite place to get a massage in the Vancouver area. They have a super easy to use online booking platform and always seem to be running on schedule. My partner, and I have been there roughly 5 times together and consistently the deep tissue massage is both relaxing and rewarding I highly recommend booking ahead as they do fill up, but this has become our new bi monthly spot. Only negatives are that the bed is only 6 feet long and for someone who is over 6 feet tall when you put your head face down your feet to hang off. This was the best massage I've had. I believe it was Anna that was my masseuse, she was wonderful. She found all of the spots that were causing me pain and even some I didn't even know were there. I went in for a foot massage and it was so very relaxing. The reclining chair with pillows and warm blanket added to the relaxation. The salon is spotless and comforting. The foot massage chairs are in a separate room along with two chair massager off in the corner. The tranquil music is a added plus for me. The massage therapist is kind and quiet, she didn't try to hold a conversation. When I get a massage I would rather not talk I appreciated the quiet. Just had an awesome 90 min. deep tissue massage from Helen! She has firm pressure and asked you a few times at the beginning to make sure its just right. She worked out all my knots and I had a few back and toe cracks too. The place is clean and quiet with relaxing music playing in the background. The massage I received was wildly different than I was expecting based off of reviews- the massage was not relaxing but that wasn't the biggest issue, the person massaging me pulled the sheet down WELL past an appropriate drape and my entire backside was out. WOW! This is such a great addition to Vancouver! I've been getting regular massages for years, since I used to work in spas. But since the last couple of years, things have changed for all of us, and I had skimped on this needed luxury for too long! I finally decided to go for it, since it is a new place, and have the Covid protocols listed clearly. It was a great decision on my part! Helen is super professional, and obviously very well educated, and experienced! She really got my poor muscles to relax, and even used my own oil that I brought. Some therapists don't like to do that. She is really friendly, and explains what's happening but seems to know when its time for quiet as well. It was so good, that I even bought a package of 6 massages that they had on special for the holidays! I wasn't real impressed. I spent quite a bit for a couples massage even through Groupon. I wasn't concerned with that. They asked if we wanted deep tissue, medium or light. I went with medium because I'd never had a massage before and I didn't want it to hurt. But man oh man. Probably 85% of my massage was painful, uncomfortable that I had a guy, and this was 2 days ago and I'm still so sore and bruised on my back. Then as we're leaving they ask if we wanted to leave a tip for the massage persons and we said $10 each, she said well we recommend $15 each ..we're like ok then I guess $15 each...I wasn't impressed enough to even leave $10 each ‍. I booked the 90 minute body and foot massage. This was amazing! I can't say enough nice things about this place! I took a wrong turn and ended up 10 minutes late so when I called they said it was ok and they didn't deduct it from my time with the masseuse. They helped me so much! I just did the Portland to Coast yesterday so I was extremely painful in multiple areas on my body and this got me mostly back to my normal self. They even gave me $10 off at checkout for being a new client. I will be back many many times in the future and I will be referring anyone I know to them. Really wanted to leave a great review, I'm sure this establishment is good. Unfortunately, I won't experience it. I purchased on Groupon two 60 minute massages as, at the time, I had overlooked the couples massage package. I called and spoke to a madame there and asked if I'd be able to use the two vouchers together or book appointments back to back. For the record, I'm new to using Groupon, so I wanted to make sure everything was set. The woman kept telling me to book online, and this I know was not an option when I purchased the Groupon as I revisited the page with her on the phone, it didn't give me the option at the time. Their website was an option but per instruction with Groupon you're suppose to call and give the voucher code. The woman kept repeating to book online, but wouldn't book me on the phone. Then, she asked me for the voucher code, which means I had to open the voucher and render it non-refundable. I asked for their next Saturday availability and was told they don't do massages on Saturday, or maybe just don't honor Groupons then(with my work schedule a weekday appointment is not possible). So now I have $200 in Groupon credits. I'm sure this place does a good job on massages, but I can't say I'll be in for one after this experience. It may be in their best interest to have a set plan for Groupon and leave clear instructions, including if Groupons are not taken on specific days. read more

My husband and I went here for a deep tissue couples massage and had a wonderful experience! The ambiance is very calming and they keep everything clean/sanitized. The employees are friendly and attentive to your needs. Price is reasonable/ comparable to other places. From other massage therapists, my husband has never been a big fan of the deep tissue because of how sore he is afterwards with no noticeable difference; from this place however he has noticed an incredible change in his flexibility and his posture is much better! From the minute the massage starts to the last minute of the massage they never stopped working hard. Communication was great and they asked if we had spots that need to be focused.
